as of late, the Watch videos don't load properly or they just stop playing and you lose credit for watching. coupon apps do not work well most of the time. Uploading receipts doesn't work right most of the time for the In-Store credits. Doesn't let you upload longer receipts that need 2 pics or more for full receipt. Very frustrating trying to get SBs and Customer Service can't seem to help get things fixed. Coupons still don't print, not accepting phone numbers.

Most surveys say they will take a certain amount of time for a certain amount of Swagbucks. However, many surveys have a preliminary survey not included in the completion time to see if you qualify to participate, and most surveys can't be completed because you ultimately don't qualify part way through so you only get a couple Swagbucks for being willing to take it. It's often a lot of time for a little reward. But ultimately, it's all free money one way or another, so no real complaints.

I'm continuously losing survey completions for ridiculous reasons at the very end, for example the submission taking me to the wrong page and not counting the submission. On the desktop (or even your phone's browser), you can challenge this, but on the mobile answers app, you can't. There is no reason to use this app.

It's nice in theory, but the time commitment required for any good rewards is a bit crazy. Most of the time, you'll make less than minimum wage for the time required. That alone would make it not worth it, since most of the surveys take so long, but theres another problem: most of the surveys don't work on mobile. I was booted out of several surveys I'd already spent 10-20 minutes on with absolutely no reward. Don't waste your time on it until they fix some things on the app.

it's pretty good for the most part! the only major issue is that sometimes it just randomly boots you out of a poll and tells you that not all surveys can be a winner. this would be fine, except for it usually happens when I've nearly completed a survey :/. other than that pretty decent! I haven't cashed out yet, so I will update on that since I have heard a few people having trouble with that aspect.

You're better off using the Swagbucks website through your mobile browser. When answering surveys on desktop, I rarely seem to run into issues. Using this app, however, has proven ineffective. Most surveys kick me out last minute or eventually bug out because of the broken formatting. I've been using Swagbucks for years and every so often I'll redownload this app hoping it might be fixed. So far that has not been the case. Their company simply does not care about user experience it seems.

This app has always been troubling and i always do my best to avoid it, but on the swago event, it is required to complete a survey. When doing a survey, all you have access to is the refresh button and a button to go back to the survey list. No url, no back or forward button incase you get an error on the page. Just that. You're better off completing surveys on the mobile browser than using this app. I could type more but google has a limit.

I'm pretty sure this app is a scam of some sort. I signed up using an affiliated link from YouTube with a promise of a $5 credit. After signing up it never was added. I tried to 20 minute surveys for around 80 points and each ended with an error message and when I checked my usage I was not credited and it shows like I never took the surveys (I took screen shots of both error screens). Don't waste your time and don't bother downloading.

This app is easy to use and navigate, with a bit of a learning curve. Ive never had any issues with redeeming points. The reason I did not give 5 stars is related to the surveys. I will repeatedly be told during what I thought was 1 survey that I need to do multiple prerequisite surveys just to find out if I qualify. It seems insincere as those questions tend to be the same each time.

A lot of the surveys I try and take, usually don't let me through, they load, load, load, but then it goes back to the home screen saying how it apologizes for any inconvenience and awards me 1 SB for wasting my time (in other words more or less), but other than that, when I do get in to a survey and complete it, it actually does award me for what it says it is going to award me with. I do have to say this app IS better than the SB "official" app in regards to taking and completing surveys.

This app has loads of surveys to complete. Various time to complete, various reward values, and various topics. I'm new at surveys but it's extremely simple. Just answer simple questions about a wide variety of things. Such as where you eat out, what kind of things you drink, any medical conditions you or family might have, and much more. Great way to pass time waiting in a line or waiting room. I dig it. So far

It is not worth even trying to do surveys in this. You will get almost finished, then get disqualified for no clear reason. Many people have gotten outright banned because they clicked on the wrong birthday or something. Receipt scanning is mostly useless. Most receipts are either 'wrong store' or 'duplicate', both of which are BS done to avoid giving you credit.

I use Swagbucks and the Answer app. It does a great job of showing me what surveys are available, as well as, keeping track of the Swagbucks I have earned and how I can redeem them. It would be 5 stars if the web search worked better. Often, when I click on my selection, the screen goes blank and when it does go to the content, it almost always just stops in the middle of the page. There's no way to go beyond that point. If I click to go back, I have to start all over again! Frustrating!

Don't bother with this app, it will just drive you CRAZY!! I'd give it zero stars if possible, as it is unusable. Can't get in at all, could NEVER use. Tried MANY times to get in since first downloading. It says my email is already used, but won't let me sign in or change the password, absolutely no way to actually contact anyone to help sort it out. They have spots on the site to try to address these issues, NONE of them work. You can't actually send a help request, nor does it let to change your password when you go in to do that... RIDICULOUS!! Tried many different days, many different ways, finally gave up and uninstalled!!

Works well most of the time, and occasionally offers some location-based and/or location-triggered surveys. Otherwise not too different from the surveys offered from the Swagbucks website. Update: over there past year of use, I've had a significant number of surveys that crashed because they tried to load something that was incompatible with the app.

I had a hard time getting paid to PayPal on my 1st attempt. It took around 3-4 weeks, and several requests for assistance. Since then all payments have taken the time the app states. Some of the different parts you need to use the app are giving me trouble to get and use, like the swagbutton; it has taken me a few requests contacting help for this issue also, (although I have gotten responses) I am still waiting to get help with it. App pays well and has many different ways to make $$ though.

Surveys can be rewarding. However, there is room for improvement. Some surveys are too long or don't reward enough points, or both. The app is often glitchy and keeps loading. If I hit the back arrow on accident, I have no way of going back in a survey or no record of starting it. Sometimes the screenings are so long that I thought I was taking a survey, only to get disqualified. Or I'll be close to finishing a survey, only to get an error message. Can't attach an image for tickets in the app.
