Sucks. Doesnt actually work unless you want to pay 7 bucks a month for premium. Just find a copier at a library or something.

Can not use without subscription, unfortunately the app tells you only after you scan everything. Just lost my time.

While the app does do it's function. It refuses to let you cancel subscription and tells you to visit the app store.

They try to trick you into a subscription the moment you want to do anything with the file. No free exports.

it does a basic job. it would be better with auto align to straighten out the page if it wasn't squared off.

Didn't even get to download the thing I scanned with out a subscription. Would rather it be a one time payment then subscription based

This app sucks, they should at least add that its not free to use , misleading. For those who want a free awesome alternative try tap scanner guys .

Laggy app, trash camera scan, the auto crop doesn't work well, tricks you into thinking its free then once you export the doc it popups the paid plan, waste of time. better use other scanner

This app requires a subscription fee for you to be able to download ANY documents you scan and it doesn't say that until after you scan your documents. Also it's not very good at dealing with folded and unfolded papers.

This is THE WORST "trick". You scan a document and they grab your credit card without your authorization. Then, you notice weekly charges on your credit card. THEN, you try to cancel the subscription (that you subscribed to with your knowledge), and you're told that it cannot be done a certain way, and you'll have to go to the pay store. Now, a comment is required before proceeding. To add, it's noted that, even if you uninstall the app, the charges and subscription will not stop. BS

Canceling your subscription should never be this hard. They say go to Google play but it is still not available there. Be warned do not download this app!!!! It wouldn't even work for me properly that's why I need to cancel!!! Click website then go to the 3 lines then to terms and agreement you should be able to find the cancellation email at the bottom. It took me about 30min to find out how to cancel my subscription.

Sadly I have to give the rating a 2 because it is so hard to cancel a subscription. Although it is a 7-day free trial, you have to cancel that trial if you do not want to continue after the 7 days are completed. I tried canceling and the app said unable to cancel must visit the App store. I reached out to scanshot customer support and was advised by them to follow some steps in the app store which took me back to the exact same thing after following the steps and they will not assist further.

I was looking for a quick option to scan documents without the use of a printer, and so far this app seem to get the job done. If it converts to PDF this will be perfect for what I need. Will post updates as I use the app more. So far I see the app lets you edit the picture you take and borders, almost to perfection with a little practice & patients💯Worth a download for people on the move, a small business office, the "minimalist", or future presidents like myself.

Beware! No app should be this difficult to cancel. Especially when they have the option in the app to cancel and after you go through all the steps to cancel, they say that's not possible and you need to go to app store! Oh and don't forget before you think your canceling in the app they give you the option for a cheaper subscription of course! Never would have downloaded this had I known the issues it brings.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Complete scam!!! All you can do is scan, then they hold your scan "hostage" because you cannot do anything with it from that point unless you pay $0.99 for 7 days then $6.99 a week (rip off) or $2.99 a month. Non of that disclosed before you use it or scan documents. They should have to pay me for the waste of my time! Then the reply like I'm interested wrong for my opinion. Subscription needed was not disclosed clearly at the beginning. BAIT&SWITCH!

It lets you take pictures and gives a great scan. Then when you go to save it you have to pay for it and screen shots are not allowed. On my end it didn't say anything about all that. Adding: the response is you can use the apps features... What features? You can clear up a picture and then do nothing with it at all? That doesn't make any sense. Find an app that works folks. I did and t saved me the nonsense.

No free exports at all. You can easily scan, but you can't export your results, not even for one page, which makes this app useless without payment. It should either be a paid app or offer a few free exports, perhaps after watching an advertisement. Otherwise, it seems like a light fraud to download a 'free' app that doesn't allow any free functionality.

Requires paid subscription to use. Edit: The "full features" are that you can scan the photo, turn it into a pdf, crop, edit, sign, adjust color, and so much more!!! But if you actually want to you know, save it, email it, actually USE IT IN ANY WAY... You are required to have a paid subscription. The answer they give is intentionally vague and misleading. It's why I've filed a complaint with consumer protections.

Super fun app! Tricks you into thinking you're going to get what you got this app for (for free), then they spring the "oops! You have to pay for it now. Doesn't it look pretty though?" on you. It's a really nice app, but I assumed I was going to be able to do what I need to do quickly and easily. But I guess you don't even get one free export. Wasted my time and frustrated me. I suggest clearer advertising in the description. Let people know that they will not have free export, up front.
