Garbage Company. I completed the shop, which was 14 miles away. The competition wasn't worth it, but wanted to get a few shops under my belt so I would have a bigger selection. I was unable to complete the online portion of my shop due to error messages from the app. They canceled my account. Wasted my time and fuel.

Love this app I only have one suggestion or well more like a request I guess u cld say and that is get more open shops for retail stores and grocery stores gas stations restaurants ext in more local and smaller locations not just the more well known and large towns an cities because I love being able to apply n complete jobs an how it feels to get paid I feel like the information I provid helps that store n the community that uses it. So plz provide more opportunities in my area

too rigid - no true customer "service"... am sure peeps will "disagree"... did NOT self assign and was told I did, when I TRIED to get back in app, almost a year later, am informed of "case"...one and done..?? IF I am going to "self-assign" it's def going to be for something "close", NOT almost an hour's drive for $15...?? that makes NO sense!! even for a "first" gig!!

The app itself is easy to use and navigate. My only complaint is they just do not pay enough in my opinion. The shops that require you to go to a place pay super low and are usually pretty extensive, have alot of questions you have to ask and sometimes they want you to record or take pics. If you make even 1 simple mistake then you will not get paid! I dont know about you, but I make mistakes from time to time and I cannot afford to not be paid for my work so I haven't done any shops for them.

App is easy to use, buts jobs are scarce. I've been using this app for three years and see only two types of jobs: quarterly Charter/Spectrum customer service checks and semiannual Matress by Appointment reviews. Pay is very slow. For example, I completed jobs the first week of November's 2019 and won't get paid until December 20, 2019.

Known issues with the app crashing when creating profile. You answer numerous questions, agree and consent a few times, take a quiz, enter all your personal info and at the end before you submit, it crashed. SS continues to respond to these reviews stating there should or is an option at the end to submit manually but it doesn't let you get that far! I did the process 3x and each time crashed with 1 or 2 questions left. Not worth the effort as this CLEARLY is a problem for many users and the company hasn't bothered resolving this. If I can't properly register not trusting SS with my time and payment!!!

I was able to sign up, but whenever I try to open shop instructions, I get a blank white page. I've tried submitting a request through the app, but get no response. I've even called the 800 number it went straight to voicemail. anybody know how I can get the instructions to display? update- the app is working and I'm able to shop. I'd definitely recommend this app to others.

The app is easy to navigate and easy to understand. The down side, only one store close enough to me, approximately 25 miles, I had to be wait listed for. The pay would not have covered the gas for the round trip. I'm sure this app would be great for anyone living close enough to the other stores.

It's bad enough that they cancel the assignments you signed up for so they can give them to someone else. Even worse is the fact their app sends your tracking data- including your GPS COORDINATES - to Google. Ended my seven years with them before they take away my Elite status with their most recent "let's screw more people by doing this!" adventure.

Seems like a good app, but there are never any assignments in my specific area. When I do bid on other shops in other that are simi close locations I never get picked. FYI I bid because it's the only option I'm ever given. I saw another review that said there weren't opportunities in her area either, so I'm assuming this is not something that going to be useful unless you're in a popular location

The available shops list is easy to read, selecting and scheduling shops is easy, doing the shops is kinda fun. I have chronic illness, and have had to reschedule or cancel a couple times and the communication was fairly simple. I'm pickier about what shops I choose because of gas prices and wonder if there will be an increase in the payments? I have recommended this app to friends and family.

Recently added and app makes user pass a quiz before u can create an account. Quiz is basically do's and dont's(a ton), which took me about 20 mins to read through and pass quiz.(payment will be 20th of every month based on previous month activity)This is not taking into consideration creating an account, which took an extra 5 mins. Afterwards i search my area, and there are no shops available!! Wish they would give that option first before wasting my time!! Will be uninstalling nonetheless.

Useless, I installed this app and signed up only to be disappointed by the lack of available shops and the shops that were near me, only one by the way, showed there was a wait list for that shop and another shop that was available not even in my area. What a complete waste of time, not worth it so I do not recommend it to anyone.!!!

Easy to use. Shop questionnaires are genreally pretty easy and don't take an abundance of time. Higher paying shops means more questions to answer. I've never had an issue, shops are pretty quick to complete, and I've never received less than the top rating for shops I've done. Do it right and you'll like it!

I spent hours getting prepared for a shop, when suddenly it was cancelled. My entire account was cancelled. My request to a reason has been ignorred. I've been in this industry for years, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. I'm starting to wonder if this was a scam to get all my information. This is the only SS app so far that I've had any issues with.

Comical in a frustrating way. My original review was deleted because it was less than stellar but completely honest. * in response to the developers email* My zip code was put in correctly AND my location was on. Considering I have 43 years of living history in. this city,, 2 college degrees and am conpletely fluent in the native language used in Houston, Tx. I'm quite certain that my information was put in correctly.

I live in a rural area but my mom lives in a moderate sized city. I guess only really big cities have shops near by. If u live in a big city & have the time to do this, then I guess it's worth it. For my mom & I, it's really not worth taking up your phone space.

"Edit-(It wasnt just my local area but the ENTIRE world)" Went through an incredibly long-winded sign up process only for there to be NO SHOPS or anything at the end of it. Maybe due to the timing as it says they release new ones each month but cannot find a single one on the entire map! Will update if this changes
