TLDR: ***Please create a way for overseas users to renew their auto-debit*** It works, but I took away stars because after moving back to the States and losing my Korean number, there's absolutely no way to renew your auto-debit. Now, I have to manually transfer everything, which will cost even more money because of my limited transfer amount with my Korean bank plus SentBe's transfer fee. Please fix this for future users, SentBe!!

What a horroble app. I want to verify my Shinhan Bank account, however they will not allow 11 digit account numbers, and will throw an error message if your account number is less than 12 digits. I jate this stupid app with a passion, it's unbelievable the low quality of this half baked app. I would not use this app if they PAID me.

I used this for the first time recently. Started my transaction on Friday, and it was done by today (Tuesday). It took a bit longer to receive the transfer to my US account than I think it might have going through the bank directly, but it was extremely convenient, highly secure, and easy to use. I'm a fan!

Hassle free transfers for a small fee and so much more convenient than remittance through a Korean bank. Once all your info has been verified, it takes less than 1min to send money home... just wish the exchange rate wasn't so dismal.

It used to be a an ok app for sending money to Thailand but there have been too many delays recently and even a total app failure when the app doesn't even open and only shows a "Confirm internet connection" message - total bull__t because the fault is not in the connection. Switching to competitor.

This one star rating is for the Sentbe app, not the Sentbe money transfer service. There are a lot of bugs in this app and sending money was not possible for me using this app. Even customer care was not able to help me and they told me to send the money using their website. However, sending money online using computer was quick and easy. I hope they will sort the problem soon.

The rate alarm with give you a notification approximately 4 times every day, with no way to turn it off. Just 4 notifications every day from a very important app that I use once every couple of months. For this single reason this app is trash. Do you honestly think that anyone is waiting for that notification and then sending money 4 times a day? What kind of drug dealer pimps do you think are laundering money with you? Absolute joke. Trash marketing app.

This site is very nice to transfer money to other countries at chipper rate, which is very less compared to other bank. This site is also trustable, they used to transfer money as soon as possible compared to others. I have used this app for several time, twice in a month.. I will also suggested others to used this app for transportation.

Very easyto send money from Korea to the UK every month once you have an account set up, you can even set up multiple UK accounts to receive the money. Only annoyance that I have if that you can only send money from one registered Korean bank account that you originally sign up with. You have to phone customer services to change this account

Sent money on 4/11 with the estimated delivery date of 4/13. Found out I had made a mistake with the routing number on 4/15. Caused me a lot of stress and worry over the weekend. Money eventually arrived on 4/18. Customer service was not kind. This whole experience was awful and stressful. The app is easy to use, and my money eventually arrived, so I've given 2 stars. I heard great things about this service, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The app is not fast enough. I am here to give review to the service of Sentbe. Since last 4-5 months I am using Sentbe. In general, I use their website for the transfer. The company's staffs are very supportive and helpful. The service is excellent in comparison to others. It takes very less time in processing the transfers. I must recommend others to use this service. You may sometimes need to login their website from 'internet explore', as there is login problem in 'google chrome', off and on. My request to the Sentbe team is to develop the app as user-friendly.

It used to be a good app to send money to my US account from my Korean one. However, CS is not responsive. The auto debit feature keeps malfunctioning. The money transfer also malfunctions. Sending money is nearly impossible. It's very inconvenient, especially when CS is not available to help during working hours. I've been messaging on the Kakao chat all day today to no answer. Today is not a holiday, and my messages are unread. I'm going elsewhere.

Took several log-ins and data upload before I was verified. My first same-day transfer didn't go as promised. Worried, I contacted them. Email message can't be sent. No response from IG either, but I did get a reply from FB messenger. Coincidentally, on the 3rd day I received a text message from my phone that the transfer was finally completed. Today, did transact again for a larger sum n well beyond time limit for same day transfer but money still went thru in just a few minutes this time!

Worst app on Appstore, period. Horrible, vomit inducing customer service, terrible system with authentication failure so you cant get paid. Ive been chatting with customer service for 30 minutes and they JUST told me the reason the payment process was declined (blurry photo). But its not blurry, and I sent in 4 other pictures just to make sure, even including the passport. CS is extremely slow, and expects customers to know the reason payments were declined usinf telepathy, since they won't say

It takes much longer than their promised time. I have been waited more than 15 hours and it still hasn't transferred yet. I read that the CS is blaming the service on destination country, but when I tried different app like Hanpass, it transfers within 5mins. I have used Hanpass multiple times and it always transfer within 5 mins. If you can't beat your competitor, what's the point of providing the service.

I've tried to solve my technical issue through the customer service support and they are unable to help me with the issue. I used to like using the app, but unfortunately it no longer works for me.

Great app but I've stopped receiving notifications about currency exchange rates which is annoying. The customer service is excellent and the app is easy to use once you figure out how to get the closest Korean address to your own to work during sign up. For some reason United Kingdom isn't listed as a country, you have to chose Jersey!

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Their service policy is a joke. They asked me to upload a copy of my ID, but they rejected more than 10 times for the perfectly readable photos without any reasons. I ended up taking multiple pictures with different angles, even scanned with a scanner. Not clear what their requirements are. From my perspective, every picture I uploaded meet their requirements. I wish they provided the specific reason why they rejected. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS APP!

App cost me $500. You can't copy account info, but so any error or typo will lose your money. Even though the name on receiving account is different, they deposited my money into a different account. No check screen to double check your info before starting the transaction. Once started it cannot be stopped. I contacted Sentbe immediately, but nothing was done to help. The money was deposited in the wrong account and no freeze or reversal was tried to protect my money. Don't use this app!

This app used to work but not anymore! I have tried multiple times to transfer money into my US account, and even though the app says "Transfer Complete" the money never reaches my US account. Every time I end up having to call Customer Service and getting a refund. They do not automatically refund after an error, and simply say "We see there's a mistake but can't do anything!" Horrible customer service! Do not try this app unless you want your money wasted!
