Can not login, after email it's also asking to put mobile number and no verification code in mobile number. 😠 waste of time.

This app clocks you out unexpectedly, and you will be clocked out and not know it. Therefore, you will miss time and not be able to keep an accurate record of your days and hours worked.

Would be 5 stars if I could get the reports to email. Everytime I try to email a report I get a queue message and it never sends. Please fix so I can give 5 stars and not cancel

Buggy. Error message when verifying my cell. Their website, when you verify your email, misspells "secuirty"... I get stuck at the login screen and it won't let me log in.

So far I am happy. I wish they had an option for car patrolling multiple locations. The on site aspect is pretty good.

I sent myself 2 test emails to test the product before I went to work. The programming seems unlike any other. This app seems to have everything I need as far as forms for reporting to the small business I provide security for. BUT NOW THE DOWN SIDE I SENT MYSELF 2 TEST EMAILS THEN JUST SPENT 11 AND A HALF HOURS AT WORK GO TO EMAIL MY REPORTS AND THE MESSAGE I AM RECIEVING SAYS EMAIL IN QUE OR HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT I AM MAD!!!

So Far so Good BUT... can't give it 5 stars because it does not allow you to stay clocked in like what would be needed for supervisors or for patrol officers. It's also unclear how to add a client to the app to view location and other services.

Not very impressive, can be a good app. After officers check-in, the App automatically checks officers out after 40 or 45 minutes, officers are then checking in again...etc. Also unable to log on to website.

App has potential but isn't supported nor can you reach anyone for assistance. Sent messages and have not received a response yet to add multiple post sites. No contact number or anything to reach someone. No user manual... nothing. Very frustrating.

This app could have potential but I think the developers need to be more on top of issues. Customers service needs to be better as well. I have been waiting for weeks to resolve a issue. I paid for 15 members subscription but it stops me at 12. Which is a big inconvenience because I'm running a company. Still waiting. I also wish the app automatically email reports to our clients, without manually doing it.

Good... However my only issue is I wish we could save email addresses in the email feature of the app cause I have to go in and out of the app copy and pasting up to 6 email addresses for someone like me that writes 15 reports a night I find it's faster for me to just send an email so without that feature it's slower than just sending an email please please add this feature SOON!!!

I think this app has potential, however the issue I am having is the fact that we cannot load our own templates or company logos to the app, the client are met with a security app message and a back background, My suggestion is let us load our logos and make it more personalized to our client's.. Issue number two, the standard reports on the app is not up to standard and we cannot delete them.
