There is a bug in your ship 🚢 game in how come I have been charged twice today the $millions twice for the same task, so ripped off again. I ask for the audit to take place in the first instance, but to be forced into being Charged TWICE can't be right. I have a screenshot to prove it. Please sort this out because you took twice the money making my account negative I can't by CO2 now and getting punished so no more ships can be sent

Great game, love playing it, although fuel is too much... Should maybe think about adding the maps in that you did with airline manager. Also cruise ships at some point, maybe a good idea but not to sure?

Extremely irritated with the message I can't remove that constantly reminding me about buying feul and preventing me from buying another ship! I have to constantly restart the game to remove this irritating message! 😡

Update: 5/5 The reward finally loaded. Just takes a while. I have no issue so far. Great game. Original: 2/5 Fun but rewards don't work. When you watch ads, it does not give you the rewards promised. I have not received the in game currency points or the cash rewards after watching the in-game ads.

Slow but fun game with some bugs and missing features. Please fix the following: I'm paying maximum for the guards, still pirates hijack my vessels a lot. Then I can't just send it back to the route before, they leave it at a dock out of range of the previous ports and it happened that they moved it to the other side of the continent (how). Just put it in one of the ports on the route. The shipping to drydock goes at max speed even when the boat is going at minimum speed and it stays that way

Game is interesting long term, but short term not that much to do. But close to 5 stars when they fix the multiple bugs. Feels like a game in beta testing at the moment. Reason for the 4 stars, is how difficult it is to log in to your existing account if you change phone! Game account is connected to your Google account. But instead of having a button to connect that way in startup screen, you have to jump through hoops to get it connected (worked on 6th try with instructions from the forums)

Brilliant game with NO ADS!! No compulsory purchases but they are asked for when joining the game as it's the only way they can make money. Prices are high but the offers they have are amazing! Money making and progress is difficult though because of high prices and low income in game, even on easy mode. Apart from that highly recommended!

At the moment the game has become unplayable with the amount of crashes and the game getting stuck on the loading screen. Until there's some kind of fix for this I have to rate the game at 2 stars, it's still a great game just to many problems at the moment.

Easy mode to hard, you barrely can keep up with fuel without spending money. Fuel prices always very high. Plus no option to abandon hijacked ships. So my ships just stay in pirates hands without any option to just give it away to them without paying anything.... had to uninstall game. Went bankrupt on easy mode. Not possible to make enough money to buy fuel, massive prices to buy back sips from hijackers. No system how to avoid being hijacked. It gives you percentage, but no way to avoid it.

I've been playing this game for a little while since the option for it was announced in their other game, the plane manager. The game is still being developed, so occasionally, there are issues. Last night, I experienced a bug that would, in time, cause issues, so I messaged support. In a very short amount of time, support responded, letting me know this was a known issue and that an update was in the works. And she was able to help me out in the meantime. Thank you Catherine!

Was enjoying the games as it was interactive. When the last update occurred, the option for estimating cargo from ports disappeared. Now I no longer have the option to research the prices ahead of time between ports. The game definitely lost some value with that removal. Update: 4/19 Just went through app store looking for outstanding update. No update found. May be a delay with app store to push through. Will give overnight to process on app store.

Fun game and concept, I've been playing a few months and it's just something u can go on and get back off in 5-10 mins. The game has a huge amount of bugs tho. Sometimes things in the game just simply won't load, it even gets stuck on the loading screen often and it's not an internet or phone issue, I've restarted my device and have good internet.

The game is a fantastic relaunch of the classic versions. Great new UI and it's being actively developed. It would be great to have passenger service too perhaps as a passive income line. The user enters contracts with certain cities to run individual ferry lines (could just be fictional ones) that require a user to have one of a few out of all the passenger boats per contract. It's a set number of trips that auto depart daily multiple times a day. Upkeep the ship but earn passive $ too

Some bugs but manageable. If the edge of display doesn't fit on your screen so that you can't see the depart button change your font size or mess around in your display settings until the game screen shrinks to fit your screen. My phone is a 6 year old Samsung J7 and game is working so far. Game is reasonably intuitive with hints and smooth flow to the commands. Haven't seen mousetraps or dead ends yet. I like it. I used to play the old Shipping Manager game.

A neat low-effort business sim, when it works. I played for a few days and then it stopped loading past the intro screen. No worries, I thought, an update must be coming. Downloaded update yesterday, opened app twice and everything was fine. This morning, it's loading intro screen, waves moving, nothing else happening. Do I feel like going through the hassle of contacting support, no I don't. Plenty of other games out there.

Fun concept. Game is not mature enough yet. Very little useful information about how the game works. Seems extremely difficult for new players to start earning profit. the data you're given to make decisions is truncated/generalized or disappears to never be seen again. I'm losing money hand over fist every single voyage (buying money packages is the only way I can grow). If the data is available to make better decisions (according to devs it is) it is very poorly presented.

The UI could use some cleaning up to make menus and managing clearer. Additionally, the custom order ships could use some love (use vessels representing selected size instead of an 8bit graphic for example). Outside of that the game is fun to play without spamming ads or annoying rewards systems. The premium currency only buys completrly optional perks.
