My card did not arrive though it shows as DELIVERED on app. I cannot contact customer service hotline and everything. myghad. I filed a complaint 'bout the card on the app but it was not resolved ghad. tried replacing the card though it's asking me for another fee.

Seamless banking! Most notable feature this app got is the interest rates (although i, along with the millions of users, are quite disappointed to the implementation of the insterest taxes laid upon shamlessly), quite ironic. Aside from that, this is a great app if your goal is to save temporarily or in the long term. Still, I am a satisfied customer here.

Been using Seabank for some time now, and hands down one of the best digital banks so I've used so far. Smooth, doesn't have a lot of downtime, pays interests daily, gives rebate when paying bills, and gives enough free bank transfers.

I thought this was easy to use but no, registration in itself is a pain I have already placed all of the needed information the first time then now it's asking for me to place the same information on a webform There isn't even an email notification about the status of your application. Absolutely no contact at all.

Couldn't get support and I couldn't register my phone number coz the app keeps insisting it's registered to an existing account though it is my first time downloading the app. I never registered with SeaBank before. Gotta let this go and find other services for my finances. It's a shame, I was looking forward to it. There is no toll free number. I got charged by my carrier calling their CS number from the app. A huge disappointment from a bank sharing name from a well reputed bank in Singapore.

I love this bank because. 1. Free 15 transfers 2. Low interest on credit loans. No one is calling unlike other banks. 3. Saving Interest rate. 4. Discount when you buy loads. 5. Simple App smooth works even low-end devices. My Suggestions 1. Implement for Tap-To-Pay (NFC). 2. More Government bills like SSS, Pag-Ibig & Phil Heath. That's it I hope this will be implemented.

SeaBank Mobile Banking experienced is absolutely excellent, secured and reliable..and that was BEFORE.. But this time, it seems like they removed the (3) times free deposit from other linked bank. And they are charging P15.00 every transaction. In that case, for sure you're clients seems to moved on the other digital banks as your compitency, before Seabank going to bankrupt. I will edit this message as positive comment, if Seabank apps, will do updates for the sake of the other clients.

Longtime account holder here. Everything is ok and as of now, I can't fault the app. The services are great. However, there is one thing I've noticed. On the upper left side, under your name are the words 'Account noo.:'. It may be a small typo but it reflects a lot.

This bank is very helpful and lots of beautiful features. I most like the cash backs, interest everyday in your wallet, 15free of transfer and when you avail the cash loan, it has a small interest of 2.95%. However, after I fully paid my 2 loans, they already won't accept my new application which I have an available offer of 30k, I already discuss this in some agent, but they insisted that they cannot help me withdraw it in their end. So, sad but need to deactivate my account soon.

I’ve been using the app for a while and have successfully paid off two ₱20,000 loans on time. However, despite being a responsible borrower, I was offered the same loan amount both times. It’s frustrating not to see any increase in my limit after proving my reliability. Just recently I applied for the 3rd time but got the same offer plus they are giving me a hard time to withdraw the loan though it was approved already. I even paid the last one in advance

Very easy to use and the UI is probably the best out of all the banks/e-wallets I've tried. Free weekly 15x transfers, easy card control, cashback when using the card and paying bills, great security, and responsive customer support are my top reasons for using this app. Hoping there will be an option to have seperate savings accounts (like in GoTyme) in the future.

Very user friendly app. I can get my bank statement, check details of my physical card seamlessly and the app even has built in notifications for dowtime or maintenance. Customer service is also knowledgeable. Suggestion: I hope you add a feature to see the ending balance after every transaction is completed.

My account has been temporarily blocked since July. I’ve called overseas six times, spoken to different agents, and followed all instructions, yet the issue remains unresolved. This has placed all my transactions on hold. It’s especially difficult for OFWs like me who need to spend extra just to call the hotline in the Philippines for followup.

Ok sana. Free instapay transfers available, convenient to use. Better than the unreliable GCash. Although physical card hasn't arrived yet at delivery address despite having been paid the P99 fee and being tagged as "delivered" on the app. I've already raised the issue a couple of times, no resolution or update yet. In-acknowledge lang.

Super poor customer service. And blocking accounts for the first failure of facial recognition. You have to call the agent and buy a regular load just to call them. Email doesn't help fix the problem even the chat support. My account was blocked for a simple facial recognition. Idiot system. The agent want me to update my facial recognition but the app doesnt allow me. Idiot system.

Superior banking accounts, with reasonable interest rates, excellent cashback offers, easy to manage accounts (none of the pot/stash nonsense), free transfers has helped transform family finances, bill payments, saving and shopping. I've tried other digital banks, and they have let me down, so I can't recommend Seabank highly enough.

Very disappointing experience with Seabank. I made fund transfers to GCash and while some go through, others just disappear even though the account details are correct This is already the second time Seabank has failed me, and it’s unacceptable for a banking app to be this unreliable. Instead of convenience, it’s causing me stress and wasted time. " If you value your hard-earned money, think twice before trusting this app."
