The upgraded app keeps on stopping while uploading any images. I am losing my mind while doing one EKYC. please roll back to previous version.

Please make it liberal.. whenever the update comes, many of the performing parts are not working. Right now, I cannot see the account name of the account holder through which they invest. Moreover, in this version, I couldn't do the KYC Or create folio, whereas in the previous version, I can easily do the KYC and do folio creation. It is very much embarrassing situation for us that I have to tell to the customer to be on time, but when I can't give the support, it feels very bad.

Not able to do transactions for those customers not showing in the branch list. In the older version, it was there. Pls enable transactions for all sbi folios to help and support the customers and increase the business.

In new version unable to understand hows our funds are performing. In older version it was very user friendly. It used to show how much percentage it has increased or decreased.

1. Too slow. 2. Doesn't show active SIP/SWP details in Folios. 3. IPV Kyc shows data not related to my EUIN or my Branch. 4. Folio Creation History page doesn't show any record. 5. User Profile shows incorrect data. 6. In Debit Confirmation Slip upload, Fund Name is not displayed. If Purchase of Same amount in Same Folio under two different funds are done in same day, how to make sure which Slip is to be uploaded to which pending record??

After updating the application on 14/07/2021, the application isn't opening and a blank screen is appearing. We don't need such ridiculous updates. Just think about our branch situations, when the customer is waiting , and we are stuck with this application. Fix it asap. It's frustrating as a banker.

Bugs in your new updation, When we do kyc & upload IPV form through camera app automatically close immediately. Resultant we have to start our work from beginning. Kindly check it and do the needful.

It is a good app for maintaining folios of the customers. but from last 2 days, I am unable to initiate transaction in the application and error message is coming as 'No Folios Found'. kindly revert so that it can be done.

Sync more frequently and SMS to customer's mobile number not working. Please look into it. Latest update: with every login with pf based login it's asking to change password. Performance data is wrong.

Updating my previous rating. Some serious upgrades done. Working much better. Only request is to make is simpler and faster. In places with relatively bad network it takes quite a lot of time to load.

Not able to see my own contribution for this FY. How much buisness i have given. Not able to see my old clients and customers for whom i have created folio and invested due my branch change. Restriciting only to present branch. Which is a very draw back.

Updated the app and it keeps stopping every minute. Could not even login.. Pls roll back to the older version or fix this issue immediately. We use the app everyday to do ekyc but if app happens to be full of bugs how can we do anything with it then...

This is an awesome app and very useful for the management of mutual fund portfolio. I would like to give a feedback that along with SIP redeem option, SIP "stop and redeem" option should also be there. That would help us save a lot of paper work and time. Many thanks!

1. The Customer List could have been as a simple list, where tapping a customer could have shown his /her summary. When we go Back from a Customer's details to Customer List screen, the screen scrolls to the top again again. We have to scroll deep down again. 2. In Search Customer activity, after we view a Customer's details after selecting a customer, when we press back twice to go to home screen, the Search Customer does not work unless we close and restart the app.

Not able to start the app with new version update. After several times restarting the hand set, for once it got installed but from next time again not able to get it started. My hand set is Realme 2 Pro, Model RMX1801, Android Version 10. Error showing as: PA0013-Sorry your device is passing SBI MF security checks. This may be because your device is rooted or is running an uncertified or custom OS build.
