Worst Shipping aggregator. The shipment was not picked from my office due to NDR, and they have double charged from me and saying we can't initiate refund because u have cancel the shipment. Suggest all your friends never to use envia

Not good for business operations. No dedicated support. Once you paid for shipment, it is not cancelable, if not pick up, and you want to cancel also then, you do not get any refund.

Wrong Overweight charges. Money not safe. They are deducting amount from the wallet like there is no tomorrow. They are deducting charges in the name of Weight Dispute by the courier for shipments that are 2 months old. We have even provided pictures of the package shipped but they say that Delhivery courier is not reversing the charge.

FRAUD!! It's the worst app ever. They ask you to deposit your money and then there is no response. The parcel is collected by them but its not delivered to the customer nor returned back to us. One of the employee Sohail he blocked my call and customer service is the worst. All those reading my comment, request you to not deliver through envia. They are FRAUD!!!

I think we should rate 0 to this company and app but there is no option. Google play store should remove this app because its waste of time and money for people and they do not have a proper support system to reply and respond to customer issues they are not at all intrested in resolving and replying to customer. I have never ever seen the shame less support like this. I think the top management also deaf & dumb who do not care what's happening on the name of courier services.
