UPDATE: Months after I messaged the developer on the fact that the new update fails to recognise my license, there's been no reply to my mails. I have already bought this app, why is my previous licence not applied to this version? Why am I being asked to upgrade to pro and I can't continue to use the purchased version because of the dialog or modal that blocks the app. The App worked well and I don't even know what the update is about, or is it intended to force a new purchase?

All around great app, but it is telling me that the app needs an update.... But when I come to the Playstore app page, it doesn't show that it needs an update and only shows the open button. When opening it with the Playstore app, it works just fine without telling me that it needs an update. May be something on Playstore's end.

I paid for the life Pro version in July, and a few weeks later they force an upgrade to make me pay yet again to get rid of overwhelming crazy adverts. I have emailed the developer but they refuse to reply or fix it, so this must be just a scam and a rip off. It was good until this!

Great app! Works well and couldn't be any easier to use if you wanted to. I also like that it can download videos from multiple platforms. ALSO they don't go overboard on the ads, but there are some being that it's free unless you upgrade to the no ads version.

Edit 1 :3 weeksand still no resolution. I've sent 4 different emails on the issue too. I'm reporting developers to Google as scammers. Edit 2:original app has since been deleted by developer off the play store Paid for a year of pro on the old app. It tells me I have to update to continue use. The "update" is a whole new app. Now I'm sick unable to use something I paid for.

Video downloaded using this app has much lower quality from video downloaded from your website. Perhaps, because on the website, you are given the option to download the 1080p video, while on the app, there is no option, just default download. Let me know if you guys would implement quality selection on this app, otherwise, I would just remove it because I can download from your website with 1080p quality. Plus, the ads on the website is less annoying than on the app. Would you reconsider it?

Doesn't work. It wastes your time showing you an add everytime you push a button but the download button. Eventually you are allowed to post a link, then you are supposed to press download but that doesn't even work. Don't waste the time.

Hello, I purchased a Lifetime pro Version (SaveVideo: Video Downloader) on July 15, 2024 but since last update of the app I am getting lots of ads and unable to download videos from links without watching ads. Either fix this issue or refund the full amount I paid for.

I had purchased lifetime membership of savevideo pro, now after 9 months and update comes of app and all pro features stop working, I am downloading from my purchased email but, it is not working, money wasted on lifetime membership.i have sent them email several times but, no response.I have sent email to savevideo several times with my purchase receipt, but no respnse.

I purchased the Lifetime Pro membership before a recent update and now after the update I'm no longer recognized as a Pro member and I'm forced to watch ads. I emailed them multiple times and provided my transaction info with no response. I feel like my money was stolen. Don't let the App makers replies fool you, they aren't concerned in the least bit about customer service.

While opening the app it shows ad. After you have copied the link, you will have to watch a 30 seconds ad to download that link/video. Also, if you are trying to download the facebook stories, it will only download the 1st story of that user. It's better to download from the Web browser!!

I would like to inform you that I purchased the older version of your esteemed program"SaveVideo - No Watermark & HD", and the full amount was paid. I used the program for a period of time without any issues. However, after a while, I started receiving messages requesting an update for the program. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue, either by reactivating the old version I purchased or providing the update without additional charges.

I had paid for pro but after the update they removed it and riddled the app with ads. This is insane, it was a lifetime purchase. I paid for it because it was specifically a lifetime purchase. I won't buy it again, fix it asap. Edit: I have emailed the address you provided (before you provided it) and got no response. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

It used to work just fine for the past 1 year that I've been using it to save anyone's Instagram post, story, reel etc... However, the app just kinda stopped working for me like a week ago. it started showing errors when downloading the content from the pasted link. I tried restarting my device, cleared the apps cached data the problem still persisted so I had to uninstall the app permanently and find an alternative app to do the same job for me.

The app initially worked fine for saving videos, so I purchased the lifetime version. However, after upgrading, it stopped downloading videos entirely. I had to request a refund, and oddly enough, it started working again. It’s frustrating and ironic. The free version is better, even with a ton of ads, but the paid version feels like a waste. I’d advise others to avoid purchasing the premium upgrade—it’s a pain and not worth it!

Forced me to update to new app, but new app version doesn't recognize I had upgraded to pro via the "lifetime" option in the old version of the map. I am not paying AGAIN to remove ads when it was supposed to be in perpetuity. Total BS. PS your response was to send an email. I did. A week ago. No response.

Edit: the new app also downloads ghost 0 byte files. It is malware... Since these scam artists refuse to reply to email and rectify the situation, here is how to continue using the old app (assuming you kept it and didn't uninstall it): force stop old app, clear cache, disconnect wifi and mobile data, start old app, wait a few seconds (to allow their rubbish update check script to run with no internet access), then reenable your data and wifi, and you'll be able to paste in links again.
