The processing is so slow. Instead of making things easier, it's a problem for seafarers and their family. The dollar exchange is low too. Transactions are easier before without this app.

The worst service ever, STAY AWAY from ShipMoney. I have this account from my employer and I am so, so sorry that I have to use this inadequate service. They are full of hidden commissions for transfers from the account, I got charger 54 euro for a trasfer from my ShipMoney account to my other Bank Account. The commision are not even listed, you just find out that the money are missing. Made the same transfer a second time and no 54 euro charge,Customer service is misleading and lying to cliens.

The worst service in finance I ever had. Main point is services from 19 century: MoneyGram and Western Union,are you serious? Wire transfer service is awfull, support team can't answer simple question without multiple reminders and even lie to me,promised that crypto is available to be filled but after answer that it's not available. I Made one single transfer through them and will never repeat this mistake.

Though many services are touted while taking the Card, after sales redressal is pathetic. UI interface is horrible. Creating Recipient address is a nightmare. It requires Date of Birth of recipient which normally is never provided. Had an embarrassing moment obtaining DOB from a Female vendor for transferring cash. They don't seem to bother about Customer Complaints.

I have had a good experience with Ship Money they have been supper helpful in addressing the technical difficulties I had online. Thay are very supportive and definitely care for there clients. I would suggest and recommend Ship Money to everyone out in the maratime community they are truly doing an amazing job. Always responding in a timely manner and very Professional!!!!!!!

App requires a lot of time and attention just to process a single transaction. Conversion of currency is low. Transaction freezes up most of the time. I think you should know since people on board vessels does not have the luxury of fast internet, you need to make the process easier and faster.

Interface is ok, it could use a little more work though. But my main suggestion is to add options on the menu, so we can avoid opening a ticket customers service unless it's necessary. Try to enrich the FAQ according to the feedback you receive from the users.

I just don't understand why would the company use this wire service as it is never working. When I choose the option 'send to bank' it always comes back with an error & the transaction doesn't go through. Three Months on-board & surely my things that I have been paying for years will surely be repossessed.

App takes extraordinarily long to respond. Created Recipient address 48 hrs ago, still showing pending approval. Recreated it, main page showed accepted and approved. However on the SEND MONEY page when I tried to transfer cash, the recipient still shows Pending approval status. Logging in is a massive task. Takes at least 6-8 tries to login once.

My tickets has been closed without giving any specific reason disappointed It is very unfortunate that i have no any other option to choose ascept ship money They charge lot to replace card if you misplaced by mistake

One of the worst customer support i have ever been into, from past 15 day I'm trying to reach out to shipmoney but no response. Issue was about transaction error and transaction failed, though money got deducted from my account and never got it back. Been trying to reach out to customer support but seems they are least bothered. Very disappointing.

This is a incredibly convoluted way of receiving payment from employer. The interface is terrible, I'm trying to set up a recipient and it is so buggy it's basically impossible to do yourself. After inputting the data the system then doesn't recognise anything and says "field can not be left blank". This so far is a complete mess.

I got my card, when I tried to register the card, it was saying card must be registered to log.in, why? How to register the card if when trying to register it is already asking that card must be registered to proceed? And the app doesn't run on Xiaomi Phone. What a joke.

This nice card and nice application,very helpful when we on vessel go to many countries. Thanks a lot for the fast response about finger print,so now I can use finger print again to open the application. More easy & more safe...

Few days ago I got response saying I must have a ticket and I did but still nothing it's been 2 weeks since I sent money to my other bank and I haven't received it any they keep saying we looking into it but still nothing, no change. Why you don't reverse the money instead of keeping our money with you ship money their service is terrible

After years of using this app for international money transfer it never dissapointed me up until now. I have send money home witch i receive an confirmation email from Cambridge global to state my payment is in process. It has been 7 days and i still haven't received my payment in my other account and no confirmation email. Shipmoney also cannot give me additional answers as to where my money is. I want to know where my money is. I have a family back home that's relying on that payment.

I did Wire transfer almost a Month ago but my money was deducted but since now receiver never got money,I bought slides online and I got charged twice,now my App is Jammed when I put my Username and Password it says it incorrect, I've been yousing this app for long time but this is a terrible experience ever

my shipmoney app won't open at all on my Samsung A21s. the log in page won't even show. it did that few weeks back, had to delete the app and downloaded the app again . it started working and just few days ago I can't access the app. no log in page , nothing. it's just too bad.
