Issues: doesn't let me edit my run when the map is inaccurate. I just did a 2.7 mile run that they considered 1.69 miles and the GPS shows me cutting through blocks. Also, doesn't allow me to manually add run data for runs that I've forgotten to bring my phone. Update: I did another run that was more in the city and less in the hills. The GPS is awful. It missed half of my run! Deleting this app

Distance is consistently way off at the beginning of runs. I ran a straight line this morning - 1.2 miles on Google Maps walking and Nike Run Club. This app read it at 0.4 miles. It captured the full 1.2 on the way back, but never got credit for the missing 0.8. This is the second time in 3 tries this has happened. Maybe my cell network, who knows, but hasn't happened with other apps. Going to find another option.

an excellent app for me as I'm getting back into running. does a great job of creating workouts that balance walking and running to allow me to build up the stamina to get back to running larger distances regularly. it also interfaces well with my music or podcast app to provide a pretty great experience. really the only issue I have with it is that they require a subscription rather than a payment before getting rid of ads and other advanced features.

I have an issue with this app because whenever I use it with my Bluetooth headphones it messes with the volume. If I'm listening to a song and try to increase volume, it decreases it for half a second then goes back to normal. Every single time you click a volume button. If I want to increase the volume by 30% (3 clicks) the volume will go down then up 3 times which is so irritating. It's not my headphones (Samsung Galaxy buds) because they work perfectly fine whenever I'm not using the app.

This is an awesome application for runners. Everything I wanted! I wanted to see where I could run, where I had run, and I wanted to record my tracks every time. This is exactly what this app does. Doesn't ask for money or credit card, it's really useful, product, AND ITS 100% FREE, I started running on the 5th and could only run a .80 mile Today is the 15th and I am running a 2.44 I never thought I could do it but this app makes running fun and exciting with progress reviewing and analyzing.

This worked fine until I used one of the training workouts (which I didn't care for either). Ever since then, it's a gamble on if it'll track distance properly. For example my walk is typically 1.7 miles, this morning it only tracked 0.10 miles. I can't go in and add/edit distances, incase this messes up. Your just stuck with whatever it guesses. I may get another app if this one doesn't stop messing up.

Nice app, but like other reviewers, I lose signal frequently while other apps on my phone don't. Then you get the straight line mileage when you finish, which is inaccurate. If the app gave you the ability to edit the route after you finished, it would something worth dealing with. As of now, the only edit I can see is adding a picture after your run. Nice to see when looking back, but I'd rather the data was more accurate than if the sun was out.

Definitely a stellar app. My only issue, and its totally not a big deal but I would love it if they did this, is since I intentionally run trails that I'm unfamiliar with a lot, helps keep things fresh, it would be cool if when paused I could pull up a previous run that I did or one another user did to compare in real time. That way I can either compete against myself on familiar trails or compete against somebody better than me.

I've tried to like this app but every time I use it, there is some kind of a glitch. It doesn't track my runs accurately, cutting miles off my actual distance. It stopped tracking my run today a 1/4 mile before I stopped. I like how it easily integrates with my music app. The training is limited as well, unless you pay for the full version and use a treadmill. I don't see the value in paying for the full version when it only tracks runs, not cycling or hiking or other fitness activities.

Fantastic app in theory, and well made too! Only took ablout 30 seconds to set up and has all kinds of features and tools. The gps worked perfectly for me, and i really liked that because you can use it to find your way back if you get lost. The stopwatch and calorie counter were nice too. But all of this was just lipstick on a pig because the mile tracker was wildly innacurate and that was the feature i actually needed. It claimed i went about half the distance i actually did.

Every time I went for a run, I would hit the start button, and the countdown would go, and for all intents and purposes I thought it would track my run. I put my phone in my arm sleeve and take off, only to find when I finish, and look at my phone, that a pop-up asking me if I want to continue my previous workout displayed, rendering the tracking of my run null. This happened almost every run. That pop-up seems like the kind of thing that the app should ask before the countdown to begin

Good stuff here. Accurate, and gives a cool little visual after you finish your run. Saves your results, and you can set daily reminders and goals. I see people are saying it's not accurate, but for me personally, it is. I walked up and down my sidewalk the first time using it and it tracked me going back and forth about 15 times.

It's ok. I tried it because I really like the other apps from this developer, but I don't love this one. It doesn't track distance properly at all. My normal run, which I've measured in my car and on a map as two miles, get tracked as .5 or maybe .92 miles (especially odd since those are from different days on the same path). A half way announcement would also be amazing for those of us who are able to run outside. I do really like the warm ups beforehand, though

This app is amazing. My two favorite things have to be: 1. you can connect it to Google Fit and then connect it to most calorie-counting apps, and 2. you can set a water-drinking reminder (I'm horrible at drinking water.) My only problem is that the distance sensor is iffy. I will run the same path, but somehow it measures 100meters less. Then it calculates the "Heart Health" less, despite having better pace. It's a bit discouraging, but the problem never goes over 200 meters, so it's okay. 😄

I've used the app for 3 running sessions so far. I love the interface and the features. However, the distance capturing is way off. While the route drawn on map seems accurate, the distance measured is off by up to %40 comparing to the real distance. What's even worse is that the distance measured is significantly different for each running session, although the real distance is the same. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Pretty cool app, but the tracking doesn't operate very well. I ran a good half mile further on Thursday than I did on Monday. It shows this fact on the map, but the distance/pace/etc is completely off. Distance showed to be 2/5 of a mile shorter. But the pace almost 2 minutes slower, while my total time was 5 minutes faster for the greater distance. I love inconsistency though, so I just keep using it every day. Haha!

Works great. I haven't used any other running apps. I was using all trails to track my trail running, but this has great stat info. I particularly like the pause feature. It makes it so you can pause during a run, and at the end of a run it defaults to pause, then allows you to change it to stop. Even at that point it double checks so you don't accidentally stop your time unintentionally. Ads aren't too terrible either.

The good is: the interface, and I like the weekly health goal you can work towards. And the price is great, especially compared to a few other apps I tried. The bad is: that you can't import your previous runs from other apps, and you can't add offline runs like a rainy treadmill day, which seem critical to me. A few other observations: you also can't export your runs, so you are pretty locked in, and there's no way to edit your run, in case your GPS hoses up and you need to adjust it.

Edit: I ended up deleting it, because it kept messing up my distance. Would have been awesome if it could be more accurate.. This is a great app, but there should be a way to edit the distance, because I ran the exact same route as usual, but today it recorded it as a half mile less than usual. I don't know why, but now my average and everything is slightly off :\ Please add an option to edit distance just in case the GPS gets thrown off sometimes. Thank you

Darn good free running apps. The fundamentals you need for an app for simply tracking and mapping your run (i.e. split times, elevation gain, distance, overall time and speed, etc) are well implemented; doesn't speak actual pace info unless you get the paid version? (for inst., it will say "pace: zero minutes/seconds per mile") A single ad that I have to tolerate to look at stats right after is fine. Every now and then it will flub up and fail to track, for a bit, but big whoop. Stellar app
