แอพไม่ได้เรื่องคิวไม่ขยับ จนสัยสัยว่าคนเยอะหรือเปล่า เดินมาธนาคารก็พบว่าเลยคิวตัวเองแล้วไปเยอะ แต่หน้าแอพยังขึ้นว่าอีก 7 คิว งง มากครับ พนักงานบอกต้องกดใหม่หน้าตู้เพราะเลยคิวมาเยอะแล้ว เสียเวลามากครับ ถ้าไม่พร้อมก็ไม่ต้องทำแอพออกมาให้ใบ้ก็ได้ครับ ผมเสียเวลามากๆ

Yes, good idea to save queueing in the bank, but please inform your bank staff this is not a replacement for your mobile banking app, which is what we were advised, in both English and Thai language, and that we MUST install it? Excuse me but I have enough apps clogging up my phone as it is - so I have deleted this until I need to pay a visit, when I will download it again. Or....Why not make this VERY simple function a part of your online banking app? If you actually care about your customers
