Most recent app update does allow me to sign in. SCU's own tips posted online does not rectify my issue. Issue was brought to their attention. NO ONE has called me back to fix the issue or address concerns I raised. Unless banking app, and extremely poor customer service over the phone and in person. Would give the app zero stars if I could.

Difficult to find stuff on, has blocky awkward feel. Bunch of useless stuff on home page, not really easy to read transactions when I finally find how to access them. Also took 2 days before I could access my account and jammed a long password change down my throat for the displeasure of using this garbage! Old app, everything had large buttons and was easy to read and navigate. App sucks, changed banks as a result

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Get organized! The old app was working good. This one just freezes non stop. I've been trying to get this app working for 5 days. I can't receive etransfers and I waited over half an hour for customer service to NOT resolve my issue! SCU for such a rich corporation, you should be able to afford proper staffing. No one should have to wait over half an hour on the phone to get their banking resolved. Shame on you! I would never refer anyone to this corporation.

This app still feels clunky and unintuitive. The biometric setup has been initiated, but never works. The app recognizes my finger print, but a password is still requested to get in. I also use apps from other banks, which look better and work better. The examples are out there, but the architects of the SCU banking app have failed in their attempts to create a properly working app

Garbage app. Removed the ability to see transaction history beyond a month now have to sign in online which defeats the purpose of having a app. Sign in fails 70% of the time. Fingerprint scan never works. Name and password sign in takes you to a browser sign in then back to the app, why? Then 90% of the time when signing in with password it still asks for fingerprint!! You guys have had this app 3 years now? And still haven't fixed a single issue. Shame on you.

The only thing more useless than this app is the actual desktop site, and between the two of them they don't even have a way for you to accept e-transfers without auto-deposit. Their new "upgraded web experience" is hot garbage that almost made us miss a mortgage payment. Thanks so much for the upgrade!! *vomits blood*

why is the app telling me to change my phone's time setting to automatic vs manual? I've never seen this hogwash from any other app in my life! Fix your glitch

What's going on with this app? Keeps crashing and logging me out....when I do eventually get in after a few attempts it won't let me accept etransfers...???? Something about interact not being set up?? Come on guys. This is disturbing to know there software has so many bugs in it...scary..year and half later and the app still has so many bugs...don't bother downloading...it doesn't work half of the time....

I have not been happy since they rolled this new online banking program out. The layout actually made it more difficult, requiring more steps to get to my transactions. It constantly tries to log me out while actively using, glitches if on the program too long and gives me consistent errors. Updates often cause issues with accessing my account.

Keeps crashing when opening it. Also it is less intuitive than the old app. It is actually really annoying to use if you have multiple accounts to work thru and you have to go and select the account by rotating thru the accounts at the top after every action. The only positive is that I can have my business accounts and personal accounts on the same screen.

This app provides a significant boost to security. If no one can use it or its features then there are no risks for transactions to be intercepted. It is scary that it is so buggy, leading me to believe there must be some easy entry points or significant lack of programming optimization. Not worth the download. You will never get those minutes back and just leave with a bigger headache.

Let's get this out of the way, it is THE slowest app on my phone. I thought it might need updates, nope as slow as ever. Thought maybe it was my signal, go to wifi. Nope still just as slow, thought maybe the wifi was slow, found good wifi. Nope still the slowest app on my phone. Beyond that, it take a long time to figure out how to navigate, then when you get the hang of it they update it completely and you need to relearn.. and they want to bring in digital currency, start with a usable app

Old app was better and didn't bug out and crash at all compared to this. I love how using my finger print still requires me to enter my password three time in the same new pop up after... my finger print! Every single time. Makes every longer and more stressful. I don't need fancy graphic that hides all the information I want to see in meus that don't make any sense. Also why is an e transfer contact so hard to make. It's like in the settings. I'll say it again old app was simpler and easier.

It is extremely slow and unreliable! I have to login several times in a row until I finally get access. Even when you are logged in it doesn't work properly. I tried to pay for my credit card bill and never got through. I gave up and used the internet browser. What is the point of having an app when it is not even doing the basics of online banking? It's better to not have an app at all! I wish there would be negative stars. This app would get negative 5!

Well it has been 4 days and the app is still not working at all. How do you expect people to assess their banking on the go without a back up plan? I have never had so many issues and I can't remember a single day of the old app giving me issues. Without laptop handy I have no idea what my accounts look like, unable to pay any of my bills atm, pending accepting etransfers still from Friday (it is Tues) and just buying my groceries blind hoping I don't run out until I get home!

I just downloaded and tried the new app. It is a huge step backwards! There is no decimal on the deposit page. You have to change to symbols to get a decimal then back to numbers to put in the cents. What a terrible design. I don't need the # or a comma when I enter a cheque. As well, the auto cheque picture feature is gone. I used to work so very well! This is the same terrible app that we had to use 5 years ago. Please fix it!

I was having a good experience with the app, except now, I schedule a payment weeks in advance and now, 2x in a row, the payment goes out immediately.

I've been banking with scu for as long as I can remember. I have no complaints about the scu.. but the app. this app drives me absolutely insane. everytime I try to sign in, it will bug out and I have to log in a second time. Every. Single. Time. Every so often, it will just completely stop working and I'll have to un-install it and re-install it. This app is so very frustrating. This happens regardless of any updates i install.

the MOST unreliable app I've ever had, not only does it take a millennia to open, you have to input your credentials a minimum of twice anytime you want to login. even once you get in, it'll spontaneously log you out again or have "no internet connection" or some other excuse. with technology these days it's a wonder that this software hasn't been upgraded
