This is an excellent app. plus it's extremely user friendly and anyone can easily adjust to its features. Its features are super awesome. Easy to manage & install. This will be a great addition to the shop because it makes life easy for sellers like us. I really needed something like this. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

The program is really well designed, I'm willing to pay for it. But unfortunately it's not working, when I try to input a price the program keyboard doesn't work. I tried adding products and simulating a sale but the numbers won't come out .. it's useless like this

After almost a month of using this app, yes its useful for frontend use. But there are critical features and reports that have bugs like credit. Settlement and cash balance report. Support is responsive but im not sure if they are willing to fix the issues i raise almost everyday since im the one using their product LIVE which most likely they cannot see in actual business scenario.

I have used the app for about a week now, i like how simple and user friendly it is. One major challenge i have come across however is with shift/date management. Currently the day's sales are bifurcated automatically at midnight based on time. For businesses whose shifts/day extends beyond the custom 24hrs it becomes a challenge tracking sales. 2. It would be nice to add a feature for capturing operating expenses, the available payout option in cash management is work only with cash collected.

Very very disappointed with the new update. Have been waiting for more than a Month and half for resolving the BULK Upload of Stock Items vide Master Template with Price Change Option. Despite the New update, the above concern has not been addressed. And more disappointing is that the APP is not that efficient and Bug free that we hoped and expected it to be. A simple product edit has not been possible with "Barcode duplicate error" Bug.

Nice app. But, I can't use the csv file to import items to the app. I downloaded the upload template from the back office with my phone and then I opened it and typed in some of my items with the stock to upload via my phone, it keeps showing me file not supported or something wrong with the template. Note: I didn't touch any data on the template, I just followed the informations there to fill in my item's information necessary to me on the template and currency does not display on receipt.

replay .. I know that the default payment is cash ... what I mean is that when I change the payment type to credit and I click save the app saves the credit money with out any name add ... while the correct thing that the app should stop finishing the process unless you add a name for the credit money or quickly choose one from a pre-added customers list now when I check the credit money I find that my credit money saved for the customer default ...and who is default I hope you understand me

All good and thorough except that there is just no accounting features to capture income and expenses. The synchronisation with Amaka and/or quick book is just not practicable considering a payment subscription is also required for those platforms. Team salesplay play integrate accounting into the app to make it one stop application for business management Again, Xero and quick book require separate subscriptions. Why should I pay for them when I am already paying for salesplay.

Not worth the high ratings. My experience tells a different story. I think that the software is very buggy. Help and instructions are weak. Support is very poor, long wait times for responses and inadequate solutions to the most basic issues. I still want to test a couple of other functions. In the meantime I will keep my 1 star rating. ---- 30/03/2023 I've just completed about 9 hours of testing this application. Final viewpoint, very buggy. Caution advised.

This is a perfect app for my store. It stores the data of the customers. Also Includes their addresses in the receipt when you print and the chat support is remarkable. Been using for 2 years and the app never let my operations down except for some minor bugs that they fixed in a timely manner. Thank you for the developers.

Love the simplicity and ease of use of SalesPlay POS! It helped me manage my retail shop and van sales inventory and sales seamlessly. The customer support was also fantastic, answering my questions promptly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a user-friendly and efficient POS system

12 Stores - All stores have had Manual sales records and have been psychically counted a few times now. Every time we do a count of 6000 sku's it doesn't match Salesplay. Support take a week to reply and even then only to confirm your email address. I have terminated staff for theft when its the system. Total sales at end of shift don't match the system if you are to review that day next week. Even though cash balances it has double up sales. More tax to Pay, Stock errors. Impacts Ordering.

Recent first is now finally back! thank you for listening us. Hopefully you can include a feature that can display UNSETTLED and PAID in receipt so it would be convenient for us who rely this app for laundry services. Another review: I hope you can release a "DARK MODE" someday :)

Really Buggy. The reporting does not reflect discounts even when Discounts were given. It remains at $0. Also, it would be nice if the apple interface was updated to match the android interface capabilities. Qr ordering/ Webstore, great feature, but lacking the ability to enlarge item pictures for detailed view. Great app with a lot of potential, needs bug fixes, and a lot of tweaking.
