It was nice at first but now I forgot my password. I have done password reset to my registered email with your app, yet it's been weeks no email messages. What is going on ?? Urgent reply please.

Had very valuable pics in this app. All I did was switched to a new phone. No new number, no new card or anything. All my pics are gone!

All the videos I downloaded some of the videos said that I can't watch it or they get reorganized without me doing it and I can't watch it and some of the videos I put on here that I deleted right back on here this is not what I wanted I wanted an app to hide my stuff where I can go back to it and watch so what's the problem

well, it won't let me do ANYTHING on it anymore. i can't move my files, export them back in my regular gallery, or even delete them. tf?

I literally just downloaded this app moved several private photos that I'm never getting back they automatically deleted and corrupted on the app.

Why does this have a 4.3 review status by GOOGLE PLAY when it is clear, it takes your photos and destroys them! Thanks alot GOOGLE! Is it the app developers intention to hold our photos for ransom? So we have to pay to get them back? This will piss off every capable jacker out here and I think I will post this littke scam to the hacker forums.

Avoid this garbage App. All the photos I stored were deleted. The developers designed the app this way. They will probably charge you to unlock your photos or they are on some crusade to delete photos from people they consider cheaters.

I even wrote my password down so I know I'm not entering it wrong. Uninstalled app, reinstalled app, it detects that I have a previous vault but there's still no way for me to access it. Thanks a lot.

Awful app. I put a bunch of private videos on here but they all got corrupted and they automatically deleted off my gallery. I can never get them back. Thanks for nothing.

Cant export my photos. Or print. Or screenshot. I can view them but that doesnt work for court. If i un install the app i lose my photos. Interfers with my wifi. Shuts it down. Sucks.

I just started using this app so I don't have enough experience to give it a true rating yet. I can not find directions on how to navigate the app. I would like to use a pattern instead of a passcode. How do I do that? I also am wondering how I link that pattern to open seperate apps straight from my home screen.

The app works great, but if you forget your passcode it's impossible to get back in the app. They give you a code to put in the app and then they're supposed to send a verification code to your email. Well hours go by and you still never get a verification email. So you can't change your password.
