The registration is only via SMS and I am not able to receive it. There should be an option to register via email.

easy to use. we can know the waiting status of the game. but paper map is much more usefull for me to give direction for walk

Same as others, can't use it because it says it needs to be updated, but the play store sats thr latest version is installed.

I cannot open my app sinces 1 October. I'm going to visit the park soon but still cannot open and dont't know what to do. Please review and fix it.

It keeps crashing on my phone, can't do anything or check the wait time at all when I'm there. And everything it's all connected to the app

Apps good i guess. Theme park itself is utter rubbish, pay lots of money to stand in lines all day! What a waste of time. Would only recommend to those who are brain dead enough to spend 8 hours i line for the same amount of adrenaline you get crossing a four lane road.

Worked in the UK when I downloaded it. Won't open at all in China, even though my other apps all work fine. Absolutely useless.

Keeps crushing, asks for update as "this version is no longer supported"...I just installed it 2 week ago, and when I am trying to check for updates, it shows that this is most recent version

Suddenly started saying I need to update the app. I did that and it keeps saying the same even though I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I'm on my way to the park now and I'll have no way of knowing the wait times to decide where to go next until I walk there.

the constant need to update is annoying. the app won't work unless it is updated. but otherwise it's a very good and easy to use app. I find it very helpful when we visit Disney.

1. DISCRIMINATION! Most discount tickets only available to Chinese Mainlanders. You are singled out to pay the official full price here while your Chinese Mainlander friends enjoy great prices. 2. In-app update (or you are not allowed to open the app, which is unrespectful to users) 3. It is hard to tell which belongs to which category. Sometimes a pain to scroll through almost all tabs to find what you are looking for

The app keeps saying there is an update needed. I checked and there is no update. The last update was in March and I just downloaded it this week. I uninstalled it and installed it again but having the same problem.

Keep popping up the message asking me to update app to the latest version, although my app is already the latest version. Can't use the app at all. The worst thing is, this bug came after I bought tickets. Luckily I screenshot my ticket. Useless app.

it's not perfect, it's a little buggy. but in China, it has been better than 98% other apps. No ad, no forcing installing app, not giving you to give permission, compatible to all Android phones, using Google framework and standard pushing.

Overall a good app, couple of drawbacks: - missing waiting times for restaurants - pretty heavy on the system, frequently app restarts even after just couple of min, losing your progress

The app is malfunctioning. It required an update as the old was outdated , I updated the app it said the same thing, I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app , still getting the same message. I can't use the app, keeps saying it needs to be updated. I have the latest version and it's still not working .

It is utterly frustrating when the app will never be able to send pin code to mobile phone number which is not mainland China's mobile phone number! The app developer could have let the user to register an account with email address if they couldn't ensure that all mobile phone number can receive their pin code for registration purposes. So much of an international company. Pls do something about it! Else ur App is redundant!

Apps difficult to use and highly unstable, when i'm in the midst of booking hotel room, the apps would freeze and restart again, or go into the white background showing mickey's pants and bone rotating, then throw me back to home page. Impossible to book hotel using this apps. (Been trying whole day before leaving this review)

Not stable, couldn't create and log in to the app, couldn't receive any SMS pin for numbers outside of China Please fix the app if you want to create a magical experience for your visitors If you want to make more money out of your visitors, please fix it asap

Absolutely terrible . OTP does not work at all for any foreign numbers, which means you can't access vouchers linked to your ticket or fast pass. Wasted an hour of our day trying to get it to work. Ruined our disney experience.
