Hi, how long does face verification process take? It's been more than 6 days. It still shows face verification pending. All the other apps face verification takes 2 minutes. This makes me believe that this game is fake. So they have my pic, email , name and surname. Wonder what scams they going to do .

It's fun and easy however, I do not trust that I have to use their server - on their app - to log into PayPal. There are a couple of apps I use that pay to PayPal, all I have to do is just put my email address in and it goes straight through. I am now deleting this from my phone!

Can't cash out. I reached the first cash out threshold. I went through the process and the app froze when. Now when I tried again, I get error messages that payment failed. I can't move on to the next cash out level with the first one going through.

The requirements for cash out are stiff. This app is like several others I've used which were fraudulent. They make you earn a lot and then require you to pay to even have a chance at getting a PP voucher to cash out. If you don't pay you don't get them so basically you're doing twice the work here you'd have to do on mistplay or TapChamps. I'd rather stick with the well known apps and know for a fact I'll get what I earn. Uninstalled.

I couldn't even get a .35 paypal payout. The other 4 rewards were a secret until I cashed out the first one.. I tried 20 times more than I should have.. I'm only giving 3 stars due to it being a cute game. I got it for a promotion play on another app that is very legit, so this was a let down. Hope you fix it one day for others. You can keep that chicken scratch you refuse to pay me.. Peace. Out.

Takes forever to turn the coins you need to cash out actual money to PayPal. I've gotten there but it won't let me cash out " something went wrong while performing the payout payout request failed" is the message I got. Fix it and I'll give more stars. This is day 2. Still can't cash out and no response yet from them. I'm not a patient woman. If you want to actually make money off one of these apps, try Mistplay, Make Money, and Justplay. Those 3 unlike this actually pay.

DON'T BOTHER!! Unable to cash out after 1st cashout. Played for hours to reach the next cashout amount only to be met with an error surprise surprise. Contacted customer support and was asked for a screenshot of the problem, I sent said screenshot and had no further contact from them. Update: I have sent more emails and have been completely ignored. Reported to ofcom.

I doubt the payment, been waiting to get face verification. 2 weeks and can't get verify. 😪 BS.. I'm unistalling games unless I get notifications from support witch I haven't so far. My vote, it's a 🤣. Would like to withdraw. But no luck still waiting. I'm over this don't install this game. I'm unistalling don't waste your time on this garbage

Do not try to cash out. This is 10000% a scam for identity. They will make you take a picture. I tried silly faces. It's not ai scanning your face. The scammer reviews your pictures, if they are to their standards, make you log into PayPal through their app not PayPal. That's how they get your information because they have a keystroke reader. Then they take over your PayPal. Was about to fall for this one. Nice try

First payout glitched, of course I would actually give this game a five-star rating because it is awesome and it is easy to make money however I cannot make any money on it because the first payout I got to my PayPal which I have no idea how they have any of my PayPal information anyway so it is currently holding up all of my other payments. It's been weeks since reaching out via in game support link. Still waiting. Cannot recommend as of right now. Seems pretty dirty and scammy.

Don't do it. I was supposed to play for two hours to get paid and I didnt even get to play for five minutes before it quit working and kicked me out. Did it to me 3 times before I came here wrote my review and uninstalled. Made sure to stop any permission granted for data collection. Don't waste your time with this app. I can't imagine the headache trying to cash out. Save yourself the wasted time effort and privacy browsing they do. Download something fun. No stars I didn't even get to play

Game has a bug in it or has been hacked by somebody keeps going to the Play store when you're in the middle of trying to scratch the cards or play it at all and the face recognition keeps saying facial recognition pending it gets old real quick I've downloaded this game before and I never had this problem please fix it and make the pay out more better please and thank you I will not recommend this game to anyone until it is fixed

well, just like all mega world wide apps, you will be able to get two cash outs and never a third. either it won't count vouchers, or you will get an error like "RequestPayoutFailed." If this gets fixed, which I doubt it will, I will amend my review, but my best suggestion: get your two cashouts and move on to a different app. Oh, and don't bother trying to contact them. they will ignore you and do nothing to fix the problem.

I haven't had any issues with this game for nearly two weeks. It's fun, it works, or at least until two days ago, and it keeps saying there is a problem with payment failing to process. I've emailed support, but I haven't gotten any response/help. I would love to give this game 5 stars, but recently if it isnt going to work then only two because the scratching cards is okay and it helps find new games.

It's not horrible but it's not one I'd want to try again. The only way to earn vouchers to get money is to play their partner apps but it only shows one and it's one I don't like so I can't get any vouchers. Everything else just gives you coins. Uninstalled for now but if the issue is fixed I'll return with a higher rating and will play a lot more

This game does payout. When you can get it 2. Ive had enough to cashout. A couple times. But i have only been able 2 once. Anytime i try it says an error has occurred. It did this the first time i tried to cash out. But finally after a week it went through. But this time ive been trying a.couple weeks. And when i try to contact customer support The same an error has occured message appears. I rarely leave bad reviews but this game isn't worth your time.

Yeah, it would be okay if I could actually get the payout. I figured it was too good to be true and it's too easy for it to be.. Everytime I go to cash out thru my PayPal, it asks for verification, but Everytime I try it, it won't take the face Pic and it also keeps having a pop up that says, "Scratch Cash isn't working" and then it has the keep open or close. Ad I close it Everytime, and try to g back to the app to I guess start it over and it's the same thing. So I believe it's fake
