Saily worked great for me in Canada and the USA. Decent speeds, great price, and easy to set up. The one big drawback is that they don't offer any regional plans, so I have to use other esim providers when I travel within the EU

Installed via the nordvpn offer. Simply doesn't work. Connection to a network comes and goes completely at random, mostly no service. And when it was on, barely any ability to connect to the internet. Complete waste, do not use. Period.

Tried as I received 5GB free to try through nordvpn. Tried to use it for a few days in south Korea. Speeds we awful! Contacted support and they didn't help at all. Gave up and bought a physical sim instead. The speeds are fantastic now. I have used other companies and never had this issue before. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

0 stars. Doesn't work in any acceptible capacity and support refuses refund. Took an HOUR just to activate and then the speeds are in 10 kb/s range with connection loss every few minutes. Tried every solutions support suggested and ended up switching to redteago which worked flawlessly. Avoid.

Saily eSIM did not work in China. NordVPN gave me a free eSIM code, I redeemed it for my China trip. It didn't work at all. After long chat with Saily support for hours to find solution, it was a complete waste of everyone time, I gave up after I was told to delete everything and redo everything 4th times. Luckily I bought a eSIM before leaving to China, it worked perfectly on my phone, seamless and effortless setting up. So we can isolate the problem, it was not my phone or my setting up skill.

Technically it works and it is the only positive thing I can say. I have used the service in Shizuoka and Tokyo for about 10 days total and all I can say is don't bother. Very often the speeds were so slow webpages did not want to open. Local SIM may be bit more expensive but at least it works, or try other e-sim service. skip this one 👎

Would. Not. Accept. Payment. Multiple attempts. Finally succeeded with PayPal. Installed and activated eSim. Undetectable on my phone after an hour and multiple attempts with Sim manager. Support too busy to respond. I'm stuck in Spain with very little data and this app was zero use. After a few hours installed but no.signal coverage in my area.

Extremely poor service. Got a plan that took more than an hour to activate and then barely had any connection in city center. After struggling for hours I gave up and was refused a refund because I used more than 1% of the 10GB data plan! The support was incredibly rude robot. Switched to another app that worked flawlessly. 0 stars, AVOID

Had very slow speeds in Japan. Other esims (my friends were using) were much much better. Saily support said they knew of this issue and couldn't do much. It gave me speeds in the kbs while others were close to 100 mbps. I tried saily in japan in different cities and had the same speeds throughout. Update: I did not get a ticket id. I used the support chat built into the app.

It works as in you get data, but it is far from useable. At many tourist destinations, I saw speeds of 0.5mbps down. In best senarios ~25mbps which would be useable except the latency is always above 300ms. And just using it feels even slower. Can't scroll social media and realtime chat sucks. No 5g, only LTE. 36% packet loss. Bought Japan and China, both same. I am writing this review using saily, and during the time it's taken to write this, the "Tell us more" section below is still loading..

First time using an e-sim and I'm disappointed. Getting super slow speeds of 0.08mbps in South Korea where internet speeds should be one of the fastest in the world. The app keeps on logging me out, the customer support tried to give me a few troubleshooting steps although it didn't help and just told me it was due coverage and location.

This service did not work on my Bali holiday. I was in contact with the support team for 3 days via the app. They were friendly and tried to solve the problem. They did see technical issues on their end and tried to resolved it. This meant I had to turn off my wifi for 15-60mins at a time so the upgrade would take place. After 3 days, and my trip ending, still no data. I asked for a refund in credit so I could use in another country. They instead refunded me, so I will wait up to 10 days.

I crossed the border yesterday and went to the USA. I stopped at a McDonald's in a small town, connected to the WiFi, bought a plan, and activated it. It didn't connect until I added the APN settings; only then did it show 5G. However, the chat apps still didn't work until I arrived in a big city. By then, it was too late because I had already paid for another service. Yes, I tried contacting your support team and they never responded.

Got a free 5GB trial and used it for my Philippines trip, so far only thing good was how easy it was to install the eSIM and it connected instantly. Speeds are almost not usable and even chat programs take a full few seconds to even send. IP is also based in Hong Kong so ping is high and a lot of my usual apps are now not working even though I'm in a country that can access those apps. Cannot recommend based on my experiences.

Don't waste your time with Saily. I've been using Airalo for a while with great results in the US and Europe. Tried this on a whim and because their prices are better. We'll, you get what you pay for. I'm in Long Island New York (not exactly the boonies) and lose reception every few meters. Joining work meetings and driving with Waze has been really challenging. And 'yes' Saily, I have roaming turned on and have restarted my phone multiple times. Stick with Airalo. Worth the extra $

I used Jetpac and HolaFly before. With both they claim "just install and data will work once you arrive". with both I needed to manually look for all the instructions, that were very not easy to find and understand. Saily, I downloaded it, found all the settings and all the troubleshooting options available and explained very well and done, easiest and most efficient option. Will certainly recommend it to everyone.

I purchased a Canada eSim plan through Saily and they would not issue it because the transaction is "pending" on my credit card, even 12 hours after my original purchase. My CC is in good standing and has more than enough remaining credit to pay for the plan. They also claim that they can't cancel the purchase. Pending transactions can take multiple business days before they're finalized on a credit card, and I need the SIM now! Use Ubigi instead, they issued a eSIM immediately.

My initial experience of setting up the eSim card went smoothly, but, it has been anything but smooth since attempting to top it off. I inadvertently paid for 2 plans in attempt to add data to my card. Never got a confirmation email for the purchases. Only knew that they were pending because I contacted customer service. Update: Once the cards were processed customer service said they approved a refund for the extra eSim. I'll say that their customer service is quite responsive.

I used NordVPN's offer of free 5GB eSIM (through Saily) in Japan. The app's reliability issues were a major drawback. Despite reinstalling multiple times, I could only maintain a connection for short bursts of around 20 minutes before being disconnected. This inconsistency made it impractical for reliable use while traveling, prompting me to switch to a more dependable eSIM provider. Saily needs significant improvement in reliability to be competitive in this market.

Update: Saily's reply to this review is the same as they used when I contacted support, and it's BS. I'm in a cell-dense city with perfect reception, and other esims and my carrier's roaming work. I have tried manually connecting to multiple carriers. The issue is Saily and deflecting towards "uncontrollable factors" proves my point. Reducing. Original: Unusable slow data speeds - maybe 30kbps. Airolo much faster. Convenient but can't recommend. Support was useless when I tried to reach out.
