I am not cheap or anything but I paid $12 for a tiny burger with no sides or anything. absolute rip off. no wonder they can afford a fancy looking place I want to see their profit margins. not going to order from here again. Now I have to order another food to keep myself full. and no I'm not overweight either. I weigh 170 lbs 5'11. Hi Point has much better burgers.

Completely unusable. They send you a temporary password that doesn't work. Endless loop of failure. Tried again after two years thinking it might work now, nope. Still get an "Uh oh" error message everytime you try and order. Unbelievable how bad this is. My ban of their stores continues.

This app has been garbage for years. I've never been able to stay signed in consistently, and the order workflow is both poorly designed (graphical glitches, bad UX) and functionally difficult (low success rate, errors with bad descriptions). Honestly I'd prefer being forced to use a landline to call in an order because it'd be easier.

This app is disgrace. A multi- million dollar corporation and they can't find decent UX/UI designers to get their app together? Like how? I've tried to place an order through this peice of junk 3 times already. The app has crashed. Just stupid and inconvenient.

If you can log into the app, then it's great. But everytime I go to the app, I have login again. Then it says I need to login through FB, which works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't.

I've tried 3 different credit cards, re-entered my billing information multiple times and it doesn't work. Similar trouble when I go to their website. When I go to the store my credit card works fine, but ideally I'd like to order ahead.

This app is functional, but missing many features you might expect to see. There's no way to save an order or a customized menu item, and no way to cancel or reschedule an order from inside the app. Selecting a restaurant is also much more difficult than it needs to be.

Full of glitches, everytime I try to order food, it let's me pick items, kicks me back out, I get an error message and the app requires me to sign in again. One time, it let me place the order, I submitted payment and then the error message came. I had to log in again it required me to pay again and guess what, the order was placed twice in the end. The glitches started about 2 months ago maybe, before that, the app worked just fine. Fix it!!!

The app says it can't connect to the internet, and gets stuck on "Processing Order" and doesn't proceed past until I manually close the app. I tried this on my OnePlus 8T 5G T-Mobile in data mode. I know its the app rather than my connection because data was fine in other programs. The two payments (I reattempted after the first failure) are pending on my credit card and the Shake Shack location said they didn't receive my orders when I walked in and asked so I just left.

The app is basically useless if you want any products on limited time offer. LTO shakes aren't offered in the app at all, as an example. It also tends to behave weirdly; I was able to select Buffalo fries (another LTO item) via the app, but as soon as I select my location they suddenly vanish. If they're temporarily unavailable, the messaging (or lack thereof) is unhelpful.

I actually really like the over all interface of this app. Its functionality is fantastic. My only issue is that it won't allow me to purchase. I've tried several different cards to no avail. keeps popping up as a banking issue, but the banks not cards are the issue. Ended up having to purchase in-store, which I didn't really enjoy their iPad registers compared to the app.

The app worked fine until about a week ago. Now, whenever I even *open* the app, it brings up a popup saying "error fetching user data", and every time I close it, an identical new one opens. When I try to brute-force it by tapping the menu icon to try and log in, it takes about 20 taps to open it between closing the "user data error" popups. When I'm finally able to get to the login page to enter my credentials, it returns a "fetch data" error message. This is a completely broken experience.

The app flat-out doesn't work. We've tried it on my Pixel 3a and my girlfriend's iPhone 8. We've tried my card, her card, and another friend's card. We've uninstalled and reinstalled. It gives us an error every. single. time. We simply cannot use this app. It's especially frustrating because we live 20 minutes away, so it adds 15 minutes to our trip to wait on the order in-store, plus we'd rather avoid going inside a restaurant to order/pick up because we live with a high-risk individual.

This app is very frustrating. It crashes often, and the Google Pay is very broken. Several tiles I have tried to use Google Pay and it will say declined, crash, or simply not work at all. Adding a cc was the only way to get it to work. Adding stuff to the cart is just odd. You click on the item them it gives you some options, which are very small. Then it's confusing whether you can just move on to order more or you need to click the tiny picture. This needs work.

App is as trash as the ratings are. I'm getting an Uh oh error every time I log in. I've uninstalled, redownloaded, etc, but the app still crashes and messes up when i open it or sign in. I guess they don't want our money because they clearly don't spend it on upgrading and maintaining their app. Their food is great, but everything else is unsatisfactory and terrible. Get it together shake shaq.

This app is useless. We were really excited to use it to order from the Shack Shake that just opened up by us and to avoid the long lines since everyone is excited about one over in my neighborhood and both the app on me and my sister's phone crashed. We tried placing the same order multiple times thinking maybe it was our phones but it gave the same error for both. Utterly useless.

Really not very good other than basic ordering. Can't pay with gift cards. Went to look at their menu and the only way to do so is to act like I'm placing an order. But it's after 10pm and you can't place orders for future days, so no way to create an order or see the menu. Also, locations are not sorted alphabetically in each state so finding a particular restaurant in a state where they have dozens of locations (like NY) can be a real challenge. Really expected better of such a great chain.

App could definitely use some improvements. It would be nice if it would bring up your favorite location or even the location you previously ordered from when clicking "start order" because I don't keep my location services on so it brings up random locations in different states. Additionally, there's no option to select extra cheese anywhere. I understand if you need to charge extra for this, but at least make it an option!

Bugs on top of bugs. This all doesn't even work. No QA. Placing an order can be almost impossible. Logged out, can save or update CC, viewing orders, order status, etc have all been broke at some point in the last year. Now when I make a payment it takes me to the login screen and doesn't even tell me an order was placed. The first time I made the order twice due to the lack for screen flows and QA of this app.

I'm rarely able to place an order without at least one error message, which never gives the slightest clue as to what's causing the problem. Instead it just says "Oh no! There's a problem" and I usually spend an extra 5-10 minutes (at least) debugging before it finally goes through (if I haven't given up on ordering anything after 20+ minutes).
