Requires you to enter email and password in app instead of using safe methods of authenticating. Potentially malicious app.

This is a nice looking app, but it requires your email address for full functionality. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I still havenvt found a package tracking app with the features, functionality, privacy and security of the PACKAGE BUDDY PRO app that I have used on multiple devices since at least 2013. UNINSTALLING.

It's not actually tracking the deliveries and doesn't keep record of tumi deliveries or any other web pages that sell products. You need to fix it.

Does not handle ANY retailer except Walmart (no Amazon). Does not ha dle any corporate email accounts; only Gmail and consumer Outlook, AOL, Yahoo... No good as a corporate shipment tracker.

I wanted a new app as Shop has too many problems now. I downloaded this app and when I tried to put in my Amazon order information it is set up more for Walmart I place an order for Amazon and when I manually entered the information a red banner popped up say FORBIDDEN across the top I hurry up and deleted that mess!! Shop disconnects Amazon from its app for security but when you try to reconnect it keeps giving me an error message and the only way to contact Shop is through email!! That sucks!!

Packages do not track, the app doesn't function, and there is no support. You can try to contact them, but they will close the request and refuse to do anything in the first reply.

used to list all my shipments automatically, mostly corrected itself, wonderful app, basic, but great. Would be a lot better if under connect retailers there were more than one, just walmart? It would be nice to at least connect Amazon and Temu.

I love this app with all my heart, and it's very useful. I don't usually have to put in the packages manually because it does that by itself. It's also good at sending notifications about updates like when it's been shipped and when it arrives. Also the dates for estimated delivery are pretty accurate. I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars if I could. To the people who made this app, thank you very much for your hard work.

6/15/24 Don't update very often. It has my Email address and password. Not a good idea. Even had to verify my Walmart account. Too much information for a app that should get tracking updates from the carriers anyway. Then I have to manually reload all tracking numbers in my other devices. 💩💩💩💩 This is being reported to the FBI.

I'd love to give it more stars but I'm disappointed it doesn't send text notifications. I don't like having to check my email constantly for updates and prefer to receive texts since they're easier to keep up with.

This app. Doesn't show up properly on my phone. "Sync Orders Automatically", then I put in "Gmail", "Email Address ", and I hit "Connect". They want to put in my email a second time, so I hit "Next", and nothing happened. I put in "Create Account", and still, nothing happened. My phone: "motorola edge plus 5G UW (2022)". So I decided to just put in "Add Package" at the top, "No tracking information found". It appears this app doesn't work all around. Tracking showed up just fine on some sites.

The only benefit of this app is that it didn't try to push ads. The displayed expected delivery dates were always off by exactly a day; the app would show it a day early. The status in the app is also only refreshed once a day. You have the option to click the link and go to the shipper's website to see the most current status, but then I might as well click the link in the email instead of using this app. It is also missing the feature of being able to copy the tracking numbers.

Fantastic app, I was actually surprised to see that it just automatically scanned through all of my shipments. Only gripe I have is that I wish the shipments had a notification setting per order. For instance, there's one package I'd like to stay updated on because it's being sent through a private party, whereas my Amazon shipments will notify me from Amazon.

Found this app looking for a one-stop for tracking purposes. I use one email for most online orders, but being able to add ones that are on other accounts or simply not placed online is what I want. Unfortunately, the automatic lookup won't let me add a second or third email. I follow the prompts and then it just sits at authorizing for 5+ minutes and never links. Yes, I can manually add those packages instead but if I wanted to do it all manually I'd just make a spreadsheet.

Best UI among other shipping apps I've used. However, in terms of functionality, Shippity falls behind AfterShip and Shop in regards to international orders. This app simply doesn't support enough carriers. It's a shame since the UI is beautiful, clean, and super sleek, making it very easy to use. If they implemented the same or better functionality in Shippity as its competitors, it would've been a no brainer to stick with this! Hope to see this app grow to surpass the others someday.

This package tracker severely needs to support more shipping carriers. I'm actually surprised that other well-known shipping carriers like DHL and CDL aren't supported. Also, the barcode scanning feature doesn't seem to work even though I've given the app permission to use the camera; the app just gives me a black screen. And, this may be a bit nitpicky, but I've noticed some lag when switching between screens in the app. Other than what I've stated already, the UI is clean and easy to use.

This app is 100% accurate it showed my recent order this month, and I compared the shipping date and the website, and everything was correct. I sometimes receive my packages through USPS UPS or FedEx, and it's good that they are supported. I just had to log in to my Yahoo account and any other website that I can order from, and that's it

Useful WHEN it works right. Lately i doesn't update the tracking of my packages. From what i have seen there is no manual way for you to request updates on them when the info is out of date. Mine hasnt updated in roughly 2 days. But when i check the individual tracking information on the shippers tracking, it shows updates on the package location. I do like the ability to open one app, and all are listed right there. But it would be much better if the tracking would work right.
