My experience with it is very bad I can't even log into it it keeps saying put your ID in your your passport but if you haven't got it set up yet how in the hell do you set it up to me they're stupid as hell

Terrible installed by a 3rd party on my phone through malware. Continually installed and uninstalled via instant apps. I cannot use my phone properly.

I find the whole Knox thing very irritating. This is another example of bloatware from the manufacturer that can't be removed.

My first attempt to use this app was a complete disaster. It was completely UNFRIENDLY and EXTREMELY HOSTILE AND UNMANAGEABLE. But since I am an optimist, I've uninstalled and am starting again. I HOPE THE SECOND TIME IS BETTER !!!!!!!

IT support here. This locks the notification panel when you swipe down. Tested on over 20 note 8's and 10's. Extremely annoying. I have to unenroll/enroll many times to get it to work.

Once it's on ur phone, it's there to stay apparently. Wish I would have read more reviews. Thank goodness I kinda procrastinated, but my friend didn't. Her phone id highjacked by Samsung and mine is ok. Lol.

Can anyone advise me pls to deactivate this app from my s23 plus. I am unable to disable location, i cannot be a admin user, in my phone i am just a guest user. My phone is not belongs to any organisation, but it shows that " My device is belongs to organization, contact IT admin " I don't understand what do they mean?

They have all the options available based on security precautions, but still they are lacking one thing that's app lock, I was expecting inbuilt security app lock after buying my s23 ultra, other than this everything is good.

Totally bad knox enrollment service make my phone useless I don't see this type of app in my life I request to everyone don't use this app Because knox make your phone in bad condition your device not able to move smoothly this application put on your mobile too many restrictions

I do not advise anyone to download this program Because it is very bad and difficult and you cannot control it or deactivate it after turning it on and it prevents you from using a lot of applications such as the WhatsApp or the camera and a lot of apps It is a very uncomfortable and very bad program.

This has to be the worst app to work with constantly getting preparing waiting window with no error just endlessly waiting for the Knox software to not do anything!

Could someone please explain the Knox security policy and its implications? I purchased your phone with the expectation of being able to freely use the home button and app panel. As a customer, I expect you to work for me and not the other way around. It is unacceptable to restrict my usage under the guise of "security", especially if it leads to inconvenience or harm.

The worst app man .Don't install it and in gov phones try to pass it out.it stopped the working of my home keys .I have written more than 10 emails to them but no body answer to them .I contacted to samsung but result is too bad .Plz don't install this application becoz no body is gonna to help you whenever u ll be in trouble during using the application .at last u ll have no option except to reset Yr home to get rid of it.

Don't install it! A very hard to use and once it moderates your phone you can uninstall it and it will preveny you from installing and using manu many other apps sometimes even WhatsApp and you will have to reset your phone and lose all data just so it would be gone.

Worst app i have ever used.. previously it was on auto updating mode and used to update often frequently.. but now it is stuck during configuration process. I am unable to use my phone as it is continuously showing error.. faded up with it.. i downloaded remote configuration setting.. but now switch button is not working.. I can't switch to another app during phone use .. hide button is disappeared .. i want to give it negative rating.. but 1 star is minimum.. so i am giving it..

I downloaded my phone is running everything while my phone is on a pattern lock. I cant contact Knox to tell them the issues because they say its not a security issue when your Wallet is still open, you can receive call, phone notifications there but unreadable. Knox, we have a huge problem and ypur CS team dont see to think so. Who do I hold responsible for this happening (including loss) and I didnt even change my pattern lock or cant access biometrics!

Worst app ever , I want to remove this from phone because it blocks access to so many features that makes a good android experience. I can't deactivate it I can't remove it . I don't have administration access to my own phone because some organization have access to my phone data including sensitive stuff that raises security concerns . Never go for free government phones and I am never buying samsung phone if this is what they offer to users .
