While the deals and ability to set up meal/convenience items for delivery/pick up are great the service options are very poor. Cannot issue corrections if there are errors or properly look through receipts and order history. Extremely necessary and basic features missing. Used it for 6 months until this happened now Idk if I want to use it again.

Most of the things on the App are good but the huge problem I have is with the offers/coupons that are loaded to the card and are then cut off as to what the offer is actually for more is there a way to click on the offer to expand it to read it better or see it in any other format to know whether you are getting the correct item to qualify for the offer. THEN, at checkout, the coupons don't always automatically get discounted, apparently you are ASKED whether you want to use it, but if you and/or the checkout person aren't paying proper attention to ANSWER it assumes you DON'T want to use the discount and moves on without crediting the offer. There is no clear way to contact customer service to ask about this problem and the customer service in the store appears to have their hands tied, or choose to do nothing.

Difficult to use. Payment options confusing between gift card and attaching your cc. For in store purchases, they ask to scan your mobile rewards first, and if you don't, there is no way to add so you lose rewards. Also there is no purchase or transaction history in app, which is ridiculous. It's too much flash and not enough substance, and I say this using multiple other food store and fast food apps.

Over all its not a bad app the only thing I can suggest is making a way for you to be able to change some selections in your favorites meals after adding them to the cart (like changing the drink or the toppings on your food) without having to go back through the whole app and render everything again. And also it doesn't tell you what toppings you get on your hotdogs when listed in the cart.

Terrible app. I had to set up my account three freaking times! Every time it was time to set up the card, it wouldn't do it and said "invalid card and pin" and wouldn't do it. My wife tried it, and it did the same thing to her, and we couldn't complete creating the account for the longest time. Sheet is good but this app is junk. EVENTUALLY I was able to make my account, but my wife STILL isn't able to.

App works fine, orders go through, selections are clear. 2 criticisms. First, there should be an easier and clearer way to step back through the menu, like from "Big Appz" back to "Appz & Sidez" or from "breakfast" back to the main MTO menu. My phone's back button works most of the time but there should be a way to navigate in the app. Second, the "enable location" blue banner covers up the text search field when selecting a store. It took me like three months with this app to realize this.

Great app overall. Four stars for now simply because of one minor inconvenience that should be easily rectifiable. When submitting a $0 order (all items are rewards) and using the "pay now" option, the payment processor does not let you check out without entering a payment method. As a customer, I should not have to enter payment information if my order is free.

App is inconsistent. Sometimes in a blue moon it will function correctly. Issues with it not letting me hit submit order. Will take me adding an item sometimes 10 or more.times BEFORE it shows up in the order. Can't look at the deals screen first or it will forever take me back to that and not allow me to check out. I can go on and on with the amount of bugs in this ridiculous app. I wish I could give it zero stars!!

App works good for what I use it for, which is to activate, pay and use the gas pump from my phone which is very convenient. However, 3 stars because I never get my fuel receipts sent to my email although I have the setting turned on. If fixed, 4 stars and 5 stars when there is a transaction history tab so I can see all my sheetz previous purchases in one neat spot which can make reordering/tracking much easier.

you don't actually get order tracking. you do get a text with a link that used to work about a year ago and provided a tracking page. however now it no longer links to anything but a generic doordash page, without any sort of tracking of any sort. I've reached out to them about it with no response, so dont expect it fixed any time soon. also if you order delivery be prepared for lots of mistakes and no built-in way in the app to resolve them. be ready to call in and wait on hold for credits.

Great for ordering food and picking it up whenever it is convenient for you instead of having to wait at the store. Downside of the app is that if you back out of your cart while ordering food to look at something (even inside the app) it completely erases your cart and you have to start your order all over again. Cart is also constantly freezing and can't order food at all. Waste of space on my phone.

It looses your password every update and the forgot password email takes half an hour to arrive. Otherwise ok. Please fix these 2 issues! They fixed the password issue, and I was fairly happy, but now they use the network many times during an order. Slowing the whole process. If you go through a dead zone. Expect to start over. Still 2 stars :-(

My balance is never what I expect it to be, and I keep track. Sometimes it's higher, sometimes lower, but that makes me not feel like I can trust it. Seems like the highs and lows balance eventually, it's not like money always just magically disappears. I just logged in with 2 different devices, and the balance on each $9 and change different... why? There just needs to be a ledger of past transactions available, and it'll be perfect.

The app continually has errors logging in, checking points, using points. I get about one good use out of it a month. Any other time, no matter what I do, I get an error message and am asked to try again later. These errors even occur on their website. I've reinstalled, tried resetting passwords. Current version is installed. There is no solution; there is only error.

The app is great when it works. It has actually saved me a bunch of money (and calories!) because the scan and go is rather inconsistent about whether it will know that you're in a store and load the scanning feature. I'm not a fan of standing in long, cramped lines so I just put my stuff back. It used to work every time so I don't know what changed. Ordering online is fairly easy for pickup.

The version I have installed now has been the most optimal in years. I dont want to update but i know one day im gonna get the stupid "you must update" error. Get rid of that, let it work on old versions, no reason it cant. Once things eventually break, then we'll update. Secondly, I wish we could sort the gas prices to show only midgrade, premium, etc. The "find a sheetz" menu is the only way to see prices, but let us sort. If you need mid/prem, it is annoying to have to open every single one.

Food and drinks are good. Nice variety. Sheetz has definitely got it's ears to the ground on what's trending, but isn't consistent in the making of products. Sometimes they make my drink with a good amount of sweetness and decor, sometimes it'll be looking bland and tasting bitter. Just wish I could have the option of rating the service of each order

I have always enjoyed the app because I could order food ahead of time, now it's frustrating because the app keeps telling me "Oh sheetz, check your connectivity and try again later" I am fully connected to the internet on both mobile data and Wi-Fi. It's quite annoying that this has been happening for a week now, and still nothing has changed.

The app is okay but could definitely use a few improvements. Common Sense improvements. I don't understand why developers never check their apps to make sure the app is viewable in larger display options. You know there are thousands of people and older individuals that have their phones font and display settings maxed out. Without being able to read some of the offer stuff because it goes off the screen and is unavailable. I have to find out the hard way at the register after already ordering.

Not even sure why they have this app. We cannot order from any account that we have. This has been going on for a few months. I messaged customer service and never received a response. I've deleted and reinstalled the app twice, logged out and logged back in multiple times, updated the app. We're just at our breaking point. Our sheetz is located next to a dairy queen so we just end up ordering from there instead. Unbelievable.
