It was my third time traveling via Saudi airlines but almost every time they disappointed me some time they delay and now from 1 and half hour we are waiting for our luggage and don't know when will we get they repeatedly told for wait . Will never use this service again.

I signed up with the app but I wasn't provided thith the Alfursan ID. So I couldn't login. All attempts to get to customer service yieldedno fruits as I needed to provide a flight ticket number to proceed with the call but I hadn't any because my aim of wanting to contact customer care was to ask how I could get my Alfursan ID

Payment processing doesnt work. Tried about 10 different credit cards and none of them work. Called customer service and they were no help either, they simply said they cant help. I asked them if they knew why this was happening or if this was something they have seen before and all i got was "sorry cant help you"

The visa regulations are not very clear that for a stopover of 5 hours do Pakistani passport holders need transit visa or not or our luggage will be directly tagged to be delivered at our final destination that is karachi. This issue confused us for a day or more to book or not book.

I'm not here too rate the apps....in here to share my experience with Saudi Airlines. The service was very poor, no hospitality. You have to call the stewardess few time to to get your order. Some of the stewardess pretend to ignore you....I was totally disappointed with the service and will never consider to fly again with this airline. Please improve your service.

slow and so manytime entering the information but always giving some unknow errors, validation issues and all, when I am doing the same steps on web application, it's accepting it and proceed with the things, I would say looks of the application is great but functionality of the application is frustrating like anything.

It's great and helpful application but there's 1 problem which is either I speak or chat personally with service randomly questions but choices only. I wanted to ask them to keep my return date open until i finish the process with the government and then i choose the exact date for the return. Not even make it as a voucher to keep my money there until i choose date for new ticket. No call, no chat, no personal conversation unless i must visit to agence to do it.

Tried to book tickets for straight 2 weeks and payment won't go through, finally had to book through Expedia. Agents informed it's an ongoing issue. Chat with an agent in app says transferring to a queue but it never does. Cant claim Al fursan miles because it won't take my ticket/booking number and shows a technical error message. Tried to apply a E visa through website that doesn't work either, technical error has occurred again! Can't submit a complaint form for same issue! What does work???

Very bad experience with saudi airlines. Flight delayed for above 4 hours. Just received an email that it would be delayed for another one hour.

I am very dissatisfied with the service, the service was so bad and there were so many problems that I even let my return flight expire and booked a new one with another provider. I have now paid twice for my return flight but I would rather have that, than continue to suffer with such an incompetent company.

TYPE: weekly frequent user POSITIVE FEEDBACK: clear self guidance, well UI organization, wisely selected main user functions. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: live chat can be more narrative and precise, better UX in terms of last flight search can save time.

Frustrating app but it has potential, the errors need to be fixed. The boarding pass feature is hit-or-miss, and this inconsistency needs to be resolved. SAUDI please read reviews and take them serious.

This app has seen so much improvement over the years. I suggested adding some extra features of fingerprints to access Alfursan logins. Sometimes it hangs a bit but not as before. I gave four stars because the app doesn't advertise holiday packages or trips on discounts. Also, there's no room for refund using the app. You still have to go to their website and do some inputs to recieve refund for tickets. This can be implemented in the app by adding the ability to take a picture of the ticket.

Most of the app works alright. The Fursan portion is terrible. The program itself is a nightmare; miles from flights need to be added manually or by request 60% the time. I've lost tens of thousands of miles over the years. The method isn't clear. It runs you in circles with no results. As others say, there's no customer service to help when this fails. There is no info when milage requests are pending/denied. My wife will get miles and I won't despite being on the same flight or vice versa!
