Worst app, may be created by half educated ppl.. location is always a big lie they say 3km pickup that means it's 7km minimum.. location distance is not accurate. And also the order is coming to all the rider at once and one who pics first he will get order . My 99% orders I always miss that means someone else will pickup...worst app

1. Why does it require to turn on the Bluetooth for Android? 2. While order rings , why the merchant's Name is not shown? 3. Pick up and drop off location names must be clear, only showing kilometres is not enough. 4. Why the hell fake GPS error keeps occurring? Aren't you confident to your app 😏 5. Why information update tap is disabled from backend? I believe that rider's information must be correctly updated.

The rider support service too much poor.When there is a problem with an order, the drivers are in a very pathetic situation. They don't get much response before one and a half to two hours. However, most of the time they fine the drivers which is totally unreasonable. My only advice is to check with the driver before fining. And try to contact the driver quickly when there is a report. So that the driver's time is not wasted. Because the driver's time is very valuable.

One of the worst application & customer service too much bad. If customer want to cancel order or restaurant not available a item i report jahez company they call me 2-3 hours later, how funny it is😂 anyone can't withdraw without agent 🙂 most of the time customer add thier wrong location. If customer say late 5-10 minutes company add penalty & fine in the riders account.

This app very poor. I feel the app need to including manythings. What ever correct location function, order items, customer address, riders rating, accepting rating, shift selections, payment per day, how many orders per day and batch number for rides. And also we are looking for automatically giving orders system without slicing to every each riders. If you're improve the system I think it's possible the way Thanks

order distance show 2.2 pickup and 5.1 drop before accept the order after accept it change to 6 km to pickup and 12 to 13 km to deliver and one more thing if I have some problem like customer cancel the order or items are not available I go to support and complain then jahez call after 1 hour it is waste of time so please do something for it

Orders can't be caught, Orders come but they don't get accepted! Very bad system for Android phone. I know all Android phone users found this helpful. Need option same as iPhone users, sliding to pick order takes time compared to to just tap/ click it. Need showing restaurant's name with orders sending time, fix kilometres measurements which is showing 5 kilometres after accept orders it's 15 kilometres, very bad experience.

very easy app but one thing is worst that they give long distance order to bike riders as surprise order but it's my favourite application for order deliveries

Very disappointed Locations shows near by but while pick up the order it shows very far and never get customer proper location please improve location service

good app the reason I won't give 5 stars is because of forcing many far order, atleast one forceful order is enough get the other one to another driver, we have targets to meet, and kindly check on the response from drivers calls and tickets maybe the customer has issues but we wait for 30 min for a single call to go through

freelancer user to much irritated because order not coming properly only company I'd coming order very close and freelancer order coming so far way. freelancer is most important part of this platform but jahez not respect they are effort.

It was totally worse experience.There is no options for individually complain.No one hear in night from support team. my Id is Inactive but there is no option to active by myself. supportive team is careless. If customer call you then supportive team fine a large amount.
