This app is the best recharge app of all time if you have problem with your recharge you can contact them and talk with kindness they will reply you as a person and your discipline will benefit you! if you talk good they will do your transaction soon as this app is an international recharging app it will take time as being newly launched app it isnt that perfect but it will be perfect app over time. Trust me though this app might not be fast but thier communication as a person to us is amazin

Making payment quite trouble. I hope your can put a system to this apps for direct make payment button, so that we no need open another browser to make payment and so do email. Your can try to figure out 1 payment button to easy others. So that we can direct make payment from this apps rather than switch out. Sorry and thank you.

Absolutely sick of this site, I've been trying to make payments with PayPal yesterday and today and out of trying to purchase gift cards 25 times, the payment only went through twice. Obviously I asked the live support team (who were quite fast) to assist me but each time I had a problem their reply would be "wait 3-24 hours". That didn't do anything. I recommend using other sites like G2A or MTCGame as you won't encounter problems at all.

The customer service of this platform is really sux. I tried to seek for assist but they just reply with template with very bad attitude. I give this apps a second chance, but it's really disappointed me again. When I top up the money, it's stuck and takes 5 working days to get back to me, and this may not take the the time to solve the issue. When money involved, the platform should really take immediate action.

4 stars for live support.Website is really good there is only one issue they use cashield system to control and determine transaction risks.It blocks a lot legitimate transactions and cant determine correctly and very annoying for users. but we can understand it.Real problem is there is no human review for it and they told me they cant override it.I would change to 5 stars if you fix it Thank you

First of all, there is no more credit/debit or paypal option. Second, I tried using Skrill as that is the only option available in this period of time but my phone number is not in the regional whitelist. Please come up with a way so that international purchase is available once again. Very good app apart from the very limited payment options given.

Seagm is quite fine now. Glad to see you've brought back the previous payment options and added new ones as well. The hassle of having to chat with customer service everytime I buy a card in order to retrieve it is finally gone. But, the app keeps signing me out and having to sign-in every few times I open the app is a pain.

When i searched on google if this has paypal payment mode, it popped out. So I downloaded the app so I can top up using my paypal balance, unfortunately there is no paypal option. It is also annoying that everytime that you will top up, the app will direct you to their website on your browser. I thought the main reason that we installed the app is to top up easily without any disturbance and we can top up directly. So disappointing.

I have purchased twice here, first using PayPal and the second I used local bank transfer. The first purchase took a few hours to came, while the second purchase came instantly after I transferred. Idk if using PayPal is actually have some 'trouble' or SeaGM is actually loaded. Not really much a problem for me, just take a note to other people who read this to be patient or just purchase it earlier to avoid 'waiting'. You can always send email to their helper if you have any difficulties.

This app also there website is absolute bull 💩, my account was suspended and I did nothing wrong all I do was topping up knives out voucher, I also tried to registering new account but I can't anymore maybe they block my IP, blocking my IP suspending my account for no reason like wth

I love this app because I've been using it to purchase PUBG unknown Cash, they're legit and good ,I'm not comparing but you guys should maybe give out some free stuff or maybe a timer outfits or giveaways like where I used to buy UC at .. thank you

It was good until i got payment problem. At first, the CS asked me to wait for 3 days to investigate so i wait but no dice, i had to persistently asked and wait for 2 weeks until they basically gave up and avoid responsibility. After that they told me to ask my bank CS instead. Edit: you want me to tell in detail via mail? My answer is NO. my trust already on rock bottom and do you really want to tell something to untrustworthy ppl?

I use smartfren as my internet provider. And i couldn't get the verification sms both in this app or when i opened it with a browser. So your service is totally unusable for me.

Baddest service ever, they have issue with payment and when i contacted customer service agent he keep saying that he checked and the issue from card issuer (checked in 5 seconds) he just read the error message only, i told him that i contacted my bank and use the same card with other website without any issue and i use more than 1 card with same issue and he just keep saying the same thing without any explanation ... will be last time and the app already deleted 👍🏻

It's really convenient and easy to use. There are minor issues with card codes not loading properly after purchase, but the live chat technicians are very helpful and respond quickly with accurate advice and guidance to help get you and the issue squared away. Personally, I'd definitely give SEAGM 5 stars, but the issue, itself, is the only thing holding me back from doing so. I recommend SEAGM, but also to make use of the live chat feature, if said issue does occur for you as well.
