The app layout and interface is impressive but this is completely useless as the app can't carry out basic functions. I have money in my account that I can not use. You can't bet without verifying your email. I have tried 20 tines to do this but each time I click the link in my email I get a verification error message on the app. I also have the same issue with logging in and various other basic in app functions.

I can see that you respond to customer feedback so I will happily upgrade this score if the app is given a bit of an upgrade. Main thing missing is that you can't really select coupons as such. Many punters like to build accumulators for such things such as over 1.5/2.5 goals and the only way I can see to do this is to click into each match individually and find this option before rinse & repeat for other selections. All other apps have this functionality and this would be a huge improvement.

So far I have had a horrible experience it always says expired token or not in location when I try to make a bet I've never had this problem with any other sports book when I go to ask customer service theybare unavailable I'm located in Evansville Indiana

Finally, after an upgrade with phone, I can use the app seamlessly. Before the change, randomly the app would allow me to bet. More often than not there would be issues and problems. Being able to use it smoothly feels quite good especially after my previous experiences. Starting to like and enjoy the app.

Honestly think the app and the UI is pretty cool, I like the way they are trying to be fairly different from standard betting apps. However too many issues with using it, continually told "location error: unable to place bet" for like 1/3 of bets placed, had confirmed with their staff this was a known issue, also major site issue causing stakes to be returned and then few days later account showing in a negative due to their error, overall just too many problems to bother with.

As an avid sports bettor I've found SBK to be a top choice. In-depth market coverage allows you to bet on a wide range of sports and the odds they are offering are always a major draw. They're giving you the option of valuable statistics and analysis before even making your decisions. Loving this feature a lot. Entire betting process is smooth, SBK are doing things right!

where to start.... "bet $10 and get $100 in bonus bets instantly." Nope. you get a $10 bet, then 24 hours later another, etc. Tried to use my first $10 in bonus bets and it gets saying "error" until it finally made the bet.... using money from my account and not the bonus bet. This app is trash.

Absolutely terrible app, tried placing a bet kept loading then took the same bet twice, it's very slow will never deposit again, no way to go through the slowness and the anger of trying to get onto live chat to explain this, an absolute amateurs betting site never again, don't waste your time and money

Usually, I'm writing negative reviews about betting apps but this one deserves the opposite. Customer Service was refreshingly helpful. I've had no issues placing bets but had a query around a promotional offer and they were so quick and eager to help me out. No frustrating back and forth. Everything else about the app is very decent including odds. SBK just works exactly how I need it to. Better than a lot of the bigger names people waste there time with.

They won't let me withdraw my money. After I deposited money into my account and won a bet, I withdrew my initial deposit back into my account. I used the winnings to place a few more bets and won some more off of those. when I went to withdraw some of that money I was unable. I spoke with Matt from customer service who was pretty rude and unhelpful and told me that I need to send a PDF of bank statements and a picture of my credit card so that I can deposit my money. Ridiculous. don't use this.

Do not use....absolute disgrace. signed up as a new customer.. deposited £10 made the bet didn't realise it had to be a single bet, not an acca. deposited another £10 made the correct bet. waited for my new customer bonus. did not arrive. Contacted customer service to be told that an email had been sent and when looking at said email they decided i am not eligible for new customer bonus. Even though I signed on as a new customer. JOKE!!

Well after two or three days with customer service on the case I've come back with an edited review. I've used a few apps where the customer services were non existent but well done to CS at SBK. Problem solved and now I can look forward to a better experience, from 2 stars to 5 stars thanks to the quality performance of customer services. Credit where it's due and thank you for sorting out the issues. 5 stars are for the excellent customer services.

I’ve heard quite a few people saying how underrated SBK is as a sportsbook so had to give it a go, and I’m impressed. Odds are pretty competitive, betting insights/tips they provide are actually quite useful to listen to, some cool additional features too like the SBK arena for free bets and fresh legs feature to keep bet rolling after your player gets subbed. The apps overall reliablity when it comes to deposits/withdrawels gives me confidence. This is one of the top sports betting apps in UK

I absolutely love the set up of this app. It's easy to get where you need to quickly and laid out nicely. In addition to all the things you can find at other sportsbooks (for Indiana), this app allows you to get tips from other bettors and it will tell you when you are getting a better deal, comparing their odds with the other sportsbooks so you get the best payout possible. They are offering a promo to open an SBK account, dep. $10 and they will give you $100 in free bets as a welcome gift.

This app and platform is terrible. Lagging all the time. Also, your bonus bets can't be used in almost every way possible making them almost useless. I would imagine cashing out would be just as horrible a process. One more thing... What kind of betting app doesn't have teasers for football. This app is the kindergarten of betting apps. Don't download it. Moving on...

Probably the best betting site around. Quick withdrawals, helpful customer service instead of the painful back and forth I've had with other betting sites.... AND 90% of the time the odds are far better than other sites. Plus if you like doing bet builders then there's always promos to buy tokens at a discounted price for football and NBA which is a concept I've still not seen at other sites. The last 2 app updates have also fixed the slowness of the app which is why I'm giving 5 stars!

Bad customer service. Wife tried to do new user promo and they said we was disallowed because they reserve the right to block anyone from using their promos. So even if you bet and risk your real money, and opt into their promos, they won't follow through with their side and won't tell you why. Really bad business practices. Also, "timeout" errors every time you try to bet. So annoying.
