I've been trying to pay RBL for KYC verification but asking pin code to checkout which I didn't set and not known what it is trying to send email but couldn't succeed saying email doesn't exist any solution for it.

This app was working a bit fine but until the recent update, after prompting me to effect the update, the app won't just login. Every attempt to login seems fruitless. I have to uninstall and reinstall up to four times yet no change, for two weeks now. No customer service even the telegram group, every one is clueless. Please fix this bug and improve your app workability.

I don't understand this app, it's not logging me in on my Samsung device. It's just stagnant, cleared cache and storage, unistalled and installed back still the same thing.

Actually This app is so good, after having issues with the update stuff since then I have been enjoying it, eventually now my problem is kyc and other things like connecting to social media like Facebook telegram zolo etc.so please you people should give me kyc and and enable other things , Initially I gave you people one ⭐ but now am giving you people 3⭐ And I will do more thanks

Though is a good and user friendly App,but you should provide where to contact the management of Rubi network for support and complaints. And some instructions or directions are not in English you have to look at it also.

I am giving a 3 star review because I been have trouble with KYC. Every time I take a photo of my passport, the app Crashes. I expressed the problems that I'm having in the Telegram group. But no one seems to care. Support is Terrible! And I am unable to finish KYC until it gets resolved.

KYC sucks Email for support not going through it says invalid email address I can't transfer to pay for the KYC it keeps saying can't transfer more than 0 It's annoying because I have sent 6RBL and the option for 6RBl won't open, display a write up in vietnamese which I can't read. I sent another 4RBL but it keeps saying can't transfer more than 0 I contacted Anthony on telegram but he couldn't either says he hasn't seen such challenge with the KYC Now I'm stuck Please I need help.

Nice app. However, there is still one or two areas where I think clarification is required. For instance, speaking about KYC 1.5; it is said that it is not going to be free, and the amount for each stage (or should I say 'category'?) was stated. But the mode/method of making this payment was not clearly mentioned. How do we use our Rubi coins to make payment? Are you going to deduct the cost from what we have mined? Please I need clarifications.

Application performance is bad. System is getting overloaded very frequently.there is no point and value for blockchain if it can not handle load of a few million users Update: this is bogus and fraud app. I have requested to delete my account and all data in this app a week ago. But till today my request is still pending. They are asking money for kyc, which it self looks suspicious.

A lot of bugs always with this App, I just updated this App yesterday and it's telling me to update it gain, I click on the update button and it says i should open but once I opened it it will tell me to update it again, unless i uninstall it will open. And if i come again it will tell me to update it again what kind of stress and wasting of data and energy upon the advertisement on the application too. Please fix this issue oo.

It's been a great experience mining Rubi for more than a year now. But I'm having challenge in doing my KYC in Rubi App. A message about KYC was sent to my notification bot, yet there's no place to click and get verified and there is no blue tick on the invitation bot. Please assist me on this. My app is updated, I believe the problem is not from that. Thank you.

It's a very great project with community driven visions 1. I would like you to work on the app by fixing bugs and other issues to provide smooth running of the app 2. Want to know when you will bring back the option/button, which will allow users to create a new wallet.

It is been an awesome experience with this App. It's user friendliness is topnotch. However, the challenge I'm encountering is on wallet creation. I have tried creating wallet but the save and continue button doesn't highlight for me to proceed. RUBI team should look into this.

I must confess that this is a user-friendly and fantastic app. The interface and resolution are superbly built. But the glitches I would like the support team to critically look at are on KYC verifications ! Aside from that, the app is top-notch, and the project amazingly delivers 👌

Everything is quite good with the app and all but then the issue of KYC - I tried getting mine done during the previous where you only opened up for 6k slots, I was one of those whose application was "pending". After 2 updates to the app my user verification no more showed "pending" but now shows "not verified" I got the notification to KYC and tried applying, only for me to get a notification that my ID number already exists in your systems - in my guess means I still have pending application🤔

App was working, Now it's errors logs you out & u can no longer log it. Doesn't work. Can't find your emails or user names..says ip address is used when I only have 1 account. All that work for them to lock u out. I been on it 4 mths 2 do kyc and now it's this. Says my email & username is used but cannot find my username or email. It logged out after update and now we can't get bk in. Says something is wrong everytime I try to login or error on ip. No one can register country. Under construction

It's been awesome, KYC didn't take me 2hours to get verified. Though am thankful to the lady who helped me with Rubi to complete my KYC after which I sent back to her. If you having issues with Rubi and it's KYC, i never experienced that since I started RUBI. One of my best projects so far if not the best. No stress, just claim and move on, my transfers are like flash. Never encountered any form of issue but I think the team has to look at the complains of others. Thanks, I rep 9ja for Life 🙏.
