The app automatically gets turned off and there is no way we can edit our profile details .There is bug in the app I believe

Contacted them many times but no came yet to visit our shop all the coupons are going waste. Castrol app is much better it's easy to redeem no need of any agent to create the id

Version 2.8.2. whenever i open the app login is needed in the recent update. Session expiry should be atleast 7days . Instead of fixing bugs in updates they are adding it . Good job

Doesn't sync with web version. App telling me that my acc doesn't exist. But works fine whenever I use the website. FIX THIS ISSUE SHELL BOARDS AND DIRECTORS.

Already registered at website. But cannot log in using app even key in correct mobile number and password as registered. It keeps popping out "Invalid username or password".

Application is not as per expectations. If we scan the coupon the number is not show in history that which cupon has been scanned. Not satisfied by this app.

App is not working after latest update. Also scanned coupons money is not being credited to bank acocunt. Worst app. Stop this. Worst experience ever. Take learnings from Mobil or Castrol app , they are way better than this.

Registered, took personal info ie: handphone number, email and name but when trying to login, password does not match. Clicked on forgot password, got hp number not registered notification.checked email, nothing from shell. Looks like either a spam app trying to collect people's info or a very lousy developer. Went online via a computer, tried to login with login id (hp number) but all the passwords received via sms and the one I registered do not work. Tried to reset either password and login ID received error, hp number not registered. Tried to register again using the same number, error stated, hp number already registered. FYI, I bought this bcoz of the buy 3, get the 4th bottle free. And I need to register in order to be eligible for this. It looks like, this is a SCAM. I will report.

Before the update everything works fine, although a bit legging but still do the job. But after update...almost everytime need to relogin again, which is fine if it doesn't keep bugging. Register customer become such a awkward process for me(waiting for OTP, sometime the OTP don't even come out) Please I expect better🥲 And now, it doesn't even let me login, said my phone number not register. (I have been using this app for almost 2years)

The launch of the app is very good, user interface is also very neat and simple.The mechanic registration process is so quick. Some input fields in registration/ coupon submission activity are mandatory which cause trouble to users. Hope next update will change some mandatory field to optional.

After registering tru website, the apps can't login. already email contact support, non reply. never go for shell advantage rewards, waste of your time. better choose others lubricant rewards, which have better platform.

I am a mechanic and I am using shell oil for vehicles and I created account and submitted my real document details and after i scanned some coupons and I got some rewards...but after some time when I was trying to login it shows your account is suspended/deactivated... I have also submitted service request with screenshot shot... please help me
