The overall UI/UX is bad, not very intuitive, and please add alternative ways to login from new device, rather than only QR scan.

It full of banking service, easy, convenience, fast and secure which we can perform any banking transaction anywhere and anytime. For my favorite transactions are mobile phone top up, fund transfer and bill payment.

Please provide push notifications for the account activities. I didn't receive any notifications unless i open the app and go to notification center. It's not user friendly.

Not the best mobile app but useful, Really happy with that benefit no fee no cost for basic services. direct services are friendly, recommend for everyone. I'm not a staff in this company but i see this company doing well have a good vision.

It's very slow working mobile app compare to other Bank app. After new update got many issue. Like cannot check old favorite, screen statement... Even now I have one more issue it's roll back to old one!!

Sathapha App is so good application to easy use, especially strong security. We can perform inter bank or other bank anytime fund transfer and bill payment, especially we can withdraw without Card(Cash by Code). Scan QR code so fast and coparate a lot of shop very easy to buy online shop.

Sometimes, the app tend to pop out as error or service not available when I can open other banking app without any problem. But overall, it is a pleasant app to use.

Screen frozen! Just started using last month, the screen was frozen and couldn't use any tap until reinstall. Now it's happening again.

App usually get crash or not working by clicking on the platform. I doesn't move anywhere in the app. I really get annoy of this when I'm in a hurry to check my balance before my transaction...

Highly recommend all of you guys to use this app. More secure, fast with nice design platform and various features. Mobile top up, fast transfer, pay electricity and account statement etc

This app is nice except that there's a problem alittle bit problem with slow! 5stars if u speed it up! there's one more thing is that i hope sthapana will show the receive amount of closed TD before maturity date! that would be great!

DONT TRUST THIS APP.ITS HACKED bank say "they"can't fix. "tech" called told me to give my password & they would log in to my money.Was ok for months until hacked on 1stApril..not fixed DON'T USE IT OR YOU WILL HAVE ALL YOUR MONEY STOLEN

this App very good ! because It can turn money fast. You can open an account yourself. Able to pay for water and electricity quickly, anytime, anywhere. You can transfer money through the bank immediately. It really makes me enjoy the richness of this app. And I also share the richness of SATHAPANA Bank my relatives and my acquaintances, especially new and old customers.

I tried to create a new account so many time, but it won't success! the app always says it has problem with detect face from summit id bla bla bla I am a new user just want to test it, but since it is so hard to create an account myself I would love to say no thanks!

I really enjoy using Sathapana mobile becuase I can manage my money very well and I also earned interest easily by opening TD through this app. I also can manage to pay my monthly bills (utilities, waste, internet..) on time.
