For five star the app need to accept the billing address from user, don't need to go at ATM machine to input this info! ---Mar15,2021 the app is not working properly, the logging in continuous loop! ---Mar17,2021 Back to work properly after reinstall the App.

It used to work(ish) but since the update that modernized the UI you can now call this "useless shitwork consuming memory with a brand new UI".... frustrating!

Needed to enable my credit card for use abroad Brazil, and it issued successive ID Santander validation errors. I had to navigate a step back and try again for it to work, but that's not intuitive troubleshooting.

Doesn't even let me login in the app. This happens with both Santander Apps. I can only acess in a computer my account. And I've tried to use for over a year. Não consigo passar da tela de login. No App principal do Santander a mesma coisa. Faz mais de 1 ano que tento usar e não consigo.

It's sending ads in the same notification channel as lkegitimate alerts! I never consented to ads. Also, pay with NFC either fails without reason or crashes the app.

I installed this app to be able to pay with QR code in getnet machine with my non-Santander card. This app is useless since does not accept non-Santander cards. In addition, it was requesting a Santander password, but I do not have Santander account. Recommend to install Iti and picpay, and wait Santander fix this app. During this time I will push merchants to stop use getnet and move to Cielo or Rede!

Great app. The functions are easier for the user and faster of make. We don't need to call for realize any service. In my opinion stayed very good.

half the time the features don't work. It's very frustrating to not be able to use the app and see what money you have spent before paying a bill. Why does there need to be a SEPARATE app to see how you spend your money? It should all be in ONE banking app.

a quick and efficiente way to manage my credit card account. Only difficulty is to include new phone number. Unable to habilitate it with application and the nearest Santander bank from where I stay is almost 300km away. This make it inconvinient.

A really good choice for credit card. Easy and intuitive app. Always worked properly. The pass card is magnified. I used it backwards of my cellphone. It's 100% recommended

If you change your phone and you're abroad there is no way to enable this app again!! Security reason?? What if there is an unauthorized use you won't see it til coming back to Brasil and enable your new device.

I installed this to unlock my card password (why do we need ANOTHER app for this besides the main bank app?) but I keep getting the message "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED, TRY AGAIN LATER" over and over and can't get it to work, so I'll have to physically go to the bank, exactly what I didn't want to do. Thanks for that.

Absolute BS this app, doesn't even deserve one star. Takes forever to load and doesn't let you pay your credit card bills, throws random errors without explanation, so you cannot troubleshoot. Same goes for all the hoops you have to jump through to activate it or even see your online card. Their "security" officers should get fired for mandating such a ridiculous software design. I will leave Santander, the customer service is just as bad.

I usually don't expect much from apps like these, but was pleasantly surprised by how good the UI looks and feels. It's a simple but readable interface that's smooth and reactive. Props to the front end people.

Very good overall UX. Functional, good UI, pettry quick transitions, fast login process... However, I lost a must having NFC payment since Android was updated to 10. Right after update, NFC menu was still there and looks normal, then I tried to use, firgerprint requested to authorize, phone vibrated, screen changed, auth process started and then, denied. Tried multiple times and no success at all. Cleaned storage, uninstalled and reinstalled it and NFC menu has gone forever.

It was a 5 star app until the latest update. The new version lacks precision, and great features like exhibiting in bold the payments already incorporated to the invoice. In addition, the latest version is not as friendly as the previous one.

Santander apps tend to crash or lag (I use two) too often. I'm editing this app due to disappointment. The app has gotten worse recently. I can rarely access it now, and it hasn't got a good performance when I'm can. If they don't figure this out quickly I'll definetly move my account to another bank with a functioning app

Besides being slow to startup and always requiring authentication, which are things you can tolerate, there is a very big chance you are not going to be able to use the Virtual Credit Card Feature. The Virtual Card feature suffers from many bugs in the app. It fails authentication, fetching information (including the button to access the Virtual Card), ID Santander etc. It is a big deal breaker as it is the only way to use Santander's credit card for online shopping. And it happens often.
