Does exactly what it says. Just displays a 6 inch ruler on you phone. No need to guess, when buying paper clips, what 2 inches ( or cms) looks like. Just what I wanted.

Good app but I wish it would break down mm, cm, dm. I also wish there were a tab or button to move your measurements line incrementally.

I need to make small measurements occasionally and typically don't have a ruler to hand! Then I found this app. and am very pleased so far! On my Moto 3 G it displays a main ruler of 10cm (subdivided into mm) and a second axis ruler of 6cm when in x,y mode (where you can draw rectangles and squares). The graphics are very clear and the rulers are 100% accurate when lined up to a real ruler. There aren't any on-board instructions although it's pretty well self-explanatory in use. One feature I would like would be to copy measurements made in x,y mode to the clipboard for pasting into an email or text etc - apologies if this is possible! (although I couldn't find it). Recommended!

Basic ruler/tape measure with centimeters and inches. I have not delved into the app to see what other capabilities are available. Did what I needed it to do and I'm happy with it.

It's just a 6 inch ruller. I was unable to find a way to get any other features. I want a free app that will measure the length of a wall.

I hope it has a ready conversion between inches and cm in one screen so I dont have to change settings just to see the counterpart measurements from English to Metrics.

Great little measuring app. Does what it says on the tin. I didn't need to calibrate my phone, I checked against a real ruler and it was spot on but you can re-calibrate it if needed.

As helpful as one of these could be. It's just not possible for it to be super precise as an app. If you need precision, best to use an analog one.

everything worked extremely well except the items that i try to measure keep sliding and i get in accurate readings, other than that there are many cool features such as finding the area of a shape.

Useful, and it's there when you need it. On the other hand, I'm subtracting a star for all the annoying adds that disrupt my fllow and train of thought; and I'll have to double-check, but the ads seem to have boosted the audio about 20 dB!

I'm not a Professional Engineer, but however, as a Handyman, I am impressed with the convenience of this ruler app. It's super easy to use, with quick access to multiple independent adjustments. I use this app now to quickly measure all sorts of projects, including bolts, nuts, small holes in walls, and several others. Hey just try it! If you don't like it then just uninstall it. 👍🏻

This is a pretty good app. (I actually tried the Pro version but certain data didn't display properly.) Very handy when shopping online and trying to visualize the display size of a new phone, etc. Unfortunately there is no documentation nor is it possible to orient the display to portrait mode.

Lot of 5 stars, I see hundreds in the past few days with a one or two word reviews...like good..great app.. Probably fraud . I wanted to use a sticky note of given accurate dimensions 4 x 4 inches. However, when you press lightly on the screen to hold it, the screen freezes so you can't move the ruler. Then there is this target like icon, which I assume you tap once you adjusted the ruler, but when you tap it, you get an odd to buy some junk. Not worth wasting my time on this one. No deal.

Simple. Simplicity means no crashing or need to restart the app. No app flood means it's not a hassle when one comes up - means less skipping and developer gets paid. How apps should be. It also means focusing on one specific task - as a result it does it well. I'll likely purchase this app, for those very reasons. Want an advanced app for measuring complex 3D shapes? Look elsewhere. Want a simple, fast, crash-free direct app for measuring small objects or spaces, look right here.

Easy to use on my Samsung; just click the buttons on screen to get what you need. Nothing is labeled except to change to cm from inch and vice versa so the other options take getting used to since they are "pics". Few short ads (15-30 seconds) that allows even more options like edge screen start, dark mode, always on. This is using the free version which is all I need!

I can easily see when something I'm drawing is off. It drives me bonkers! Finding an accurate measuring device while out of the house, is a hassle! This just made that soooo much easier! Hit the circle with the cross in the center or the 3 menu dots to calibrate your ruler! Use a ruler, or what you have to line up where the Mark's should be, then touch your screen and move the end left or right to adjust it! It's as simple as that! Provided you have an accurate graduated scale to use!

This is a pretty fantastic app! Obviously for use with items smaller than your phone screen. But I've used it for measuring odd nuts and bolts, washer width, specific grommet replacements, and much more. Great for those times you forgot to measure something before stopping at the hardware store or to double check that what you're about to buy is the same as the old replacement.

An ok App. Says it'll convert mm/cm/in but there's no function to do so. it doesn't work as a measuring tape. Others are right when they say as long as you know the length of your phone it's about as helpful as that. Ads pop-up 2 often/quickly. I do like the toggle buttons for measuring items small enough to fit on screen. Graphics are nice/simple. Those that claim it works as advertised ought to kindly share how. Overall, it's okay for what it is.

Close, but no cigar. I don't mind its simplicity, but I wanted accuracy. It's OK for crude measurement, but when I tried to calibrate, by aligning the 0 and 4" mark with a ruler, the 1, 2 and 3 inch markings were slightly, but noticeably, misaligned. The "calibrate" function seemed intuitive (finger-drag the ruler), but if my intuition was wrong, I could not find any guidance on the app. My generous 3-stars is only for those who don't care about precision. And, oh, the display is pretty.

I like the simplicity without unnecessary bells/whistles, just what i was looking for. Nice to simultaneously show inches and centimeters. However, this app only shows in landscape mode and can't flip to portrait mode. Moreover, it also locks up the phone in landscape mode and I can't get back to portrait mode unless I close this app first, which is a pain. I found a similar simple ruler app that can automatically flip between portrait and landscape, so I'll go with that one instead.
