The update is actual garbage. It no longer tells me how much money I have on the app, it only allows you put in pre-selected amounts of money (i.e., cannot put in $15 like I used to anymore), the little chart on the front page of that showed how many drinks until a free one is now on a completely separate page, and is displayed on some sort of stupid progress wheel. The ONLY improvement is that you can now tip using the app.

I was told upon switching apps, which was mandated as the other stopped working, that I would have all my rewards and gift cards. I have lost all of them and find this app not as user friendly or intuitive. I am a loyal customer who stops by regularly on my way to work and often surprise coworkers with gift cards. I've lost about $10 and a few "punches" from before. I do appreciate going to a point system instead of punch, but I may not get the chance to use it.

I love scooters coffee, and was very excited to hear that they started a rewards program through an app. But oh my goodness does this app suck. It always takes forever to load. Don't think about looking at menus because you hit back once and it completely takes you back the beginning. They have an option for you to add gift cards, but it doesn't work. They also have a tutorial section which is just pictures of the things the app offers but not how to use it.

We have used the Scooter's app previously. Then the app was redesigned (we had moved to an area that had no Scooter's for seven months) and we updated our phones. The new app has an option to load funds but there is NO WAY TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE!!!! For real???? Then, if and when that account runs out, they charge the remaining balance due to the card on file. That is not how I keep accounting records. That is a very poor feature (or lack thereof) to this app. Very disappointing!!!! SMH

Updated my app per Scooter's email reminder this morning. Tried to sign into my account using my email. New app won't recognize my email address (the very same address they sent the reminder email to update). Entered email address multiple times and got error message to try again every single time. So now I have no access to my account that had lots of built-up points and three free drinks. I'm not happy.

I love it, but I miss the old layout when ordering my coffee. I order the same drink every day before going to work. I used to just click on previous orders, and there it was. Just one click and done with order. Now, I can't even do that cause that feature is gone. This would have 5* if that was still available. Edit: now the update won't even let me choose light ice for my drink.

One, The way it logged in before was perfectly fine. And two, now it doesn't work at all. Instead, the link in the email, which was already signed in and working on the old app, just opens up to install the app. (To this page) Which is already installed, and updated. So I can't do anything. This is ridiculous. And makes no sense.

One time link login update is very broken. The one email address that I originally used, it keeps giving me an error every time I ask to send me a link. Everything was working fine guys, keeping the login working like a normal app developer would use and then you had to go and change it. Now I can't access any credits I have on my account nor can I order ahead. Cool

After changing the sign in process now I can't login. It sends me an email, I click the link, it opens play store and tells me to open using the app but the app then tells me to enter my email again. Continuous cycle but never logs in. I can login online but I can't use or get any points with the app broken. Worked great before how's it's trash.

When trying to order ahead there is no button to actually add what you want to your cart, let alone add an extra shot of expresso to your drink. It just let's you see what they have. It doesn't even have prices. So what is the point of the order ahead feature, when I can't actworder ahead? The app will not let me sign in. It asks for my email address I put it in it sends me a link to click that has me download the app I already have and am trying to sign into!

I have not been able to log in since the update! why cant you just send log in codes like everyone else does??? I even tried opening a new account with a different email, same thing. Uninstalled app, reinstalled, again. It goes from the link in email, to the Google store, you click the continue in app and it just goes back to saying they sent a link to the email. Over and over and over.

Ever since the update to get rid of passwords (which is a stupid idea imo), my app won't let me log in. When I try to, it says an error occurred. I tried signing in as a guest and it wouldn't let me. In other words, now the app doesn't work for me. I hope it gets fixed because I had saved rewards. I won't order without the app.

Regarding the updated app: failure at all points. The sign in process is not seamless when you have to use a whole other app to log in, and it takes 15 minutes to get the email. I finally got in and tried to order, and it took extra steps to just get to the ordering part. Once there, I tried to select a drink... and it displayed the app coding. So I drove to scooters, ordered, and tried to scan and pay to no avail. Try testing an app thoroughly before rolling it out to the public, devs.

Edit: it appears they've fixed the app, so I'm upping my rating. This app was great until the latest update. Now I can't even login as they've gone "passwordless" and it causes an error when I try to login. I had a reward in my account and now I can't access it and have no idea when this issue will be fixed. Incredibly frustrating.

The menu items are there but it is difficult for an app. Apps are supposed to make ordering easy, but all orders are like first time orders, including choosing a location. And I recently received a gift card and loading it to the app is impossible. I gave the app 2 stars because I like the coffee and staff. The app gets a 1 star. So disappointing in 2024.

I actually really like this app. It is easy to use the rewards program is fantastic. But when it was updated, they took away the ability to see past orders and all I can see now are the charges. This has caused a problem multiple times for me as I haven't gotten what I was sure I ordered and have no way to prove it so I eother have to take what I don't want/like, or order again and waste money. If not for that, this would be a 5 star rating.

I like the app although I miss the 10% tip option. However, today's update is a disaster. When I click on the link to their account confirmation page, nothing happens. As their help page instructed, I deactivated my account and recreated it in the app. I still can't login. This is beyond frustrating. They should have known about this before releasing the update. From what I've read, I'm not the only one with this problem.

Latest update failure While the upgrade process went well, the actual use of the app is a failure. First, I can no longer see past orders, even the order I placed today. Second, I could a "failure to process" an order twice, and the suggestion was to reload. I did that the first time and processed my order again. Same result. I then looked at my CC transactions, and both went through, even though I got an error on the app. The local cashier could not cancel one, so I got double orders. PIA.

Update has been awful. Missing the option for "light ice". Would also love to see a spot for previous purchases for faster reorder. I feel like when I order in person, things get missed. I like to be able to show what I need, as that's what works for me.

Used to go to Scooter's weekly, but after the app update and not being able to access the app, I've stopped going. Been trying to get support to get help resolve the issue, and can't get live help. Email responses are automated and those take a week or two to receive back. The real person this is hurting is the franchisees that are losing out on business, due to the technical issues from whomever is in charge of getting a successful app functional and then too, resolving issues quickly.
