After my 1st ever send here that took up to 30 hours to arrive, the 2nd and 3rd ones arrived almost immediately, kudos. I'm giving you 4 stars now, keep up the good work and it'll be 5 next time.

The main reason I sought this app out is to send money to UK, but the app is unable to send money to the UK. This is quite a disappointing reality.

I been having issues with my account and trying to get in touch with them is easy but for them trying to fix the issue, we'll it's a total different answer. I notified them 7 days ago and am getting the same response to give them 4 to 72 hours and still no help. This is the worst app in responding back to people that I have ever used.

I tried signing up for a new account but I was not able to proceed because the drop down option for the country and address fields won't pop up. I already tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache and data but the issue persists.

Poorly made app. During the sign up process, when filling in your personal information, the space for date of birth and zip code are unresponsive. And without filling out your complete personal information you cannot proceed to the next step. You have to use their website to complete your registration.

Sucks totally and completely can't even get it fully installed when I'm filling out the personal information as for the date of birth it won't let me put it in so I can't go beyond that page total waste of time uninstall reinstalled several times log back out and back in several times still won't work if I can get it to work and it does what it's supposed to will definitely change this

I have been using this app for almost a year now. So far, the app was great ,until today, 27.03.2024, when I was cheated, when I was sending money their exchange rate was 1390 naira to 1 euro but to my greatest surprise after they collected money from my account the exchange rate they used for me was 1 euro to 1354 naira . This app is not to be trusted anymore. I contacted their customer service, but they did nothing about it

(Edit, March 11, 2024, this has become my go to app. They've fixed the issue of international fees) International fees Makes Transfers From US not cheap. When sending money I love to compare it to cost of other apps. With the International charged by US banks. The $1 fee they charge is not the total cost. I've been charged as high as $40 from my bank for something that would have cost on $10.5 on sendwave or even less. This needs to be fixed, especially for Transfers From United States.

The practically stopped operation in EU without giving any tangible reason, saying they are doing maintenance with out any date of resumption for like 2months now. Either they ceased operation in EU or they have pulled out.

I begin to feel like this guys are scam. I made a transfer since June 12 ,2024 up to this time they have not delivered the payment, I made several calls and chat with the customer service, no way forward, they kept say we are working on your transaction. Never use they to transfer to your love once.

I have been using this app for years now with no issues. Very efficient. Only takes a few minutes to get the transfer completed. No hidden charges. Am very happy with the App.

Great app. I haven't had any issues with them. Money received instantly. Competitive rates. Less error in sending money to a different person because as you imput the account number, it brings up the person's name.

Terrible application. You cant search address by postcode and when I type in the first line of my address it doesnt bring up my address. When I manage to manually enter my address, transaction fails 1 out of 15 times. Not useful at all for emergencies. Lets see the hoops I have to jump through to make them close this account.

Am giving it a five star because it's the best app to send money to Africa and there reat is very good it doesn't take up to 2 minutes and you will receive your transfer ever since I started using it I have not experienced any setback therefore I recommend Send App to anyone who wants to send money to Africa to use it

My experience has been good with transactions, as they are fast and the customer service is effective. However, the app has some issues I think needs urgent attention. I find it difficult to switch currencies especially when i want to select from the drop down menu. Infact its same issue with selecting from drop down menus. The screen goes white or kinda finds it hard to load. I want the dev to correct it.

I just downloaded the app not too long ago and I am trying to give the app my personal information, but, the "zip code" input isn't working, like it has been disabled, and I can't progress without it. It doesn't feel nice!

Had issues with failed transactions initially but after sorting that out, although that took days of back and forth, I've been enjoying smooth and extremely fast transaction since then. The best, I recommend to anyone.

This has been a very effective app to transfer money to myself using my overseas card and to my family members until some few days ago. I sent a transfer, it got debited from my account but somehow failed. I contacted the support and they just said they're looking into it and will respond in 24 hours. Send app already has deducted the money from my account, why not just complete the transaction to the recipient since it's urgent. It seems like I'm getting scammed despite the rapport I've built.

Failed transaction Pit. I've been on an email chain with numerous customer service agents for over two weeks who have "fixed" the problem twice, with no effect on my ability to complete a transfer. I've sent photographs of myself with my passport, photographs with myself and the debit cards being used, and provided all requested details. I'm not sure what's left other than to accept the app doesn't work.
