I loved this app at first; it gave me the info I needed and seemed reliable. UNTIL yesterday when I went for a 6 mile run. When I got back it said that I had an average of 7.57 min/mi! What!? I poked around on the app and discovered that it recorded mile four as taking 5 minutes! Again, what!? I then looked at the map that tracks where you went. At one point where I actually went straight, it showed that I went off the road, zig-zagged all around, and came back on the road. Very disappointed.

Worked great for years, I've used this app for about 4 years now, but now in thw past few weeks it's been randomly stopping while I'm in the middle of my run, so I get back and find out it was timing me but not tracking the distance, super annoying. Other than that, great app, but that's a difference maker for sure.

I've had the app for two years now. I've got no complaints. It tracks your run, maps your run, and times your run. It even stores your distance, time, and date for easy review. I guess if I had to complain: the map it tracks you on could be more accurate, but I don't think you'll find an app more accurate that's free. If you happen to run a little more, who cares? You only benefit from it.

Features have been taken away from this ad supported app but are promised to be restored if you pay a monthly fee. (breakdown of pace over distance for instance.) Cost to remove adds for a short time is much higher then the cost to buy most apps. Ads have increased. Can't really recommend this app any more. Open to paying for a decent ad free run tracker but it has to make sense and be reasonable.

My oven clock is more effective than this app. I am a consistent runner (3 or 5 miles, 2-3 times a week depending on my schedule), and my runs using this app have been about .6 - 1 mile (I think it's when I turn the screen off to preserve battery life), which doesn't help me keep track of improvements. I love the features of this app, but bells and whistles mean nothing if it does not track basic functions (distance or time) correctly.

Great app. I've been using it for a year completely free (just have to be exposed to the occasional ad) tracks my runs by GPS and notifies me over my headphones every mile and the time. Keeps history of ALL runs to track long term progress. Additional features available with upgrade including ad free usage. (I don't mind the ads too much though lol)

It's a great app overall....I'm just pissed that, despite uninstalling and reinstalling it, it still stops and won't let me share my results, which is critical for my virtual races. It's a huge disappointment, but the app is otherwise REALLY great and I recommend it...as long as you don't need to share your results!

DON'T BUY THIS APP. I loved this app during first year or so of use. Paused for a while and now see that a feature I paid for -- the most important one for me -- has disappeared: pre-defined running programs. Maybe it's now in the coach feature I have to pay more for now?? Not to mention glitches involving recording runs, GPS, double starts of runs, etc. I see many other folks are similarly dissatisfied. Why did they mess up a good thing?

This is definitely my favorite running app. It's designed just perfectly for me. However, sometimes it's crushing for no reason. I trying to use this app for couple of years, but sometimes it's just stops to respond . I had this app on 3 different phones and it gives me the same problem. Maybe finally I have to switch to another running app.

Installed right before going for my walk (just walking so I can figure out the distances of certain areas to do my running/sprinting plan), pressed the start run button, waited 5 seconds, timer started, music started, I got my time for the first 2km (10:30, 9:50), skipped a song while at a traffic stop, and then realized the app stopped tracking and didn't even have any history of me ever starting the run. No map, no distance, no recent activity, nothing. Very cool. Next.

I've used this app for a long time and enjoyed it. It had all the basics I needed to track my running. But recently it was updated and features which used to be free are no longer available unless you go premium, which is kind of pricey. I wish they had added more value to the premium subscription instead of taking away previously free features. It has left me with a bad impression. I plan to start looking for a different app.

I like that it shows where I need to pick up the pace and allows me to play my own music while the app is functioning. Your run is still being tracked after you hide the app, so you can take a call or switch songs during your work out. hasn't crashed on me. only commercials are after you've completed your workout.

Super simple and accurate! Can't ask for a better run (distance) tracker. Best of all, it averages out your run time per mile at the end of your run so you can choose to beat your personal best each time! A few ads would pop up here and there but other than that nothing too invasive or annoying. Over all amazing.

I've had this app for a few years and I've loved it. No issues at all. Until couple of weeks ago. Now the GPS cuts out. It doesn't follow my path. Which means it doesn't give an accurate distance or calorie count. I can do a 3 mile run, and it will say I only ran 1.8 miles or 1.3. This has happened the last 5 times. It's no longer reliable for me.

I am a paid subscription user of this app and really like this app except for one thing - I'm currently running the couch potato to 5k program (its fantastic, I've cut 1:30 off my military 1.5 mile run in a month!), and doing freestyle runs mixed in. Anytime I go back to start another day of the 5k program, it wants me to start on week 1 day 1 and so I have to switch days, which wouldn't bother me except that, once I switch days and begin the run, if I switch between it and any other app once I hit start (like youtube for running music), it completely starts that days run over again from the warmup, AND you can still hear the instructions form the proper time you began the run going in the background with no way to access the progress screen for that run! It ends up giving double instructions at differing times, and I dont know which run I am recieving the end data from to keep track of my progress! I also wish there were an option to view my pace (miles per minute) in real time - i can only view it at the end of a run for some reason

Adequate exercise tracker. It has a map, metrics, a "boost your workout feature, which I've never used, but I like the idea, and there's even a button for opening music apps, which I find kind of a unnecessary because it's almost as easy to open them normally. 2 small complaints: metrics don't show on the map, that's a huge annoyance, and if you zoom, the map stops following your location. You have to reorient. That said, maybe they have those on the paid version; mine is free.

I've had this app for a couple years and recently it has been glitchy. Either it doesn't record my milage correctly or it doesn't record my runs at all. Like it will give me the miles and the time vocally but when I end my run... It doesn't save it. I run for fun mostly and weekly. However, if I was training for an event and this was happening to me, I would be pissed.

This app is garbage! Out of the dozens of times I have tried to use the app, it's only worked 3 times. And the support team is a joke! I pay for a subscription and the app consistently malfunctions. I have attempted contacting the support team multiple times and the only response that I ever get is an automated email saying they only provide email support to premium plan members--I am a premium plan member!! Don't waste your money.

I like the app design itself. But since I got my forerunner 55 watch the numbers do not reflect well at all. 9miles on the app is 11.50miles on my watch. I've also noticed on the map it cuts corners when tracking me and just recently I "teleported" resulting in a 39 second mile.... I really like how the info is displayed but I no longer trust the data.

I started using this app on my iPhone, and it worked brilliantly on there. I wanted to keep using it once I switched back over to android, but there were a couple of issues I've been having. I had to repay for it, which makes sense, but since I'm using the same account information, I'm not a huge fan of that. I've also had issue where the app has closed out randomly (due to bugs on? On a new phone?) And it was telling me to walk 45 sec prior to the time. And this is the paid version.
