I subscribed for a year but the app stopped working for almost two days, I tried signing in and now it's showing I'm not subscribed. Customer care is not responding to my emails after paying so much money, such horrible customer service. Edit: the app is now functioning properly and many more movies have been added

Very buggy when casting via Chromecast. After an episode finishes, sometimes it fails to auto play the next one. It then says an error message, then ready to cast. If you then choose the next episode from the app it tries to load the last second of the episode then jumps to the nest episode non stop and it keeps going.

I'VE ALL SMART TVs at my home with Android 7.0 system, why stopped running shahid on this Version of Android ?? That means we should dispose off our TVs and get new ones to run your applications...??? That's too bad. Thank you, you responded and fixed the error for some time... Again during Ramadan 2024 the version for Android 7.0 system is not working, freezes all the time , no sound coming and make the TV to freeze fully.. Kindly fix the error asap...

Unfortunately, the worst video streaming app ever experienced. In 8 months, I NEVER managed to watch anything without interruptions. Video streams disconnect for no reason, internet is stable and all other apps work and stream just great. Absolutely horrible experience,expected more from a big group like MBC, not satisfied.

Not good at all. It doesn't have many Egyptian movies and series, plus it doesn't change seasons sometimes and it's doesn't have English cartoons which I signed for.

Buggy & Slow. It freezes without a reason at very odd times. And the app is even worse on Android TV.

Worst streaming app ever, if you watch something you need to remeber its name, you'll never find it in the continue watching list edit: now streaming stops with no reason,i have fiber optic internet still i cant watch for 10 mnts straight..

The application is truly amazing, and I appreciate the constant addition of new movies and TV series. However, I do have one suggestion: it would be beneficial if English subtitles were available for all the movies and TV series.

Fraudulent app. Customer support is not helping and I am out of service and no talking about refund or compensation. This is the forth time same issue, logged out on all devices and hassle to return back.

My subscription just got renewed, and I lost my access to any of the shows. When I looked in Google Play transaction history, I saw that Shahid increased the price, but Google Play deducted the old subscription amount. Since then, I have been trying to reach out for Shahid support, and no one is even interested in understanding the issue. They just send generic messages to troubleshoot the app. I think of canceling my subscription all together if it didn't get resolved in the next few days.

This app is just terrible. Can't access my offline content unless I turned off the mobile data otherwise it will stream the video and consume data. Today it delete my downloads without reason. (I just downloaded them yesterday)

I unsubscribed because most of the time the live shows don't work it just shows a black screen. The "continue watching" doesn't work properly specially when I pause in the last ten minutes it goes directly to the next episode! The subtitle is low quality and sometimes doesn't show! Also, most of the available shows and movies are very old so it doesn't worth the money!

I've paid my renewal subscription, but I can't activate it by logging to my account.. I tried many ways to and tried to reach the customer service or help center, but no answer and no help...

After starting download, the app freeze and then closed automatically. Then few seconds later the download continue in the backgrouge (the notification appears) . Issue is existing since long time and has not been fixed yet.

Worest customer service. I had their software working on my TV and made subscription, and then after a few months, it stopped. When I contacted their support, they claimed that they had stopped supporting my TV model earlier than 2015. They are now asking me to use external casting devices or cast it from my mobile. I tried from my mobile, it's not working. Again support is clai.ing that issue is from my side although all other video streaming software is working perfectly.

I use the free version and it is good except for the large number of ads, but what really bothers me is the unexplained disappearance of series. For example, I was watching a series "love is in the air", two days ago, I was going to watch it as usual, but it disappeared from my list, from the search, and even from the “continue watching” box!! I really hope this very annoying thing gets resolved .

I was prompted for a '3 months for 1 month' offer, went through the flow and subscribed. On my second month, I found it charging me normally as if the promotion was not applied. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't help, and that I somehow made a mistake and subscribed to the regular monthly plan instead of offer!! I subscribed through the offer page!! Lesson learned, the customer service is a waste of time, and will never trust this service again.

You can subscribe easily, but you have to dig deep into the options to find out how you can end your subscription. It plays a 3 minute ad before you start watching something, and we're talking about a 3 minute ad to a supposedly "premium" service. I mean people don't get excited to watch more of your stupid stuff when you forcibly add an ad to the beginning of videos, they get annoyed. TV shows and movies are heavily censored! You should stay away unless you're interested in their exclusives.
