I keep getting logged out of the app and am having trouble accessing my information. App also defaulted me to the wrong park and I had a hard time figuring out where to find the park switch button. it shows the show times and rides and stores your pass but isn't great. Update: I just changed my review to a 1 star (from 2because it got even worse. I can't even load my pass into the app (the most basic function this app should do). It sent me to the website to enter barcode but there's an error.

App had tab to click 4 Howl-O-Scream event caused overlay of symbols across the map showing haunted houses and scare zones. Would be nice to have the option of just showing Haunted Houses. No wait times displayed. Not the most accurate positioning of your location but had to use app due to park being very dark and hard to find your way around, park needed more signage. App needs an exit option to show you the way out - employees were not helpful- some didn't speak English. App crashed few times

This is the WORST theme park app I've ever used! I cannot link my season pass when logged in, it gives me an error saying my pass# is invalid. I just renewed my pass at the park, they said it was due to my email address wasn't linked, so supposedly fixed that. Still can't link my pass in app. Also under benefits it shows me those of the Bronze pass. I have a GOLD pass and only previously had a SILVER pass, where are they getting their info from? SeaWorld, take note on this review and do better!

I have tickets I purchased online, I have created an account with the email used for the purchase, but cannot find or link the tickets to the app Which makes adding items on impossible. It only shows a place to add a bar code for membership holders. I have added items to the cart only to have the cart emptied and app crash when trying to add another item. It looks nice, and maybe it works well for membership holders, but from my experience it's trash.

As of this review no paper maps are available and forcing people to use the app. Unfortunately the app has very limited information and is poorly presented. Very disappointing as it was very hard to find things and information. Many of the icons have very big borders that block the map. Links to information to the website is broken. There was no ride wait time information available like other nearby parks.

More sales pitch, less guide. When at the park, you want immediate info about show times and attractions. Although ride wait times were shown, the daily showtimes were not...I kept consulting the paper list in my pocket. Everytime I looked up a restaurant or attraction it gave me offers for premium upgrades rather than real information. Good ride descriptions and good PRICES would be very useful. Again, I just kept using the paper map and guide I picked up @ the entrance.

Still not functional!!! They do not keep information updated. _ Not functional yet. The app didn't have up to date information on what was going on in the park. Listed shows that were occurring later in the evening after the park closed at 7pm. Worked really slow even through I had a fast data connection.

App crashes everytime you exit, force close/reopen is required every time you use the app. Not able to access tickets/passes from within the app, redirects to a web page that downloads tickets and passes as a PDF. You then have to find that PDF on your phone. When looking at the map, if you select an option, such as restrooms, and then want to select another option like animals, in order to make the restrooms disappear off map, you must again force close the app and restart it. So many glitches.

New app is really nice. Has animal listings show times, restaurant menus, and pass/ticket purchases and barcodes. Really clean UI, very easy to navigate. Really makes the special events (like Electric Ocean) offerings stand out. Two suggestions: Would love to be able to add passes to Google Pay, and also a dark mode that matches system settings.

This app is in great need of modernization! It's slow, I can never get the pass member benefits to show up, there is no clear option to see the schedule because after pressing an option on "today's schedule", there is zero way to go back to see the entire schedule. If it worked properly this could be a home run, right now it's one star :(

App is difficult to navigate. No easy way to find restrooms. Can only view today's hours and showtimes, not future dates which makes it hard to plan ahead. You have to click on each individual to see ride times and it's not shown on the app when attractions are temporarily closed. You can't order food through the app or even view the menu. It gives you a link to download the menu which doesn't open. The old app was better. Don't know why they ruined it.

As much as I like SeaWorld, this app just keeps getting worse. It's been reduced to a web wrapper, with the only actual buttons being an unhideable switcher for the different locations. The map redirects to a browser to download a PDF, which is just not acceptable for a mobile app. Pages load just as slowly as they would if you opened the link in your browser. Please SeaWorld bring back the real app from 2017!

Crashed, froze, or malfunctioned constantly. Ended up mainly using the map. Would look up one thing (food, ride, show, etc.) and then I'd have to kill the app and restart to look up anything else. Wait times for rides were totally inaccurate - worker at the park told me it takes the app a while to update info. A ride that was closed due to technical difficulties said it had a 30 minute wait for about an HOUR after it shut down! Rides that said no wait or 5 minute wait had 1 hour waits.

The app is pretty weak. Mostly it just leads to the web page, which doesn't load 80% of the time. I have a season pass and bought tickets, but the app doesn't allow you to see purchased tickets and you end up just having to screen shot them when they send them through email, it would be nice to have them in the app as well. The menus never load for the restaurants. Overall, it's clunky, slow, and close to useless.

I would give this a great rating, but there is 1 big problem. On "My Visit", it shows my expired Silver Passes from 2021 instead of the 2022 Silver Passes I currently use. I have to navigate to the website which also shows the expired passes by default instead of the new ones. When I go to purchases on the website, I can print the tickets and see the details. The current passes also appear on the purchases' section in the app as well. I shouldn't have such an inconvenience for these new passes.

This version crashes immediately upon opening. If it stays open a few seconds, then it crashes when I touch on any links. I have uninstalled, cleared my phone and reinstalled repeatedly over past year hope to fix but did not fix. Had to uninstall. I have annual pass for 7 years. App previous version worked for map, showtimes, events. My son loves the GPS walk us to locations on the SW map so I am also sad at not having that because it was fun to follow the blue dots around the park.

Good to use for the day while I was at the park. The mobile order option was functioning properly along with the filter between the various attraction types. The only 2 problems that I found were that in some areas of the park, there was no wifi signal, so I had to refresh the map a couple of times. The other problem was when I went through a few apps while waiting for a show or ride and then went back to the map, it wouldn't load at all.

This app is very slow, and every couple of minutes while I'm using the app to travel the park, it crashes and the screen freezes. The wait times are also inaccurate to the ones posted outside of the entrances to the Coasters. The fact that there is a map is the only good thing about this app. If the SeaWorld app stopped crashing and had accurate wait times, the review would be higher, thank you.

Terrible UI. Extremely slow and glitchy. The app would not recognize my login even though I have no issues logging into my account on the website. Days later, i was able to log in, but none of my add-ons are in the app. I guess this is why the website insists you print the barcodes for the add-ons. I hope they take better care of the animals than they do their app.

Hoping that with this review they'll update the software of this app. It's consistently glitching, you have to exit the app (through a hyperlink) to show barcodes. You also have to re-sign in (and it often struggles with the new sign-in) to be able to access the barcodes. And every time you close the app you have to start the entire process over. Extremely frustrating, please make a way for the pass to be seen in app!
