Can't use it on my new phone '' librairies tampering error '' but scb easy works well so i believe this is a huge bug

It is really hard to use. Tranfer money function has way too many steps. Also, I cannot find a slip.

Confusing design and requires way to many steps to confirm transactions. My least favourite banking app. Kasikorn is much more user friendly.

Cannot login now. The app keeps saying that connected device exceeds the limit, but there is only connected device which is my phone.

Very slow, no qr code for receiving payments, sometimes doesn't open at all, not user friendly Always need to update! Terrible app..

Mediocre, makes little sense to have another banking app with the same bank. More complicated and less features.

Most annoying banking app ever! Takes too much step to transfer, lacky, OTP delay and always always always "Something went wrong, please reload or try again."

App is telling me to update to jew version. But when I click on link to update app. It's already the newest version. App won't let me continue and screen is locked.

Latest update requires me to disable all accessibility functions on phone to use this app. I need those enabled for essential things on my phone and I need this app to use online banking. If I need to disable for every payment will rather switch banks

Worse than the previous version. The app doesn't provide proof of transfer and has been a hassle with suppliers. Need huge improvement.

Incompetent SCB You migrated to a new app, new desktop website with the promise that it'll be seamless. It's not! I can't login to desktop site even though information correct. Where's the confirmation slip in the mobile app? Missing so many functions, so many months already. WHY ARE YOU SO INCOMPETENT? Time to change banks...

Bad UXUI but I dont mind about the design. I hope it should much more better than old version but its not. No slip when we transfer money. No duplicate old transaction. Please make it useable as right now I perfer to use old version.

Layout has improved but now it has become very hard to use. Too many steps just to perform a normal transfer. Actions that are supposed to be simple to save time have become a pain to perform. I feel the app has progressed backwards instead of forward.

It takes forever to load the first login page. And another forever to log in. Update: now i can't even log in. It says my phone is rooted but it wasn't!! This app is so annoying.

The UX is very poor. With just one click, the screen flashes 10 times, which unnecessarily prolongs the time taken to complete a simple task.
