Had to contact SW to connect account forst. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find historical past invoices - important to find color matches. But you can make purchases in app. Ok app, just not great.

This mobile app used to work OK. It was clunky but still able to order online. Now in the last month, on mobile, it stops working as soon as you try to check out. I get an app has stopped working error or it returns me to the home screen. I've uninstalled and all that. Please get it to industry standard. It is a good tool for us. Thanx

Signed you out in between every use. You can never reuse the same password so you end up making passwords that you can't remember and you need it every time you sign in since it signed you out after every use

App crashes constantly. Right in the middle of a job and need this app regularly. Really disappointing every time I try to open it it crashes. Been going on for a couple weeks and I have the most recent update. Samsung S8 phone... Please fix! Well, 2 years later and the app still sucks. Can't log in, crashes constantly. Really sucks when your estimating projects. So Sherwin Williams just doesn't get quoted on many jobs...

The idea of the app is great. When the app works 60% of the time it's great. But I've uninstalled on the last 3 updates, wiped the cache, and many other things and it still crashes when I click on,well about every button that I need at the time. Mainly the shop but definitely not limited to that one.

Won't let me link my account. Repeatedly receive an error message after entering invoice information. Big bummer because I was hoping to utilize the built-in project bid tool for my clients. And yes, I've verified the invoice information entered. I even went to the store for assistance, and they aren't sure why it's not working either.

App page Starts over on page 1 when looking at a product on page 2,3,4 thru how ever many page and would like to go back to previous page. Also it should show more then 9 items at a time on a page. I shouldn't have to sign in again to see my pricing sinceI already signed in the app. It takes me to the web page sometimes and there is nothing in my cart when the app has it in the cart. Product Should be in cart no matter app or web they should be the same. This make it complicated to us.

This app was one of the worst apps I have tried. Nothing worked on it. The color and design part was a buzz kill. I was trying to use the app for what it was intended for, with a client and I finally had to apologize and put it away. We figured things out the old fashioned way, without technology but sure would have been nice to see it pan out instead. Disappointed painter.

This app used to be actually pretty good but now sucks worse than DuraCraft! Everytime I try to use it, the thing freezes or crashes. Not even uninstalling and reinstalling works. I find myself constantly starting an order on the app and finishing it on the website (or forgetting it) cause you can't get through checkout on the app. Someone should lose their job over this most recent version!

The app itself is easy to navigate although a pain with forcing you to switch to the internet. 2 biggest complaints, 1. You have to keep changing your store to search for item stock. You should really be able to search all nearby stores. 2. Separate single and 5 gallons. While searching as I put the number up it hits 4 then auto makes it a 5 and singles start at 1 again. Makes it impossible to get an actual count of what's available. Please fix this. Also adding a delivery feature would be nice!

I have wasted more time on this new app than any I have ever used! It is slow & a nightmare. Checkout kept failing because it autpopulated my biliing address with everything but the state (but it had the zip inserted- go figure). I finally caught it at the 3rd time looking through all info when it kept giving me 404 error. I was finally able to purchase products, but will no longer use this to try to "save time" prior to going to actual SW stores for products. Just not worth the frustration.

The app has been buggy lately. Viewing product listed in te frequently used and order history sections usually takes you to product details. But try looking for something you haven't purchased before and the app will crash. I've done as prior reviewers; updating, clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall...but nothing fixes the problem. It's easier to use the browser and got right to the site.

Man I want this to work, but my goodness who designed this? It is clunky, slow, and not intuitive at all....just want to use it to buy paint and materials...that should be the most accessable and easy task on the app, but it is not...it can work, took me a hour to make my first order, for example, when I laboriously managed to get the flipping paint I wanted on there and finally sifted through the menu to find the blue frog tape I wanted, when I hit back to return to previous window, it deleted

I'm only giving 3 stars because every so often the thing just keeps crashing on startup and won't open. This makes is very hard to pay charge bills and manage my business when I can't make it to the physical store. Otherwise great app, very helpful to streamlining my operation just please do something about the crashing. I keep sending crash reports.

PROS: Saves credit card info, you can pull up old invoices and custom colors, pricing shows my discount and the regular price. CONS: the box to type in custom colors is super awkward, today's purchases aren't there yet and usually when I need to reorder, it's a recent purchase, so the reorder button seems like a good idea, but is pretty useless.

Too many different tasks will cause the app to crash making the app almost useless. If you just want to find the price of a product it's fine but if you need to change stores, it crashes or just takes you back to the home page. It's easier just to use the website in a browser in far too many cases. EDIT: lowered to 1 star because for the 3rd time I've spent my time putting together a bid that becomes illegible when viewed as a PDF.

I've been in this app for a. Couple of years. And it's Still difficult to look at the invoices. When you hit "view invoices" it gives you all the invoices over all the years that your accts been open . Some show 0 balance some show a $1000 . And I know I don't have a $1000 balance . There should be a "view current invoices," button 🤔 . And yes I can find my balance owed. It's just seems it should be easier to navigate .. 😞
