Agree with posts re:- App keeps crashing despite uninstall and clearing cache. After many attempts over several days, I'm still unable to log in! Frustrating...Sandals, I expect better.

New update crashes the app. You try to sign in and it goes back to the login screen. Please help I need to make a reservation soon for a trip coming up.

App will not open some glitch. It worked just fine until about a week ago, now it will not open. I have un-installed and reinstalled. No fix. Please help

After most recent update app will no longer signin. Able to put in info and password then it says there is a bug in the app and it closes. Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra.

App has a bug. Tried loging in and it crashed. I uninstalled and reinstalled and crashed again saying "wait for an update" so right now you arent able to use the app while on vacation.

Good at first, we are literally at sandals as I write this, it worked the first couple of days we were here. Now it continually crashes, after so many reinstalls I've lost count, can't even open it.

Indispensable for planning and while on vacation at Sandals. However the resort maps need to be updated and made easier to view on a phone. At the moment they are scans of the standard resort map. So it's hard to use them for directions or to find a location on the resort. Making them GPS aware, or linked to the restaurants would really enhance the value of the app.

Frustrated, this app was great for months. Then 7 days before traveling I can't get in to the app on my phone . The sandals person I was on chat with (the website on my laptop) said it's working fine... Zero help lol.... Not sure how much that person could have helped anyway

Though it was super slow to load, the app used to work well. Since the latest update, it crashes every time I try to open it. It's pretty frustrating as I have a trip coming up!

An absolute joke of an app. Even the staff say you shouldn't use the app for most bookings. Pair it with the incredibly slow and spotty wifi on resort and you're left with one of the most useless apps. Reservation times don't show up. Excursion details and availability are wrong. If you manage to make a reservation it doesn't show up in your account but tells you that only one reservation is allowed in the app. Sandals should be embarrassed that this is their offering. Zero stars

Since the last update while we were actually on site the app won't open at all! Android version. Luckily I had made a note of the restaurant booking time for our last night! Please fix!

This app is currently crashing! Normally, things are all good, but I hope someone can fix the issues fast! Honestly, it keeps crashing and I have a trip already booked and need to pay it off.... FIX YOUR APP PLEASE!!

Absolutely unusable. Installed an update sometime in the past 3 weeks and now I can't use the app at all. Brings me straight to a page to update primary guest information and then errors out when you try to save. Useless.

Every other update breaks the app. I just had a forced update again today and now all it does is crash. This happens every time, update releases, app is unusuable for a couple of weeks until an updated fix is put out then it works again for a few more weeks until another forced update breaks the app again. Just leave it alone or at least fire your developers and hire someone competent.

App was phenomenal, but after the recent update it's completely unusable and keeps crashing as soon as you open it. This has been happening for a few days now based on the reviews. I would have expected much faster resolution from a 5 star brand that relies heavily on this app for their on property experience.

this app is terrible. first, I can't make any changes if I realize a mistake. second, I can't access the contact us button to get help with the problem. third, the app requires a birth date. you can only hit the left arrow to move the birth date calendar back to your birth date!!! this means I have to click that button 696 times to get to my birth date because it backs up only by the month starting in the present. I want to cancel what I've started on the app and redo it......nope can't do it.

i cannot create an account. password restrictions are not secure. when hitting create, it says "couldn't enroll guest." this experience combined with the horrible website shows the company is not well managed. I'm tempted to go somewhere else if it's an option.

App crashes consistently. If you leave the app and comeback to it, it logs you out. Many of the links in the app take you out of the app to a web browser. Requires login every time. The fingerprint login doesn't work at all. The app looks like it would be helpful if it didn't crash and I didn't have to type my password in every time.
