Annoying I can't just browse titles. Wanted to just pick several random kids books for my kids but you must search a title. Sucks during corona cause we must do curbside pickup.

So far I can't even open the app. Says I have no network connection when I do. Will update if that changes.

UPDATED: From 4 stars to 5. With the addition of hold suspension date details, this app now has ALMOST everything! I was previously tracking this information in BookMyne, a useful but somewhat aging and clunky app which I can now delete. One thing that would be great to add is the ability to *edit* hold suspension dates. Thank you, SAILS!

why does this app all of a sudden need location access and wont function without location access? pls turn that off. we were getting along just fine w/o that. at least keep it so it will work w/o allowing location access. really not necessary for finding books at the library

Horrible!!! Could not get past the search function. Search DOES NOT WORK! Another example: This rating function doesn't even work. It's asking the user to "rate your experience for ads shown inside the app." THERE ARE NO ADS!

For over a month nothing will update. My holds don't change. I can't delete holds or add more and my checked out items still say what I borrowed in November. Absolutely no way of fixing it on my end. This app is a waste of time and pointless.

As a new user the experience is abysmal. The app is generally simple, fast, and functional, but there's no explanation for anything. I had to go learn on my own that I need a completely separate app to take out an ebook, and lost my hold because of my missteps in learning the process. It's not the end of the world, but a lot of frustration could be avoided with a better FAQ and/or UX development.

sometimes isn't accurate about when things are due, I had to pay a fee because the app didn't sau what the library said.

I really like Sails - convenient for most things. I request books and DVDs from our local library. Generally quick and easy to use. I wish I could set it to default to 'video disks' instead of 'all media' (changing each time I use it.) I *would* like to know why it needs each permission - camera (to scan bar codes), storage (?), Bluetooth (?), location, etc. I really dislike apps asking for more than needed. Overall, I use it frequently, and have for several years. I recommend it.
