I have not been able to log in to the app for 4 days! I have uninstalled it, restarted my phone, re installed...did this several times...the password is correct, and nothing! I can't get into my appointments without using it online, which it's not optimized for mobile 🤬 If something doesn't get fixed asap I will have to move to another booking system.

I really like the convenience of this app but paying 200 plus a year for a basic scheduling option for a small group of employees so you can book repeats is just insane. I don't need the text clients option just an occasional repeat but I have to pay a year in advance over 200 so it's just frustrating and not worth it. I did it 2 or 3 years but just got ridiculous and should have an affordable lifetime option

Wonderful app, support, site, and service. The Android widget doesn't like to show the correct day by default, often requiring scrolling to get to the correct date range. This feature has been this way for a long time, but otherwise Setmore works very, very well.

I use to love this app but for the last week it won't come up on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've contacted my ph company and it's still not working. It does work on my daughters ph but as to why it's no longer working on mine I'm unsure. Very aggravating!!!it just comes up to the greenish screen with the squares and freezes.

Not able to set individual scheduling parameters for separate meetings. All must be allowed to be booked in the same timeframe, not allowing for cohesion if multiple schedules need to be balanced. Also, sending a direct link to a specific meeting with a specific provider is not an easy task. Task flow management could use a major overhaul. Calendly remains my personal favorite alternative.

I've been using this app for the past couple of years. My partner wanted to try a different app, we used it one month and went back to setmore. The activity log is key to keep track of additions and changes to the schedule. That in itself has been a life saver. They should charge for the app. I was using the free version until I expanded my business. And honestly they should charge more but happy they don't. I reccomend this app.

I have been heavily using this app for 2 years now and it works wonderfully for our business type (personal trainers.) We have 147 clients in 2 states with different session/class types and pricing. The app allows us to organize and track/book this way. I recommend looking at some setmore tutorials (which are available on their site) to learn how to set everything up. Also: all of my experiences with tech support have been OUTSTANDING. Wonderful cost also!!

Beautiful & Easy to use booking app! I absolutely love this app. I can't imagine only using Google calendar to keep up with appointments, scheduling, and reminders. Without this app I would be lost. I love how I can see how much money based on appointments I've booked for the week. I wish Google two way calendar schedule was available in the free version lol.

Tons of functionality in the free version. It is perfect for my small business (I am a barber renting space inside a shop). Other than being grammatically incorrect in some of the automated notifications ("Tracy have an appointment in 15 minutes," for example) I love this software! Tech support has been easy to access and super helpful!

The features of the free version are great & what I need, but so many problems. It never gives me notifications unless I open the app. I have notifications turned on, but it's only when I open the app that I suddenly get an onslaught of everything that's happened. It also randomly logs me out completely. I have to force stop the app for the calender to update. I'll know there's an appt coming up, but it won't show in the app unless I force stop. So many bugs. Glad I get emails or I'd be screwed.

The app is Good it have been improving a lot since I started but every time they update the app something like bugs happens. The system doesn't recognize if the email address is wrong. We can't save pictures by appointment. The app is very heavy customer complain about that. We cant set up how many slot we wish open with a specific start time. Eg I have different time service but I would setup fix time to customer ( 8am, 10am, 12pm etc..not leave customer pickup any time and make a messy.)

Overall a very user-friendly & helpful app and booking platform. I'm grateful for it. I do wish login for customers was a bit easier. I get complaints about that process quite often. Also, allowing clients to select "add-ons" to an already booked service would be excellent! For example; if someone books a 60 minute massage and wants to "add-on" cupping therapy or aromatherapy (additional fee but not additional time), there is no way to do this. These types of features would enhance the site.

I have a small Barbershop and i use this setmore for my bookings. I love the service, its easy to use. My clients comment on how easy it is to use to make appointments. It integrates with google maps so new clients can book right from the maps app. im definitely considering upgrading the service for the text reminders. Thanks for offering this great service, its helping my grow my business.

Update: this app seems to be going downhill since Setmore sold it years ago. I frequently have to contact to customer service about some bug or issue. And it still does not tally weekly dollar amounts, which is a feature it should have. Thinking of getting another app. Since January, 2017, I noticed my Galaxy 7 not syncing up appointments. Some client appointments do show up on my calendar, some do not. A simple remedy is to log out of one's Setmore account, and then log back in.

Setmore works very well. The free version is outstanding is easy of use, especially for new personal trainers needing to save coin. The app can be a bit buggy in switching from horizontal to vertical calendar view, but not terrible. Would be amazing if the the integrated square feature automatically transferred over existing customers. The exporting is cumbersome and repetitive and time consuming.

Since the new version was launched, it doesn't have the functions that we used daily/weekly like seeing the entire month calendar & being able to see if each appointment was paid without drilling into each appointment. The Reports are a little different too. I also couldn't find the "log out" for the longest time since it is no longer in the top corner from the calendar. Some things just aren't as convenient as they used to be. Please add these functions back. Currently looking for a new app.

The Setmore app lacks critical features that are available on the website. You're limited to an agenda view. The app has become somewhat unusable as well. While looking at a list of appointments, the list is constantly "refreshed" causing the list to jump around wildly for minutes at a time until it finishes. Edit: I absolutely will not contact your support team. I've reached out to your support team numerous times about various problems. To say that they're unhelpful would be far too kind.

What I need, with some bugs. App is easy to use and setup, but "week start days" change everytime I use the app and when I change it, it stays the same. The time zone changes on its own and messed up all my schedule. Time slot settings change on their own. It constantly erases my contact number. It has a lot of potential and it is what i need, but if the free version has these many bugs, I would question purchasing the premium versions. Overall I think this is heading in the right way.

Have used setmore for years for our barber shop, new interface as of July 2024 is terrible. The clients say the enjoy the update on their end but on the barbers end there's just a lot to look at and most of it seems useless, nothing is bold etc so all the words blend together it's hard to read, many steps now to click on& book for people,their phone numbers and personal info do not just pop up when you click them anymore, you have to search for everything. No longer quick and easy. Please fix.

I don't use any of the financial parts, but I'm a premium member and use the calendar, texting and email reminder service. The app works great and the develooers have really gotten it together lately and fixed the bugs. Edit: Taking a star off. The latest update removed features for no apparent reason. Now I'm being forced to receive reminders I don't want, or turn off ALL notifications. And there's nowhere on the website or app to complain, unless you want third party chat 'customer service'
