Not quite where a banking app should be . Any credit cards you have, you can not see through the app. Have to log in separately and I have not been able to do so on mobile devices. (Message sent regarding and no response) Your payees when added have a spot for a nickname but when you go to pay them you can not see the nickname. So you have to be careful and watch card numbers of who your paying. Overall the app needs to be inline with other banking apps. It is not as user friendly.

The Mastercard option has disappeared from the app. It has never worked since I installed the app, so, I guess it's no big loss. It is rather annoying to have to log on to online banking to check my balance, though. Also, the lack of fingerprint or face recognition is frustrating. Finally, the app is slow in updating balances after funds are transferred/Bill's paid, etc. I have also tried reinstalling multiple times to fix these issues with no luck. And yes, I've tried turning it off and on.

I have to enter in my password at least 6 or 7 times before it lets me in. Constant error message that boots me back to the user name page. Super frustrating. Been going on since September. It would be great if there was a feature that one could preset payments to go out within a scheduled time; ie bill payments, transferring money from one account to another on a particular day of the week/month, 1 time, 5 times, for the month or year or indefinitely.

The app never works. It's always down. Or it tells me my password isn't working but will work in 2 minutes, or it's telling me this option is temporarily unavailable (how is logging into my account temporarily unavailable). At times it will take forever to log in or just take me out of the app. The etransfer feature always crashes and makes u do it multiple times before it works. I have never seen a bank app uncapable of basic features. Thinking about changing banks just because of there app.

Usually I have no problems with the app but recently as of 12/22/23 the app will not open. I click on it, it opens then quickly closes. My Samsung device gives me a warning that I should update the app after the developers fix the issue (which I have no way of knowing when it'll be fixed + plus no option to update). Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the issue so far. Unsure what is happening.

Used to be OK. Now just a glitch.. I really like servus for my banking. However, this app really makes me question the security of my banking and accounts. It always has issues with logging in. Always crashes, always makes me take pictures of the cheque 3 or 4 times before maybe making the deposit. You would think something like a banking app should be reliable and easy to use. This is not.

For most of what I do it is fine, however a recent issues has popped up where when I go to send an e-transfer I cannot get past the message section and it just boots me back to the payee selection screen. No matter how many times I try it just goes in circles. It never used to do this so whoever is developing this app needs to do better. I always have to wait now until I am home on my pc to just send an e-transfer.

As of today (January 14, 2024), I have started having issues with the app. It will open and then immediately close. The first time it did this, my phone prompted me to clear the cache and then reopen the app. That did not help. I have also been getting a pop-up that says there is a bug with the app. Any timeline for a fix to this? UPDATE: I uninstalled the app, re-installed it, and then restarted my phone and it worked just fine now.

Disappointing app. Often times the app crashes just trying to log in. The cheque deposit system crashes fairly consistently when trying to take photos of the cheque. Even when following their guidelines for how to take a photo that will be accepted. This app has been weak for a long while, and I don't foresee any improvements coming up. I can't imagine Servus cares to update it as I doubt the app produces any revenue for them. And your experience may vary, but this review is in agreement with my experiences with Servus as a bank in general. Looking forward to switching my banking provider in the near future.

When the app works I'm very happy with it. However it randomly will stop working from time to time, uninstall and reinstall usually works. (Late December 2023 app won't work regardless of reinstall, **January 16 2024 working again!). For period over the last few years the app would occasionally reject logins, I found copying and pasting into the fields would solve this problem rather than directly letting password manager fill the entries, I also stopped using the remembered account option.

Can't even log in Not sure if it's because I have a third-party keyboard installed (SwiftKey), but even on my brand new phone I can't log in. Always tells me my password is incorrect, even though I use a password manager and just copy my password into the password field (which works perfectly fine using the website). This issue has been present for years, and I've even contacted support about it in the past, yet there's still no resolution.

Have used many banking apps and although the capabilities of this one are very limited, it was decent. Recently, however, it's continuing to say there's errors and can't open. Fix please!! Update: November 2023 the app is back to crashing. Was working fine even while I was on the other side of the planet but now, can't do anything with it.

Your stupid "Feel good about your money" slogan prevents pressing login button and biometrics don't work. Fix it, it is so frustrating...

Massive improvement with this new update. Biometrics do make it easy to open the app. I like the minimalistic approach,unlike my Chase app, which is filled with words that make it difficult to navigate. I'm hoping to see some more !!!

More confusing.what happens if i forget to look at my veracation code then i need it later? Before it was already there so i could just write it down and didnt have to worry about slecting another button to get there. Another thing is instead of showing me the email or phone number i send it to,it ONLY shows me there name,some transactions i send too have the same name and so im not sure if its the right one or not, its very frusterating. Takes longer to cash check.

Feb 2024: I cannot open this app. Says there is a bug. Sept 2024: Still cannot get into this app. Hate it! I have tried changing passwords and it always tells me it cannot update my request. Useless!

Changing my review. It took them quite a while to update the app to today's standards. Overall pretty good but sometimes the photo cheque deposit doesn't work.

Finally leaving a one star review because since the new app came out, if my finger print didn't scan right, when it would bring me to the physical password screen, I would type it in and it would say it cannot complete my request. Than I would have to clear all data too make it work again. Well this time, when using the finger print and physical password (copied right from my bitwarden so it was right) it locked me out. I hate having to call for this. Not impressed.

This application while a moderate improvement over the last one is not user friendly to quickly access all of your accounts. Logging in also has so much lag, sometimes it just spins on the biometric page for 5 minutes before it actually lets me in. As a person who never goes into a branch the application is my main interface with my banking, if it is not user friendly it makes me seriously consider moving banks.

Hate the new look. Can't see all my accounts and balances on a single screen, so have to scroll and scroll and write everything down. What an inconvenient, inefficient layout. Not intuitive to find anything. Here I thought CIBC's makeover to make their account look like a card (why? serves no purpose) was awful - bad enough to scroll, but at least I could take a picture. On the Servus app, it's one account at a time. What were they thinking????!!!!
