Vahiyat app.. user interface 3rd class. Only good only good contain is not enough. That good contain should reach user easily. Website is also 3rd class. There is ⏯️ forward backward bust stick to the centre of the screen.. very very disturbing....👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have deducted 1 Star, as there is No Talk Option with Customer Care, & Also there is no option naming "Stoppage of Auto Renewal" of Subscription. They only have Support over WhatsApp Chat / Email. However, Their Customer Support executive named Puneeth was Very Helpful & has stopped my Auto Renewal of Subscription over WhatsApp Support within few Minutes.

Do not fall for this app. Once you subscribe they didn't mention in payment page or any other place that it's auto renewal plan and year after year they rob you and once you register a complain about cancellation of auto renewal they won't even answer. Pathetic app.😡

Pathetic app. They said ad free so I took subscription. Now they are showing betting website and lottery ads every 2 minutes. Google Play should ban Shemaroo

Waste of money.. totally poor experience so far using this app..no value of money only fake..After login auto logout and always ask for OTP even after entering OTP .alert otp.is not matching..In wifi zone app shows different location outside India Is it a joke while using this app ..After being buy paid subscription m not able to login propery on WiFi..Poor service.

If I started watching any movie, I have to restart it everytime along with ads once I stopped watching it instead of begin from where I left for last time.

After downloading I wanted for 15 minutes for the app to open, not opening at all, I had decided to buy a subscription, luckily I understood the app is not functioning hence uninstalling now.

When we watch any video in this app after some time that showing error and stop the video so we have to restart the video which we are watching I think so that is the issue of showing error(Tech issue) otherwise very good content in shemaroo.

I am facing a lot of inconvenience while accessing the contents on the app even after subscribing, it seems like there are lot of bugs in the app for example , if you want to search something to watch ,the search option opens but it does not allow you to type and voice options are not as much useful for this,please consider this as an feedback and try to improve your interface at least it should be properly accessible for the users.

To watch one movie, you have to sit through lots of ads. It's really frustrating. If I could, I'd give this app a zero-star rating—it's that bad.

1) While registering the app forcefully asks to provide standing instructions to bank to do automatic payments. 2) It forcefully stores the credit card and debit card details. 3) To remove standing instructions one needs to mandatorily pay additional amount.

Hi maitri this side...mm For me this app is very very good nd useful for to watch Gujarati content, movies ,series etc ..... I have installed the app in order to watch Karmadhikari Shanidev, but it doesn't play after pressing the play button after showing the black screen. Shemaroo team needs to check the proper functioning of the app.

I was scrolling through my Facebook and came across your app. I decided to subscribe since it was 699rupees but then I had USD49 deducted from my Google pay mastercard. I raised my concern and finally Ms Namrata Goriwale understood my concern and managed to assist in getting my refund. Your subscription app does not say about foreign fees, it does say if the app is applicable in your country, and neither does it warns the customers on the additional cost when pressing the subscription button.

Paid for subscription while I was travelling and later it won't let me access my account. Support refuses to do anything just keep saying you can't use the subscription in different country which is no where mentioned in their T&Cs and kept saying that you need to pay $69 again to access the app. No proper explanation. Escalated the issue with Google and they agreed that App developers are in the wrong and managed to get the subscription amount refunded back to me.
