My employer went from using just strictly Salesforce to using both these apps, which is ridiculous given two apps are now doing the work of one. Moreover, I have some sort of bug where completing any work order on my end does not show as being completed to my supervisors. iOS devices can no longer upload multiple pictures simultaneously, and just a number of bugs and redundancies that make the user experience far more frustrating than it needs to be.

Works fine. Only issue I have is that completed service appointments are round the wrong way in my opinion, it shows the first job ever completed first and the most recent job is right at the bottom, so to find information such as the work order for claims you need to scroll all the way through hundreds if not thousands of completed jobs to find the most recent job. This should be changed if not there should be an option to sort by most recent. No job history as well which makes a big difference

I was hoping this app would be better than the awful click mobile. To me it looks like they put a pretty front end dress over click mobile to add features. However the added features just keep failing to work. I take tasks and apply updates but when I check some time later (e.g. 90 minutes) the updates haven't gone through. So much for real time reporting. It puts all my times wrong and makes it look like I've worked less hours. It gets stuck with replication errors that compound. Waste of time

This app is trash, it is extremely slow, doing anything in it is painful in addition to having to go to so many different tabs to get the information required. Frequent errors and sync issues, uninstalling and reinstalling often puts you into a login, enter verification code, crash, start all over loop Edit: stability of the app is significantly improved, location tracking tears through battery. No change on ease of use for end user. Important information is buried and hard to get to.

God awful app. Too many menus that don't do anything, horrible ui design, broken notifications. Actively makes my job harder. If you have a choice, don't use this

You are making people's jobs harder. App is terrible. Not only is it terribly laid out, it's UI has you tapping through different tabs to find info we used to just have on a spread sheet. It completely fails if internet is poor, which is a major issue since we use for internet field work. And on top of that it crashes literally 20-30 times per day, just CTD. Absolute garbage, unfortunately sales force has convinced corporations they can use this for streamlining, so we have no choice.

The app is just terrible. Does not update correctly, riddled with problems. Wish I had the option to use a different app. However, I'm stuck with this one because it's what AAA has us use for dispatching and running calls. Wish I could give fewer stars than one.

No function. It literally will not open. It asks for permissions, and force closes. Restarted my device, still won't open. It isn't an app. It's a login credential checker. You have no system, and I'm supposed to rely on this for income? I'd consider it a fluke, but my whole office has tried for 2 days, and it's a persistent experience across multiple operating systems.

at times it can have a lot of lag. entries sometimes take some time to show up. I have to refresh several times before they appear. it has a lot of errors, says I'm clocked into another appointment but I can't see which one. also instead of defaulting a normal Work day time of 7 to 3 in sets the time to crazy hours and has to be edited, taking more time to make entries. with a little work to fix these things the app could be much better. also I would like an option to enter my service calls

This app is garbage. App development 101, develop contingency for when WiFi is not available. I do a lot of field appointments and sometimes in area's where I am not able to get good reception, if any at all. Tasks that should take 5 minutes take 15-20 min. I don't understand why every step has to connect to the internet. Can't it be set up where specific templates are downloaded ahead of time, templates are filled out, and then when completed, information is then uploaded upon available WiFi

Alright I guess. It works well enough, though the updating process can be cumbersome. The biggest issue however is the lack of notifications. Despite making sure notifications are enabled, I'm constantly having to remind folks to manually check the app since none of us ever seem to get notifications. You'd think an app that gets visited and viewed multiple times a day would have notifications as reliably as Twitter and Facebook, but I guess not.

App doesn't update constantly and is riddled with errors, requires your phone to have a password, takes up so much battery power that you can't keep it running in background, but the only way to not have it run in the background is by force shutting it down. you no longer have access to job info outside of the three week window, so previous jobs are unavailable as are future jobs.

Bad app. Pressing "most recent viewed" button takes you to not your most recently viewed, but literally as far back as it can away from it. The app has ZERO functionality if you don't have connection to the internet. There is absolutely no search function. Looking at locations on the map is slow and frustrating as they are completely unmarked. App crashes fairly regularly.

1. The app does NOT give notifications. Have to manually check it for assigned appointments. 2. If your service note is over a certain length, it will display a blank box (on mobile). Slightly better on a tablet. 3. There is no way to fully filter service calls. Either open or completed, but you have to manually scroll all the way down. Even then, completion dates are not in order. 4. If you leave screen, date/time go awry, have to keep re-inputting start/stop times. 5. The app is dated/old
