the app and your e-banking suck. I see a lot of negative comments like these on the store but your management, IT-team seem not to bother at all. What a shame!!!

Stupid app ! When you sign in new device, it send mCode to itself ?!?. How to get mCode when NOT log on mSign ready !?

The Web UI is very hard to sign in. Even the username was forced to use the number, it's very hard to remember. Very bad experience with this bank.

Terrible app. Things don't work. Can't log in. Neither the Sacombank customers care. Make everything complicated and I don't feel any safety here

QR Code on dual or more camera cannot get focus. This app is for 19xx phones

Can't not get the OTP, every time i sign in, it was become the Sacom ebanking, and don't show me the OTP code. App is so bad

Keeps telling me to sign in and keeps jumps back to the main app with nothing happening, the payments NEVER go through, this app just sucks

Terrible app. It forced me to reset the app too many times, of course each time sent sms they charged sms fees. Still didn't receive otp to resart the app. Unacceptable!

This Not an App. This is a TERRIBLE DISASTER for your phone!! It forces you to turn off all accessibility settings for all your other phone apps. Only in Sacombank I saw a primitive online banking app in the world! If you cannot be able to do this job then DO NOT DO IT SACOMBANK!
