Bugs. Removes items from estimates when trying to replace, loads items with no prices, can not have multiple tabs open, mobile side can take several minutes for app to load, performs incorrect math with total costs incorrect. Service Titan is too focused on generating profits, instead of providing a solid mobile service platform.

It is incredibly inconvenient that the history tab is the only location where techs can go and upload pictures that they might have forgotten to upload, or input equipment that they might have forgotten to input earlier. The follow tab should have more utility to be able to add pictures and equipment, or add new estimates to email to the customer. 1/10 would not recommend.

As a service technician , the app takes forever to get through to get to the final invoice. Too many screens with too many choices...usually all the ones you don't want. Then wanting to use location at all times, otherwise you keep hitting cancel on every screen....big pain in the butt if my 2 cents mean much.

Overall I think this is a great that, however there is so feathers that can be improve. Ex they should give technician the ability to turn off notification if you just want to create a simple estimate and not notify your customer right then also there should be a commercial price book with images of common commercial service work separately from residential

(10/5/22) service Titan for mobile is getting to the point where it is almost non-usable. I've uninstalled it cleared the catch reinstalled it I even deleted it completely out of the Play store history and reinstalled it. still having the app close out on me over and over again. it is completely unprofessional especially when you're trying to just take a payment and you can't even do that.

The app has requested access to biometric sensors on my Samsung Galaxy Watch. There is zero reason for any function of this app to use those sensors. The app continually asks to have location permissions on "always". Setting is "only while app is in use" and im not changing it. The app will lose connection to its server and require a full restart before it will synch charges.

It works for the most part. Every once in a while something stupid happens. Like as of now, I cannot see the job description. It's there, but service titan will not allow me to scroll up to see it. On my iPad, if I have the view in portrait it will not scan checks correctly, it has to be in landscape. Its nice to get to my jobs and fill out paperwork, but sometimes it just makes me want to rip my hair out. It's a love-hate relationship.

Not sure who to blame. We used to be able to view old proposals but now when a proposal is sold, it pulls up blank. Very inconvenient. When trying to copy and paste items from the jobs, it doesn't work all the time and takes up time. When the price book is updated, it would be nice to show what was changed versus going back to the dashboard and you just have to figure out what went up if you come across it.

For service, awesome. For sales, I seriously feel constant aggravation with this program. It's not easy to search, look up, and filter old appointments. It's EXTREMELY sluggish to simply go from an appointment to a bid and then back to the appointment. I don't know what causes it to be so sluggish, but I hate doing follow-ups with it and that's a huge contributor to our revenue. I've told my manager, but the entire company is using it. Try something else before losing sales to Service Titan.

3 suggestions. First, should allow techs to click on and view equipment details and full history without being dispatched. When on call it helps to know such things ahead of time. Second please change the adding new equipment install date from a scroll to typeable. We often enter 10- 20 year old equipment data and the scrolling through decades is horrible. Lastly while dispatched please sync in the background so we can see our current job or sync between calls. Or make the sync opaque. Thanks

Zero stars. Glitches constantly, doesn't recognize your username and password five times in a row, then does suddenly after you reset password, but password reset doesn't work either. This app sucks. They have training material and sessions, but guess what? Clueless presenter. If I hear her say "circle back to that" one more time I'm gonna leave.

My experience is, this app is buggy and annoying. It works though. This latest patch though is simply made to piss me off. Why would you force a notification that I can't turn off every single time I switch to a student app, minimize, access the camera through service titan, and even my screen timing out. Absolutely infuriating. Slap whoever thought that was a good idea. I KNOW IT'S RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND!

As a technician, the app is seemingly designed to make everyone else job easier, EXCEPT the technicians that use it. It sends unnecessary emails when activation of a dispatch. It requires constant manual updating. Signatures are required to close dispatches. Can ONLY be logged in to one device at a time (so you're not receiving any alert from the software when getting a new dispatch). It seems to be designed for micromanagement and purely sales oriented companies.

A powerful useless app!! What does it mean? There are great ideas in this app. Some of them don't work. Some of the ones that work have bug!! While they are fixing the bugs, you are paying for it so they can learn! Worst of all , it is very expensive and worst technical/ customer support! Each time you have issues, good luck finding an answer! Before you decide to pull the trigger and switch from whatever app you have to Service Titan, do more research because once you are in, you are hooked!

Terrible app. Have to log in every morning, no biometric login. And for some reason it's having me change my password once a week. Once running there are many actions that are locked out. The icon for whatever is there but I can not click on it. Can't get back into a job to change summery, the list goes on. I hate everything about it

It's funny that this request for review comes up at a time when I'm having problems with this app lol. It's not all that common that I do have problems with it, but when I do, it's always at the worst time. The app has been crashing on me all afternoon (on a Sunday) and refuses to save anything I type. I restarted the app, restarted my phone, and deleted/reinstalled the app, all to no avail. The makers/developers of this app need to focus on stability.

Mostly good but there are a couple of big usability issues with this app. First is that it is extremely data dependent. If I have poor reception during a call I'm trying to invoice it will try to load prices endlessly until I turn data off. A short timeout where it reverts to the downloaded pricebook would fix this. Second issue is how the app is not responsively designed. Seriously... make the app usable on phones. It's 2022. Tablets are bulky and hard to take pictures with.

Uses a lot of battery power, constantly freezes and can't sync when it has the cloud symbol and line through it. Sometimes the app arrives me on the job automatically and sometimes it doesn't, so always have to check and be sure it says working or arrived. Sends an annoying email every time I dispatch myself. There is no need to send an email, I just tapped on the dispatch button, I know I dispatched myself.

Fixed needed: 1. Since I've been using this app for the past 7 months, I always find myself needing to refresh the app when I pull up to a customers house. When I try to hit the "arrive" button, it does nothing unless I refresh the app and try again immediately. 2. Just purchased new phone last week(Pixel 8 Pro). Since using this app on the new phone, I am no longer able to upload pictures of the job onto the customers account. The screen freezes and pics are not added. Please fix these issues.

When loading videos, the videos erase and / or take a longer time for videos to load. When the videos are loading, it backsup all the other information in the red dot. I had to reset the app, and I lost all of my prior pictures and information on the app. It needs to be fixed. That's why its getting 3 stars instead of five stars. If uploading the video problem gets fixed, I'll change too five stars.
