Recently had safeco or a agent feom this company after this past renewal with no claims my insurance basically doubled and a rep said they have had a record low of claims this past year so go figure to switching to another carrier 3 days before payment due and low and behold getting no refund but owing money. This company only cares about profits, only option to save me money. Remember, no claims in 3 years were to raise my deductible 3 times. The amount would only save a fraction. Beware!!

I literally can't open half the documents in it. The apple version works great. Never had an issue with State Auto. Please fix your app.

I've been with Safeco for many years and I'm very satisfied with them and their services. The staff and everyone there is always very friendly, caring and supportive. I have and I will continue to recommend them to others. When I had to make a claim, they were very prompt, my repair/service was prompt and I have no complaints. Good company, employees, service and most importantly good price. I will continue to recommend them and renew with them.

Link for guided photo capture doesn't work. It sends you in circles back to the main page to file a new claim or manage existing claim...never actually getting you to the tool to take the photos.

Right Track Bleah - insurance part works fine, but RT dings you 8 or more points for one hard breaking. It takes multiple days of fantastic driving to raise your percentage one point. Needs to be more realistic. Seems rigged.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RIGHTRACK, IT IS A SCAM!!!!! Information is captured poorly, the score is misleading, and doesn't have any reflection on any actual discount you will receive. The scoring is absolutely misleading with no explanation of what information is included beyond breaking, acceleration, and time of day. There is no dispute or resolution process that is respected when erroneous information is recorded and reported.

The app is not great, it is painful to get things done. It is most likely a web app or something non native. It is slow and gets hung up often. The loading experience is not optimized with screen flickers and loading indicators bouncing in and out.

tl;dr: Same as mobile website experience, except the app may crash without providing an error message. Requires password entry every time. Requires internet access to pull up any information. Format of the app is the same as the format of the mobile site (not bad). Defeats the purpose of having a dedicated app vs. using the mobile website. Requires access to Storage in order to download and display your proof of insurance (.pdf). Downloads using Android functionality; does not store in the app for convenient access. If the app does not have access (mine didn't by default), then it crashes and provides *no error message*. Even after I gave the app access to Storage, it crashed when I downloaded the proof of insurance, and provided no error message.

This app is set up for FAILURE! You won't get 30% discount. It's a fraud. It is way too sensitive and is unrealistic to normal driving. Several times, I was penalized for hard breaking or acceleration without doing either! What about avoiding a red light and stopping on the yellow or breaking because of getting cut off? Trying to get on the interstate and have to accelerate? You'll get penalized for breaking and acceleration! We are drivers without accidents or tickets & only saved 10%!

I have had trouble with this app not being accurate and not being able to tell the difference between me or my husband when driving. I have called and spoken to tech support 3 times. Plus, was told that the supervisor was aware, I would get a call back to assist with the glitches, they never called back. I'm somewhat frustrated by this as I'm sure it's something simple woth the input of my info.

I wish I could give 0 star! Will not let me login at all. This app doesn't work and keeps recycling to the password screen (my password i put in is correct); it seems I am having the same issue as everyone else...I was reading the reviews and this problem has been an issue for almost a year and never been fixed or addressed. What a shame!!!

App stinks after last update. Can't load any useful info anymore. Not sure why they had to change the app so much. I'm uninstalling the app & just saving a bookmark or shortcut instead to the website. The prior version was fine. Figure it out. We live in a day & age of smartphones....having an app for everything is what people want these days. Bummed.

Never is able to load the billing information or overview. Constantly sends notifications for the driving program and requires battery saver to be off to function and inadvertently somehow causes my phone to then overheat while I'm driving which forces it to turn off multi-window so I can't keep my map on top of my music app. It's pretty much useless and its only use at this point is just having the insurance card on my phone which I could also just take a picture of and save to my gallery.

Always a bug or glitch with this app. Tried making my monthly payment and would not allow. Resulted in a late fee. Updated my address info 4 times now by phone and on app. Nothing has been changed. Insurance went up after my first year of on time payments, no accident or tickets. Will definitely be shopping around for better insurance before next due date.

This app is pretty terrible. It's primary use is the Right Track program that needs all the intrusive data it can gather on you to offer a meager discount. Considering it can't tell when I'm sitting still at my desk, trying to record my vehicle trip while I'm literally stationary, clearly all that data gathering isn't actually helpful. Add on that you can't actually DO anything in the app, it will just open a page in your browser, I'm not sure this app actually does anything useful.

This app is completely rigged to justify making insurance expensive. For example, when I log my driving, it will say in blue. My Role: I am the driver and / or Im the passenger, then when you click on confirm this trip, it would do the opposite. If I click "I'm the Passenger it's made . I'm the driver or vise versa, which messes up my score. I get dinged for other people's driving... this at 1st was ok for the 1st few ,ot a big deal, but becoming more common. Even times I confirm manually.

As for the tracking portion of this app - it inexplicably deletes trips when I attempt to confirm them. It's very confusing and makes it difficult to confirm when you are driving a vehicle. Sometimes the default option is that I am driving my vehicle and then for the next trip it will inexplicably change the default to my not driving the vehicle. I have lost approximately 25% of my trips.

I don't do negative reviews, but I'll make an exception for this one. I'm a pretty chill driver anyways (I leave room in front of me to avoid riding the person's rear, don't gas it too hard, listen to classical music, etc.) and I drive extra chill since I put this app on my phone just for the challenge of seeing if I could get it to 100. Every time I get to 91, this app adds a false event that takes me back down to 90. Yesterday it put 2 fast accelerations as I pulled into my driveway. RIGGED!

The RightTrack driving evaluation piece of the app is ridiculous. Regardless of how you drive it identifies ALL times that you pull away from a stop sign as Rapid Acceleration and dings your driving score. There are a lot of speed bumps in the areas I drive and each time you go over one it records them as Hard Braking events. There is no way to get an acceptable evaluation as a result. If offered the option for the Right Track discount don't bother as you won't get anything.

Right Track is glitchy and unreliable, and it seems to be getting worse as the 90 day tracking period continues. In the last week, several of the recorded trips have included segments of several miles in the opposite direction that I was actually driving. After I review one map and confirm the trip, the links to open maps for other trips stop working, and I have to shut down and start it again. The Right Track "support" exists to tell you there is nothing they can do because customers are liars.
