So far this app is excellent, I have tried loads of similar apps and all have come up short, some have way to many ads and others lack basic features like being able to scroll through your photos like in your phone photo gallery and being able to orientate your photos in landscape and portrait.. This app does all this and works nice and fast and is simple to use. Good that you can add different folders for different selections of photos to... Best app of its kind I've tried by Miles...

They steal Videos and Pictures Do Not Use This App!! I was a paying customer and I decided to unsubscribe! They stole all my Private pictures!!! Paid over a year and they steal everything you put in!! Do Not Use!!!!

I forgot my password and now I am not able to creat new one I have tried for forgot password option also but it's not working properly and now i have so many photos in app but not able to take back so excepting suggestions from you so please reply me fast

app is great and does what I want it to do! only thing that's missing is that you should have the ability to use the share feature straight from Google Photos or your local gallery and share it to the app. It's really annoying having to go into the app and upload each time I want to add photos. With share capability from Google Photos this would make the app 5 stars

Deleting photos. I put a gallery of pictures in, about 20% of them are gone now, replaced with a grey image & "X". I'm upset, I've lost some awesome pictures.

I forgot my password that can't recovery and not sent any OTP to added mail... Worst app I lost my photos due to this

Contains some kind of ransome ware. Once your photos are in you cannot get them Out. I wanted to free up space on my internal and move photos to th SD card and them reimport into this app. But out of 1000 only 300 were returned to the original folders. It exports to folders that don't exist. Also when you open a photo a different one is displayed. 100s of ads too, one after each command.

This app aborts its decryption process as soon as the screen turns off. Any file currently being decrypted while this happens seems to break and ist lost forever. Tried move all my files from PhotoGuard to my normal gallery. Process took a while, screen turned off eventually. When I noticed that and turned it back on, only 40 of 500 files had been decrypted. One of the decrypted files was corrupted and unreadable/unplayable. I went to look for it in my PhotoGuard Gallery, but it was already gone! Now it seems like it's lost forever. I contacted support already

This is the best app I ever tried. It has an amazing lay out that allows for an easy browsing of pictures and videos. It is easy to browse your phone's storage to find the pictures you wish you hide. You can even organize your pictures by albums! The premium feature of the cloud works perfectly. The price for it is very reasonable. The truly astonishing part about this app is the customer support. I emailed them and got an answer in less than an hour with the exact information I needed. Must get!

Works well, for the most part, and provides a good, slick, easy to use way of segregating and protecting sensitive pics and vids. Seems to crash and lose the recording if the screen times out whilst recording or encrypting. Workaround is to use a separate app that keeps the screen awake. It's missing a few features that would, for me, make this a 5* app: 1) a self-timer function 2) the ability to use the volume button for the shutter (as per system camera) 3) basic flip/rotate edit functions

I have only just installed but it looks like this is going to do what I want. I often take photos of items when I am shopping. For prices, dimensions etc. I'm tired of them being amongst my photos, by using the camera in this app it solves the problem. (it is now 2024 and I am still using this app on a regular basis - After 3 years I have no complaints) Thank you

Solid performance. Easy to use. Easy to secure photos here and send to/save from Threema. Will give that 5th star as soon as photo editing is implemented. Simple cropping, text boxes, colored pencil tool and some shapes and symbols would make this perfect and I would buy premium in a heartbeat.

First and foremost, this app is impeccable in regards to customer service response. The app does what it needs to do with minimal problems. Only thing I wish is that the cloud storage took away from storage on your phone. It leaves the media in the phone as well as the cloud. So even though you're backing everything up to the cloud, it's still takes up space on your phone.

I loved this app so much I paid for premium. A year later I switched phones. I backed all up properly and did what I was told to download to the new phone. All I got was x's and cloud symbols. Not quite what I saved, for sure. I reached out and someone wrote right back. I answered their query and have been waiting a week for anything else. I've even written back a few times, to no avail. Not what was promised and especially not premium level care. Extremely disappointed. Warning!

Out of the blue this new update won't let me access it anymore.. I open it and it completely freezes everything else while never "updating" itself... (If you guys need it) there's an app called keepsake it's just like this one but with no surprise updates that freeze your phone. And the best part is that if you make an account it will actually save you storage on some of your files. And the best part is, you actually get to keep them and access the app whenever you want :D

Very simple but with good default features, would like more controller of app look, feel, and functions; but best photo lock app I've found, love it. *edit: it turns out I can't decide what place to store the encrypted folder, some thumbnails will break, it changes the date created dates so everything is unorganized now, YOU CANNOT SELECT ALL AND MASS DECRYPT FILES, and also you are spammed with ads for a sub par app.

I never leave reviews on apps, but this is probably one of the better photo vault apps that I've used so I wanted to give praise and suggest a feature or two. I've been using Keepsafe and that app is just a huge buggy mess. This is a far superior app. I do wish that you could drag and rearrange albums and photos if possible, or choose custom album covers. But other than that, I'm really pleased with this app. If the $10 lifetime purchase included a Cloud save or any of those features, I'd gladly get it.

Good app. Does app hiding good, could be improved with additional capabilities. I'm review this only in reference to the free version capabilities. I thought I was going to be able to hide the icon but you cannot. I don't see any photo edit or crop capabilities. That means you have to do all editing while leaving exposed the things you want to hide the most. However, after placing your photos in the vault they stop showing up in other apps. Things like recently added files. Developer responds🙂

Mostly reliable app with good features. Only problem is that occasionally after putting a video in the app, it will reappear in my normal gallery some time later, with another copy still stored in the app. After deleting the video from my gallery, it does not reappear again. Edit: Thanks for the response. I suspected it might be something like that, but I wasn't sure.

Great in how it's setup and exactly what I was looking for in theory. Perfect for photos, but almost unusable for videos over a minute. It takes very long to encrypt the video (not the apps fault I'm sure) but if the screen happens to lock (before encrypting is done) while you're waiting that very long time then the video will be completely lost. Combine with a very long wait to shoot next video even if it does manage to save and I can't use it for videos at all, my primary interest in the app.
