App unusable. Galaxy 23 ultra. Keeps crashing every time you try to do anything in the app. Cleared cache, redownloaded.. Can't even log in now; clicking lets get started crashes the app.

Surprisingly easy to install and transfer points, especially after checking out negative reviews. I like that I didn't need to remember my card number (really, who keeps those cards?). And you can enter the bar code number off your receipt if the bar code is unable to scan.

App will not work at all now. I cannot scan my receipt for my reward points at all as app closes every single time you open it. Lost all my rewards it appears as well. Shari's app is a failure.

App is not opening. I uninstalled and reinstalled still not able to open app. Not allowing me to sign in or access my points or arn points for visits. Love the restaurant hate this app. Loved the old card system most times i can't scan my receipt for points.

The scanner hardly ever works. Have tried to use it on two different phones with the same results. It hardly evers scans and you have to manually enter the code each time. Then after almost every single entry they try to get you to rate and share on Facebook. I don't use Facebook and I sure as hell would not share this with it.

I almost had enough for a free slice, then the app said there was no Internet connection, even though there was. Zero points showed! Next I got an email for $2 off a whole pie. I went into the store to pick one up. Was told I had to get the $2 via the app. I explained it was broken, we both tried getting into it. Still "no Internet connection". I reinstalled the app and now I only get the burger logo. It shouldn't be this hard to have a decent app. Do you developers even read these reviews??

I've been using this app for quite a while, usually with satisfactory experiences, but as of a few days ago, I get bounced out of the app simply by tapping the EARN button. Cannot enter info from receipts.

I used to have zero problems with the app or website. Now I cannot log into either to register my points. It has been this way for over a month. I've tried 2 different phones too. It keeps redirecting or closes the app.

I enjoy Shari's food and pies but am very disappointed in the app. It's pretty useless - it keeps closing when I try to order or add receipt codes. Unfortunately, they've closed a few restaurants so cost cutting my be the reason... the food is good but they need to update their menu.

What happened to your App? The app hasn't worked properly for me in about 3 months now. I use it regularly and didn't have any problems before. Now when I try to open the app, it immediately goes back to the home screen. I can't log in, I can't register my account, I can't do anything. I can't tell you how many points I've been unable to get credit for, but we are avid Sharis supporters. Please fix this

Shari's is one of my favorite places to eat. The app used to work great, but now it crashes every time I try to hit literally any button. And I also can't access the rewards site on browser either. Can't earn points or anything until it's resolved.

App crashes constantly, I was trying to put in a receipt and every time I pressed Earn, it closed. I thought I would uninstall and re-install the app... now it opens and when I press Let's Get Started, it shuts down. I guess all my points are lost and this app is worthless.

This app is horrible. Every time I open it to scan my receipt, it immediately closes. I guess I can try to uninstall and then reinstall, but I will probably lose all my accumulated points....update. Tried reinstall, but it still closes as soon as you click on the "lets get started"

Terrible App! No order details under past/processed orders (meaning you have to rely on email for details or item verification). There's no status update for your order (quoted 21min, showed up @30 and the order wasn't even started, plus 2 tickets ahead of us). There's no way to cancel an order or file a complaint. It also only gives you the option to tip during checkout (which is both risky for the consumer and stupid for the business). And there's no way to modify an order or make notes

The restaurant... Not Michelin 3 star food..., but decent and the price is right. Friendly service. But the app, as pointed out, sends notifications, but the specials don't show up on the app. Same w/ emails... Click the link and it sends you to the website. Good luck finding the offer or special item advertised... Either in the app or on the site. Also my long time complaint: why can't I just see a menu with prices before I have to fake starting an order?

Enjoy the Restaurant but lousy app. Zero stars. Even if you know the location you want to order from you get an error code. My preferred location has a star but I'm not able to access it. Yeah, there is a way to get your location. You select your state and have to go through every freaking state location you find it. Ittybitty window for customization not enough. Can't order extra sides. I want to look at menu, see the prices, customize for allergies and place an order. Is that too difficult?

It was working fine for me for several years, but as of late, it crashes if I try to order; it crashes if I try to scan for awards; and it crashes when selecting the "more" tab. My phone is up to date. I even tried restarting it. The app is up to date. This thing is supper buggy.
